We always enjoy a good visit to TCF. This time, we decided to try something outside of what we usually order. To our surprise, their Thai curry dish is pretty bomb. We had their sliders for appetizer which were pretty great too. The pasta we had was mid but their service has always been excellent!

Girls night at The Cheesecake Factory was fun, our server was sweet and made good recommendations. We got stuffed mushrooms, the beet avocado salad(always a fav), chicken lettuce wraps, lemon shrimp pasta(off of the skinnylisous menu) I liked this one so much I recreated it at home! We also got a burger, which was just ok. We finished with the peach cheesecake with raspberry sauce, so good, and the s'mores cheesecake another favorite!

Chicken picatta with angel hair pasta

We went to The Cheesecake Factory during the holiday shopping rush, and even though it was very busy, we had a reservation and were seated right on time. The music was a little loud, but the service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken picatta with angel hair and it was delicious. The chicken was moist and tender and the sauce was creamy with a nice lemon flavor. They only brought out the white bread, which was a bit chewy. I wish they had also brought the brown bread since they usually offer both, but it was a very busy night so we didn't ask. My husband got the Cajun jambalaya pasta and said it was very good. My dad ordered the fish and chips and thought it was great too. The portions are large and the prices are fair for what you get. I would definitely recommend eating here, but having a reservation makes the experience much smoother so you don't have to wait.

Me and my husband went out date dinner. He got chicken katsu and I got garlic lemon shrimp with pasta. We love wheat bread. We also got fried pickle. We both order same drink Mojitos. The waitress is very nice and she know American Sign Language. Pretty nice. We used up all 2 gift cards and paid off.

We have come here a couple of times because my daughters LOVE the cheesecake. Dinner is good, but nothing special. The menu is overwhelming long. The cheesecake though, it's delicious! We have yet to find a flavor we don't like. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic date night as it is noisy and always busy, but it is a good restaurant to bring the whole family to.

A happy surprise was my husband's and my visit here for sparkling clean and not too noisy space (even though cavernously large and sort of Las Vegas meets Morocco design details with painted ceilings and hanging iron lights), friendly hostess and server, pretty darned good food for a chain eatery (even with almost overwhelmingly large menu) and at a decent price point. WE'D GO BACK: We are so NOT chain people (there are 214 of these in the US across 43 states) and our only other visit to a Cheesecake Factory was more than 20 years ago (when visiting friends in Scottsdale) so during our 11 years of living in Boise we had never been tempted to try the location here at the shopping mall (take about another thing I avoid). But circumstances led us to give it a try when we had to be at the mall and were really, really hungry at the very tail end of a weekday lunch hour and we threw culinary caution to the wind. A good enough experience that we would go again in the same circumstances, even if it will never be a destination dining spot for us. MENU: One of the nice surprises on the menu is there were plenty of options for those of us who largely avoid animal proteins at places that source them from mass market purveyors. Yes, we are like the "Tell us about your chicken" people in the Portlandia comedy bit who want to know how the animals were raised. (If you don't know that funny bit, I'll link it at the end.) There were lots of options for us to choose from as well as lots and lots for omnivores. (We highly recommend their corn ribs made elote style!) Because this is a chain restaurant of over XX locations they are required to reveal calorie counts for every item on the (HUGE) menu and if you think knowing the key lime cheesecake we shared clocked in at almost 1200 calories held us back, it did not. We chuckled that they had a "Skinnilicious" menu listing in one place all of their lower calorie options. This could be a good place for a dieter, actually. $: Price points are moderate and as example; 2 people shared 3 appetizers (with some to take home) and 1 piece of cheesecake plus 2 coffees for just under $50 btt. SERVICE: Not all things service were perfect but still good. As example, although the restaurant was probably only 30% full, although more tables were on the patio too, it took a good amount of time from placing our order until it was delivered. Busy kitchen it seems since everything was delivered hot and that means it was not waiting in the kitchen for the server to pick it up, but if it took that long with little crowd, we wondered what it would be when full. (Since they deliver bread and butter, a nice sliced piece in a cold dish not the foil wrapped nonsense, to the table with the menus, we had something to graze on while waiting.) Plus, our very friendly server left the dirty dishes from 2 of the 3 plates we ordered on the table when he delivered the cheesecake and coffee. I moved them aside, but I used to work in this industry FOH a thousand years ago and that is something we would not have tolerated our servers doing. I don't know if this was his error or standard practice. PS: Ignore Yelpers who complain about waiting to be seated when they could see open tables. We waited for 10'ish minutes ourselves when there were lots of open tables visible but that is because restaurants do not seat more people than than they have servers on duty to serve and so it may be some tables are vacant for that reason. If you worked in the industry, you know this. If you didn't, now you know this. ACCESSIBILITY: Another nice surprise here is that it is one of the very few eateries in Boise that follow the rules of the Civil Rights Law of ADA for equal access to seating for people with disabilities by providing 36" clear space behind tables when people are seated at them. This month happens to be the 35th Anniversary of the law (signed into law 7/26/90) and that so many Boise restaurants ignore that requirement (meaning people like me can't get to and from a table or the loo) has moved beyond outrageous to infuriating now that I often need to use a wheelchair to get from point A to a table due multiple sclerosis that I've had since college years. NOISE LEVEL: Another nice surprise was to find that while the music was loud enough to know it was there, it was not so loud as to compete with conversation or to need to shout over it. Hooray! As I was signing the credit card receipt they started to play a nice cover version of "Let It Be" and I had to blink back tears given the state I find myself in these days over the state our country finds itself in and the chaos in the world all around us. When my hubby returned from the loo to find tears welling he knew without asking that the music had triggered them and why. PARKING: The Boise Mall lot. OUTSIDE SEATING: On large, covered patio. The Cheesecake Factory in Boise, Idaho is just meh. ( I love Cheesecake Factory Restaurants and try to visit them wherever I am, however this one was not up to the usual standards. I was disappointed. They are usually so good.) The place is clean and parking is easy but the service not so good. I came with a large party and we were seated in a timely fashion but from there on out it was slow, slow, slow. The servers were nice but catered to a certain few who must know you have to shout out what you need as they go by because they don't ask or notice if you need anything. Perhaps understaffed or mismanaged? Drink refills, some dressing, more bread, water, etc you had to jump in and fight to get the servers attention. Sometimes it came out and sometimes got forgotten. Entrees came out at different times for those seated next to each other. We honestly would have ordered more but there was no follow up. No suggestions or care. Some orders were cold or lukewarm and a dish or two had to be microwaved. I never did get to try the bread. We focused on the positive though and had a good time despite the hiccups

