Not great. I ordered a PB playground cake for my son's birthday on a Thursday morning to pick up Saturday. When I got there no cake. The sale girl told me I'd just have to pick a different kind out of the freezer because they hadn't made my cake and there was no PB playground. I had a choice of maybe 3 flavors. None of which my son or family wanted. I ended up with a cookies and cream which I guess was fine but not what I payed for online. I asked for a gift card or refund of some portion to make up for not getting the cake I ordered. She said the manager would contact me. I left my email and phone number. It's now Monday and no word from the manager. Very disappointing. read more

23 January 2026. Avoid this Coldstone location like the plague! Abysmal customer service--the male employee rudely told my wife to "get out of my store" and as my wife exited the premises, the male employee acted like (probably did) film her and our vehicle/license plate. I seriously considered zero stars; however, ultimately they did produce our pre-ordered/pre-paid ice cream cake, as ordered, at the time we had requested. This was our first (and last) visit to this Coldstone location. My wife called 45 minutes in advance to confirm our ice cream cake was ready. Funny thing, the female Coldstone employee acted very confused and said there was no custom ice cream cake for us; after much prodding and back-and-forth, the female Coldstone employee finally determined that yes, our custom cake was done and ready for pick up. Fast forward 45 minutes. We pull into the parking space directly in front of the Coldstone entrance. My wife enters the deserted (no other customers, now we know why!) store alone. No employees were visible, no employee greeted her. After some time, a male employee entered the customer area (no greeting given to my wife) and my wife let him know she was here to pick up a custom ice cream cake. He told her that the ice cream cakes were in "that freezer over there" so my wife looked for a while and then addressed the male employee again, saying, "no, the cake we ordered isn't there". About this time a female employee appeared in the customer area and made a comment like, "Oh you called earlier?" and my wife confirmed that, yes, in fact that was the case. The female Coldstone employee pointed to the freezer my wife had just looked in and said, "the ice cream cakes are in there just pick one." My wife reiterated that we had pre-ordered a custom cake. Both employees insisted that she take a generic cake from the freezer; my wife kept saying "no, we ordered a custom cake that was supposed to have our daughter's name on it". Reluctantly and with a surly attitude, the female employee retreated to the back and eventually came out with our custom cake. As my wife was leaving, she commented, "You have terrible customer service" at which point the male Coldstone employee told her to "get out of my store" and immediately started filming her. Never has my wife encountered such lousy and rude customer service. We've been Coldstone customers for just under 30 years. Additionally, we called the corporate headquarters nearly a week ago to share our awful experience and haven't heard back from them. read more

Out of 5 buckets of ice cream in the front counter freezer, not literally one ice cream pie in the freezer for sale, out of whip cream, empty napkin dispenser, broken blender for over 3 week(no milkshakes at an ice cream parlour!?) My husband and I are frequent customers and definitely fans of Coldstone BUT the large size milkshake shrunk to a medium and is now considered the large. I even asked if this was the large because I thought perhaps there was a mistake or he didn't hear me say 'large please'. The associate's comment was, 'we have to make some money.' I went stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon for a little ice cream pick me up. I was greeted coldly by a young woman with a "what do you want" she had her earbuds in and was very much acting like I was bothering her by doing her job. The whole time she was very rude and annoyed when I asked if I could have it in a cone. When I paid I was shocked that it cost me $9 for a very small scoop of vanilla ice cream in a stale waffle cone! I was very disappointed and it seems after reading past reviews that this location needs some re-evaluation. read more

One did not have her hair tied back, and both did not wash hands ever. They were more focused on talking to their friends than serving paying customers. Stopped in a few days ago to get one of the ice cream cakes. The website states certain varieties are available daily at this location. We were disappointed to be met with an empty freezer and a note on it stating the cake person was out. The employee didn't say a word to us, nor evening a greeting when we entered the building. We get to the store today at like 5pm and the blonde girl working there seemed like she wanted nothing to do with us nor did she greet us at all just walked out after us being there for a minute. She has not looked up at us once from her phone, while having an airpod in. We ask for a sample she's still looking at her phone and with her other hand grabs a spoon and gives us barely anything. We give her our order and she asks "anything else" while still looking at her phone never at us. Once we give her our full order, she looks down and shakes her head and sighs at us as if we're bothering her by being there. She starts to get the ice cream with no gloves on. She then proceeds to put small amounts of ice cream onto a dirty cold stone that hadn't been cleaned in a while. She has both ice creams on the stone and stops and is on her phone for a minute and puts her nail in her mouth with the phone on her other hand and finally puts the phone down, continues to make the ice cream with no gloves on. As she's making the ice cream she continues looking back at the counter where she put her phone down not even looking at our ice cream. She couldn't see her phone from that distance so she stops making the ice cream and walked over, back to her phone to continue being on it for another minute. Finally goes back to our ice cream but it was just so horrible at this point that we said nevermind and walked out. read more

