4 layers (!) with generous filling!
    Melissa O.

For my husband's Birthday ~ Esmeralda (owner) was making cakes for the community; she would accept whatever you could afford as payment, sometimes even for supplies like flour and butter. I decided to give her a try because I admired her generosity. Glad I did, too! She went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was this a beautiful creation but it tasted fantastic! It was fresh, moist and delicious. I had a hard time putting my fork down and I wasn't the only one! Very pleasant doing business with her - had it ready when I needed it and she even gave me a free little bottle of hand sanitizer! Give Esmeralda a try. You won't be disappointed.

    The cupcake tower!

Essie's cupcakes are fabulous! I recently ordered 12 dozen for a party and got nine cake flavors - each one paired with a tasty filling. Everyone loved them and I heard that many had more than one. Essie was so great to work with. Highly recommend!

Essie DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! So glad she was able to take my last minute cake order in such a busy season! Thank you so much!

    A very happy birthday girl!

You never know what day it is anymore with COVID and next thing I know I need a Simba cake, faster than I need my roots dyed! Essie was lightning fast in her response time and whipped out this cake in record time. Simba brought huge smiles to everyone at work especially the birthday girl. I am finally able to write this after waking up from my sugar induced food coma. The cake has been devoured! Thanks Essie, you are amazing!

    Gender reveal cupcakes

I cannot thank Essie enough for everything. I was able to order a dozen gender reveal cupcakes all the way from europ on a very short notice and the result was amazing!! The communication was so easy and we were able to make this gender reveal happen from another continent and my family in San Diego loved it!! And they told me that on top of being so cute they were yummy :) All the way from Switzerland : Merci beaucoup!!

    German chocolate cake

Esme's cinnamon rolls are delicious. This was her first time making them. She made them and delivered them on the same day. Will order them again. Esme made an amazing delicious German Chocolate cake this past weekend for my husband for Father's Day. I highly recommend it.

A variety of delicious vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream topping.

Thank you Essie! This was the first time I ordered from her and it will definitely not be the last. A great experience from start to finish. Essie was very patient with me and helped me decide what I wanted. I ordered this dozen of vanilla cupcakes. They consisted of four different types of vanilla cupcakes. Yes... a variety of four absolutely delicious types of vanilla cupcakes. They were French, Mexican, vanilla bean and custard. The cupcakes were super moist with the best vanilla flavor I have ever eaten. The whipped cream topping was delightful. It was a pleasure dealing with Essie. She is a kind caring pleasant communicative artisan. They were delivered by Essie, she was pleasant and punctual. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else... Essie is the one you want to make your next cake/cupcakes. And the next! And the next!!!

Having a birthday during the stay@home order couldn't have been better and especially with sincere and kind gestures. Esmerelda made me a fantastic chocolate and fresh strawberry cake for my birthday today. The cake was just absolutely adorable and perfect. Thank you Esmerelda!

Essie is so good in what she does. I'm so grateful to have found her. She made a delicious chocolate cake for my son's 3rd birthday. Yum!

I ordered a chocolate and peanut butter Minecraft cake and it was delicious!! The cake was moist and a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Essie the owner was very kind and an easy person to talk to. I will be ordering from here again. I can't wait to try the macaroons.

    Rochelle C.

Ese definitely met my expectations when she customized my gender reveal cupcake & put my vision come to life! It was awesome! She was easy to talk to, kind and professional. I definitely would order again in the future! Thank you!!!

Wow. Such an amazing cake. The decorations were just like the photo chosen and the cake was so moist and delicious. I will definitely be ordering again and for future parties.

I ordered the Island Girl Coffee, a macadamia latte, and asked for it less sweet. To me, it tasted very similar to a flavored hazelnut latte from Starbucks. Even with reduced sweetness, it was still sweeter than I prefer and had a slightly artificial flavor. That said, the cashier was very sweet, and the dessert display looked beautiful and tempting. While the coffee didn't win me over, I'd still come back to give their desserts a try since they looked much more appealing than the drink I ordered.