I have only been to the Cheesecake Factory a handful of times and today was probably the worst experience from start to finish. I did make a reservation online for 6 people which is the max amount of people. We did end up having another person join which I didn't think was a big deal. We checked in with the 2 hosts working. I informed them that we had an additional guest. Dude made an issue about our 7th guest and had to get authorization for it. Bahaha are you serious? How do you cater for large groups if you make such a big deal about it. Nothing was communicated to us whether a party of 7 is doable on a slow Wednesday night. Thank you kind host for making my party feel like a burden for adding another guest. Tenisha served us today. To be frank, she was slow. Slow at getting to us to greet us. Slow to grab drink orders. Slow to grab dinner orders. Tenisha was so busy that she didn't check up on us once to see how dinner was going. Refills would have been nice but not an option tonight. We were basically given what we had and that was it. No water, no soda refills. The only time she really interacted was passing of the bills and passing out birthday ice cream. We also had to flag her down for boxes. Instead of asking if everyone got their bills taken care of, she reprinted bills. We all worked in the service industry Ms. Tenisha. We are not going to skip on a 30 dollar tab. Tenisha probably should get retrained on proper customer service. What a shame we had to deal with this kind of service tonight. For dinner my friend and I shared a few appetizers. Fried zucchini, maple brussel sprouts, fried calamari and crab won tons. The brussel sprouts were on point. They were crispy, sweet and savory! Plenty on sauce to cover all the sprouts. The fried zucchini were crunchy and savory. They were huge pieces and so tasty! The calamari was salted perfectly. Add some fresh lemon juice and it was delightful! The crab won tons were ok. They lacked flavor. I washed all this goodness down with a pineapple cherry limeade mocktail! Very very delicious! Honestly, you can get fried zucchini, calamari, brussel sprouts at a lot of joints in town. It's common appetizers! But people will come back for basic appetizers when the service and atmosphere is stellar! Too bad from the minute I walked in dealing with rude hosts and received service from someone who gave 0 F*cks about your table, I will say I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a restaurant that would appreciate their guests and business. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the food. Customer service is a flat 0 for me. Servers want that 20% but don't do a lick of work for it.