Nothing says love like a HUGE bowl of ice cream!! Always great at Cold Stone. Ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and the Founder's Favorite in Love It size. Both delicious as always. The store was clean and neat and staff was attentive and helpful. Nothing special, everything just the way it would be at any other Cold Stone. Just wanted to post this as a reminder of how employees are supposed to act working at cold stone. On 4/2 @8pm my boyfriend and I went into this cold stone and was really disappointed. The blond, brunette and red head girls working had a really bad attitude and didn't smile really once the whole time we were there until we said "keep the change". I did want to note the teenage boy working this same shift. He was friendly and was obviously working really hard even though his coworkers were rude to him and it was crazy busy! Ice cream is ice cream, right? Nope! Cold stone is the king of ice cream places. We're always happy with our ice cream and the choices are numerous. Today we got the cookie doughn't you want some, the cheese cake fantasy (add raspberries and changed icecream to oatmeal), and the birthday cake remix. All were very good ice cream. The girl working today was very nice, and asked about our day. It seemed reasonably priced also, at $11 for the 2 ice creams we paid for. It's definitely recommended for a snack with friends, any time of year! read more

I surprised my family for a random Friday night treat. I had no problems with our experience, all tasted great. Tried to order delivery two nights in a row at 7:30 pm. Store is open till 10pm, should be plenty of time but Door Dash said Cold Stone couldn't accept the order as they would be closed by the time the order was ready for delivery. Went to the store tonight to pick it up myself at 8:15pm. Four teens working behind the counter playing catch (more like miss/drop) with balls of ice cream. Not joking, literally throwing balls of ice cream across the store to each other, and missing it every time. Multiple customers waiting. Walked out after they dropped at least 4 balls of ice cream on the floor. So disappointed. No wonder Door Dash said the couldn't take the order, they never actually get around to serving a customer, just play time for them. BTW, not a single hand was washed after they picked up each of the ice cream balls off the floor and threw them away. Just went right to making the next ball to throw. read more

Generally speaking, most Cold Stone locations are fine. Not this one. So bad in fact, that I will never return to this store. I went in to this location to find three young ladies working, all of whom appeared to enjoying their jobs. That is until I messed things up by ordering the No Fair Funnel Cake. Immediately the girl that took my order became visibly upset that I would be so rude as to disrupt the flow of the evening by ordering a warm dessert. After making her disgust obvious, I was shuttled to the register where I was charged for my dessert along with the dessert ordered by the lady behind me. I asked why I was being charged so much and the young lady replied "because your wife ordered the create your own". I informed her that the lovely lady behind was not with me and that she was not my wife. I did however, go ahead and pay for her dessert as well because who knows the chaos that might have ensued if I had asked her to credit my credit card. Just after concluding the fiasco at the register, the young lady making my order informed me that they were out of whip cream. I told her that was fine and asked if they had the powdered sugar. Wrong thing to do. She turned to her co-worker and asked with as much sarcasm as she could muster, "Do we have powdered-sugar?". In an equally sarcastic tone she was informed by her co-worker that it was on a shelf in the back. When she finally presented me with her creation, it was definitely a sight to behold. The funnel cake was a semi-twisted mess, the strawberries were frozen solid and there was enough powdered sugar on there for a dozen desserts. The only edible part of the dessert was the lone scoop of ice cream which had to be extracted from the rest of the dessert. All of this was done mind you, in a packed store. Judging by Brittany H.s review, this is a frequent theme at this location. And like Brittany you can rest assured that I will never go back. read more

I used to go here regularly but the last two times the service hasn't been great. My most recent trip on march 19th of 2017 was very disappointing. Slow service, a poorly trained shift, an employee who didn't know how to make orders and seemed more interested in talking to his friends rather than helping his coworker as she scrambled to try to do everything herself. It was very disappointing to see and I legitamatly felt bad for her. In the end I paid 6 bucks for coffee ice cream with a quarter of the toppings, if that. I couldn't even get angry and be THAT customer because the place was such a disorganized mess it wouldn't have made a difference. I guess next time I want ice cream I'll go to DQ, at least I get what I pay for there. Here's hoping the store manager sees this and gets his house in order because Cold Stone can be great when its done correctly, but for right now I would not recommend it until changes are are made to improve the overall product customers have come to expect. read more
