Like other PB's, you get a pair of tongs with paper on a tray, pick your pastries and bring them to the front to pay. We got the cookies and creme mochi donut, which was the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. The tiramisu cake slice, on the other hand, was decadent but a bit too heavy for me.