I really try with this place but I think I'm done. We came for our birthdays because it used to be one of our favorite places but our food was cold and wrong so they gave us a 40$ gift card so we thought we'd come for breakfast and of course we were disappointed again. It's wayyy overpriced 17$ for this sad omelette and a few potatoes my brioche sandwich which I added avocado was 20$!!! And it was so sad barely any meat or eggs. The potatoes tasted good and the pancakes were amazing but were over it I think the cheesecake is what keeps this place in business it's sad really but we won't be coming back

Once again great customer service we had the pleasure of Severin helping us on a busy Friday night. We were a party of 8 , he was busy not just with us but the other tables around. He was on it!! Food was hot and delicious as always!! I made sure when we were done to speak to a manager. So, I had the pleasure of speaking with Casandra the GM super friendly and just wanted to let her know another great experience at Cheesecake! Thank you truly for always making the dine in stay keeping us coming back.

Luckily I was there that day and was able to snag a chocolate bar. I remember it being so good! I thought today was a good day for a sweet treat so I made my way in! My husband's request was an apple fritter if they had any. I came in later in the afternoon and surprisingly there were still quite a few donuts available. I was happy that there was quite a selection still. They all looked so good! Even the classic glazed looked tasty. After looking over the goodies, I decided on a half dozen of mixed donuts. The sweet lady behind the counter was so patient with me as I was looking and second guessing my choices. With the mixed variety you get 3 classic, 2 specialty and 1 extra fancy donut. I snagged a round glazed, a chocolate and maple bar, 2 apple fritters and a fancy donut with cream and strawberries on top. I was planning on giving 3 of the goodies to my in laws. I asked the sweet lady for an extra box and with no hesitation she grabbed it got me. I was able to get my goodies sorted. I dropped off the maple bar, an apple fritter and the cream and strawberry donut to my in laws. My father in law loves apple fritters and didn't hesitate to grab it from the box and claim it right away. 0 He enjoyed half of it and is saving the other half for later. Nothing but great things were said about his treat. I forgot to mention earlier that the sweet lady gave me two donut holes in my box. I snacked on those and mannnnn were they good! They were so soft and sweet. I just wanted a little something so it was perfect! My husband devoured his apple fritter. I didn't even get a bite! I'm happy he enjoyed it! I was recently at Krispy Kreme and honestly the donut I got tasted stale. Like it had been sitting out for more than a day. I only had 2 small donut holes and they blew Krispy Kreme out of the water, it was night and day. I'm happy I got to stop in today and grab some goodies. The donuts were amazing! The service was great! And I got to support a local business in my area! I look forward to coming back and grabbing more treats for my family/friends sometime soon.

On the morning we stopped in there weren't a lot of choices and judging by the size of the cases on the counter that's typical. I give major props to that little glazed croissant- it was delicious but I also appreciate that it wasn't huge. I felt satisfied but not sickly full afterward. I tried the buttermilk later in the day and it wasn't okay, the frosted donut for a similar review from my daughter- like, solid food donuts but nothing we couldn't find at the local grocery store bakery. Worth the stop if you're in the immediate area, not a destination spot though.

