The carrot cake had too much cinnamon, but the cream was delicious. The chocolate cake was so stale. It has definitely been sitting out for a while. I bake and eat quite a bit of desserts, so I know it's been at least a few days. But if it was fresher, I would imagine it to taste great since the chocolate cream and chocolate ganache was good. For the high price tag, I would hope for fresher slices. I think one of the cake slice was $14 and I forgot how much the other slice was.

The dough was perfectly light and airy and paired perfectly with the tart passionfruit filling. I saw online that the head baker previously did pastry and Michelin restaurants and it really showed. All the bakes were so well done and the flavors weren't overly sweet.
