I had coming to this dessert spot and it is great. What I like is that it have durian flavor and I don't need to travel san jose traffic to find durian flavor. The price is not bad and it is in milpitas. Thank you

Went in a warm mid Saturday morning 8/1/26. Was not busy. Went to kiosk to place my order. Ordered: Salty coco crunch - so refreshing and good with actual real coconuts juice and flesh My order came out pretty quick. Did not interact with the staff, but they seem friendly. Will come back again!

Tried the Avocado Bomb at Tong Sui and it was SO good! I wasn't sure what to expect, but the combination of flavors worked so well. It was creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Definitely something different and worth trying if you're a fan of avocado desserts! I'll definitely be back to try more.

At this point, I have tried the following flavors: Taro Purple Yam, Black Sesame, Taro Ube Sago, and Mango Sticky Rice. They are all good in my book, and what I would order depends on what I'm feeling. The service is fast and efficient. And the ambiance is that of a place designed for takeout.

Update- I really appreciate the fact that the store reached out to me regarding this incident and aimed to make it right. They investigated the matter to ensure it doesn't happen again.

I really appreciated that the items came in a sealed bag. Not only did it ensure freshness, but it also helped assure me that the food wasn't tampered with. The bag was cute too. I'm actually glad that I ordered online, because the menu explicitly stated that products contain lard. I don't eat pork, so heads up if you don't either. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.

Minus points for how much ice they put in the cup because you take like 5 sips and you've finished the drink. For $7, this type of drink unfortunately isn't worth it because it's so easy to make at home (watermelon juice + canned coconut milk + sugar). My BF got their Mango Yogurt drink and liked it (better value than my drink). Maybe I'll come back to try their other desserts? This seems like a good spot to study at because they have a decent amount of seating + WiFi.

It was refreshing to enjoy a cake that wasn't overwhelmingly sugary and let the quality of the ingredients shine. This was my husband's very first crepe cake, and he absolutely loved it. Not only does it get really busy after work hours, many parking spots are reserved for other businesses. It's also usually crowded inside, making snagging a seat a bit hard. It's a popular spot, and I can see why--the menu features many different bingsoo options alongside other desserts, and they're all very beautiful and cute. There's also free WiFi and bathroom access. I will note that they don't seem particularly diligent about cleaning up between customers. You pick your own seats, and when I finally found a table, there was food residue visible on the tabletop. Their prices are a little higher than some other spots in SJ (ranging from ~$13 to $19 pre-tax), and I don't think the quality of the bingsoo is noticeably better to justify the price. I tried a pricier one (the premium strawberry), and found it to be quite good, but not $20 good. Plus, some aspects seem designed more for pictures than for eating. The little cheesecake slice is a bit hard because it's cold and difficult to eat with the shaved ice. That said, their bingsoo does taste good! The fruit tasted fresh and sweet, and the portion was enough for me to share with my partner. I wish the condensed milk was provided on the side instead of already poured on top, but I didn't mind the amount they gave. I may not be back immediately in the future, but I wouldn't mind visiting again. I would probably stick to the lower-priced options myself, though. If you visit, do keep in mind that it's usually really busy--your order probably will take a minute, and whether that's worth it or not is up to you.