I have driven by this shop a million times but never got the chance to make it in. After checking out all their photos and goodies off their website, making my way in today was a must. The shop is very small and intimate. You are immediately greeted by all the goodies as soon as you walk in. Colorful macarons, the cutest cheesecakes and beautifully displayed scones and muffins. The display case is nice and bright, allowing you to be able to see the details and coloring of each macaron. The pretty piping on the cheesecake. The fun layers of the cakes. It was hard not to want one of each thing out of the case. It was our first visit for my daughter and I. As a new customer, you're trying to absorb everything about this store. You want to look at all your options! The gal that initially was going to help us pretty much just stood there and stared at us. Didn't really talk to us. Didn't ask if we had any questions. She had the most unpleasant look on her face. It honestly made me feel so unwanted and uncomfortable to be at the shop. I offered to let another customer go ahead of us so she wasn't just standing there waiting for us to order something. The second customer also needed some time. Finally a gentleman came in and she got him some coffee started. Another gal was working and she helped us. At that point, I was so turned off about getting anything but we were already there so we decided to grab a few things. My daughter and I decided to share a 6 pack of macarons. We snagged lemon, birthday cake, coffee, chocolate, creme brulee and cookies and cream as our flavor choices. She also got a red velvet cheesecake for us to share after dinner tonight. On our ride home, we broke that box of macarons open and had to try them all. The lemon was sweet and tangy, I love the lemon custard in the middle. Birthday cake reminds me of a pink frosted animal cookie. The chocolate was my favorite! Very chocolate forward and sweet. Coffee reminded me of a vanilla latte in cookie form. Cookies and cream was much like cookies and cream ice cream. More cream forward and less chocolate cookie. Creme brulee had sugar toasted on top which created a slight bitterness to the cookie but it was balanced with how sweet the cookie was. All 6 macarons were fabulous! I look forward to having the red velvet cheesecake after dinner tonight. I like that there are so many gluten free options at this bakery. I adore how petite and prettily decorated the pastries were. I appreciate that this joint is local as I love supporting local businesses. But, first impressions are so huge for me and my first impression of their customer service wasn't there for me. You can push out great products all you want but how you make someone feel during their purchase can make or break your business. As fantastic as my macarons were, all I can think about was how uncomfortable I was when I was just being stared at. Macarons and cheesecake can be purchased at a few joints in our valley. I'm happy I got to enjoy some goodies with my daughter but I'm going to go support another local business that will actually make me feel like a valued customer and not a bother.

Decor is great, kids loved how vibrant the place was. Ice cream asks donuts looked delightfully delectable. However, a bit of a let down on the donuts. I ended up ordering a basic donut ice cream sandwich for about $6. Which is basically a regular donut split in half with ice cream in the middle and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. However, for a dollar more you can get a deluxe with deluxe toppings like sprinkles, marshmallows and the like. Also ended up ordering a BIG Donut (Salted caramel Biscoff) for $4 and ended up eating part of it. Donuts are not made in house (I don't think. Or least didn't taste like it). The ice cream was MID, as the kids would say, great on a hot summer day (98 deg outside) but nothing spectacular. Service was decent, quick, but definitely can tell the person was bored. All in all, it was a decent experience. If you're in the area check it out.

There were 3 girls working behind the counter and they were hustling. It took a minute for us to get to the register but it was all good! We checked out all the cute donuts they had on display and of course the menu. My husband got himself a simple smashed donut with cookies and cream ice cream. I got a 4 pack of mini donuts and we shared a strawberry mangolade. Yoooooooooo, my husband's donut sandwich was legit so good! The donut was warm, it was coated in cinnamon and sugar. The ice cream was creamy with a good amount of cookies in it. It's a good size treat and as much as we ate, we couldn't finish it. I did eat 1 of the 4 of my mini donuts. I believe the one I ate was maybe a dulce de leches one? It was coated in cinnamon and sugar with a dollop of dulce de leche in the middle. I'm looking forward to eating my other 3 later. That little bite was a piece of heaven, it was so good! The strawberry mangolade was tasty! You can't go wrong with a strawberry mango lemonade. I do wish the drink was a little bigger. It's basically 4 bucks for a couple sips. It was good but just too small. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here today. We even took a couple shots at the claw machine. It would be nice if that vendor doesn't shove the toys in the machine, it might allow people to win some goodies. I'm determined to get that Hello Kitty in that machine! If you're looking for a fun treat with your date, friends or family, this joint should be your spot to hit up. You'll have a good time.

The other person there was great though! I was drawn in by the array of unique flavors and vegan options. I had really wanted to get something boozy and vegan, but they only had one flavor on at the moment that fit the bill and I wasn't particularly interested, so I sampled a few of the dairy boozy flavors and went with a vegan non-boozy ice cream for my actual order because a full scoop of dairy ice cream does not sit right in my stomach. I liked the boozy flavors more but that was only because of the flavors offered - the vegan ice cream itself was great, very smooth and creamy, not overly sugary. I got the float season vegan ice cream: blackberry ice cream with salted dark chocolate. I did still enjoy this flavor a lot. I really liked the crunchy bittersweet dark chocolate bits. I didn't get anything to drink but I was kind of tempted. The ice cream + beer or wine flights looked interesting. I don't know wine well enough to comment, but it looked like they had a good selection of beer with quality brewers and a good variety of beer types. This is technically a Warehouse Food Hall vendor but it's only accessible from the street outside the food hall.
