These cakes are *mwah.. so good! With a thick cream cheese frosting that fills the center, top and over the sides. You can actually buy extra frosting and I always do! The cakes are so moist & tasty, but they do keep them refrigerated until you pick them up, so let them to get to a room temperature. I personally can't wait that long. My favorite sister ordered a dozen Bundtlets for our sweet Mom's 89th birthday party last Saturday. She ordered a variety that included chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, and I think, lemon. We picked up the order together and it was my first time in this cute, clean shop! The had greeting card displays and more - super cute! We arrived about an hour after her pickup time of 10:30 and there were 2 other patrons in the store with one person working the counter. Within 10 minutes, we loaded the cakes in the car and took off. They are packaged so cutely, too, and they travelled well! I know this is weird, but I don't eat cake. [In lieu of cake for my birthday my husband always makes me filet mignon nachos!] Everyone who did eat one of the Nothing Bundt Cake Bundtlets absolutely loved them!!!! So disappointed. I was a very loyal customer who frequently purchased for our work parties. I had the punch card where if you purchase 12 bundtinis or 12 Bundlets you receive a free one of each. I had 11 punches for the bundlets and 9 punches for the bundtinis. I purchased a dozen buntinis and 2 bundelets. I pulled out my card to be punched and was told they did not honor the cards anymore. What??!! No warning, no compensation, "just sorry, can't help you". This is a very bad business practice to not honor or try to compensate a loyal customer. I will not be back! read more

I've have many of these bundt cakes before and they have always tasted phenomena. I was very excited to get one but once I had one I asked for a fork and the woman working pointed at a pack of plastic white forks and told me I would have to pay $10 to get a pack of 5 forks, while I was only one person. Well, I've always found the cakes acceptable. But I I went in today to purchase an individual Bundt cake and was told they don't have forks. WHAT? I was told that they only sell forks in their "party pack". Again WHAT? I don't know about you m, but when I go to buy an individual cake, I plan to eat it relatively soon. I must say I love their cakes, but... They raised their prices and their 8" cake is no longer 8". The one I bought today (and I measured it since it looked so small) was barely 6". That's a lot of cake missing. My husband had to have twice the slice to equate to his normal portion. To the owners: it's okay to raise prices, but it is not okay to advertise and 8" cake and shrink it by 25%. I will no doubt waste my time to go the the shop to show them a photo of my diminished cake in hopes they will have a valid explanation and remedy... like a 25% rebate. Stopped by this new store after visiting Yogurt Mountain and was impressed by the staff and the cute store. Took home a small lemon bundt cake and found it was easily a two person treat! It was delicous and very mosit and at $3.95, it's a great treat and makes a wonderful little birthday/special occassion gift. I have been back 3 more time for the single cakes and have been very happy. So far, I have sampled the lemon, chocolate choclate chip, marble, turtle, white chocolate and white chocolate raspberry. Yummy! Of course, they aren't grandma's homemade bunt cake, but for "store bougt", they are excellent. On each visit, the staff has been very friendly and helpful! I had a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes. Ayesha has a beautiful clean store at a great location ~ easy to see from Carl T Jones Drive ~ faces the street. When you walk in the store is clean, there are samples available and the staff (like Edna) are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I purchased 'Bundtinies' the variety pack and my people love them! There is a frequent flyer card. They offer a variety of sizes right up to full wedding cakes. If I had wanted to order a pack of just one kind or a custom pack it would be no problem. I would advise calling the order in so it's ready to go. But I always get the variety pack anyway. If you are thinking of donuts or a cake ~ go to NOTHING BUNDT CAKES! They rock! read more

When reviewing, there's always a question about what benchmarks to grade by - comparing a burger joint to a gourmet restaurant is not a fair comparison, no matter how good the burger. The question here is what to compare these cakes to - other cupcake places? Homemade? Store-bought cakes? Generally what I look for in baked goods is next to homemade quality, and this was far from that mark. They were offering lemon tasters, which were probably the best thing there. The three cakes we got were moist, but tasted overly processed. The icing for the red velvet, in particular, tasted strongly of artificial flavoring (though the cake did have chocolate chips in it, which was interesting). The most telling point was that our kids both ate no more than a bite or two of each one - definitely not a good sign... They have a bunch of different flavors (my favorite so far is White Chocolate Raspberry), but I think only one type of frosting (a cream cheese). I like the cakes here because it seems like they focus more on the cake flavors/quality than worrying about piling on tons of frosting (frosting's important too, don't get me wrong, but they seem more balanced here). They offer different sizes, from bite size to individual (like a cupcake) to group party size, with a different decorations or add-ons to make them more festive. The store itself has a lot of other offerings too! They have adorable aprons and cooking supplies/utensils (I probably would've never left if I hadn't been on my lunch break from work). Overall I would choose this place for a special treat over other places in town (like a certain cupcake shop). Cakes from here probably won't wow kids as much (there aren't any pictures of disney characters or super heroes on them) but for grown ups I think this is a great choice instead of the average grocery store cake. read more

Pretty annoyed as we went there earlier in the day and got 4 cakes. Got a couple vanilla, a marble, and a lemon one. Tried the vanilla and discovered its cream cheese frosting. I hate cream cheese frosting! Called up there to see if all the frosting is cream cheese which they said it was. The actually cake tasted delicious though.
