1599 Berryessa Rd, Unit 20 San Jose, CA 95131 I finally had a chance to try Kwality Ice Cream! It's very clean, it's new, and they are eager to offer you free samples. They have alot of unique and exotic flavors, and they want you to try them. But I was in a hurry, so I picked mango and coffee ice cream. Two scoops in a cup, $6.25. The price is fair. Service was excellent. The clerk offered me samples three times. How was the ice cream? The flavors aren't very strong. The coffee ice cream wasn't very creamy, and had a bitter after taste. Well, it is coffee. Maybe next time I'll try fruity flavors. Their ice cream is not super creamy, and the taste is fair. Where do you park? Go around the corner, about 30 feet down there's a driveway to go inside the garage on the right. That's "retail parking." It's FREE. No tables or chairs to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Bummer, I had to go outside and eat my ice cream. Overall a fair experience, but I might return and try different flavors.

Lots of Indian and other "exotic" flavors like Rose, Cardamom, Figs, Walnuts, Lychee, Mango, Pistachio, Custard Apple, and more. This is a great addition to this ethnic neighborhood to spice up our local menu offerings. I think this gourmet ice cream business will succeed.

Relatively new place so when we visited there was no wait and quick service! They have a lot of interesting Indian ice cream flavors but I got the Rose Petals flavor and I really liked it. The other pink flavor (forgot the name) tasted a bit similar to the Rose Petals flavor though. As for the last one, the Paan flavor, it tasted a bit spicy for some reason so I wasn't a big fan even though I usually like it. Located across the San Jose Flea Market and with a parking garage nearby so location is convenient!

New spot that just opened right across the street from the Flea Market in the retail spaces of the Platform. Indian and traditional ice cream flavors. I think I counted about 28 flavors. We came in on a Saturday evening. Greeted immediately and were offered samples of any flavors to try. We sampled lychee and sitaphal (custard apple). We ended up ordering Alphonso mango, kulfi falooda, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. For small cup you can do 2 flavors. Ice cream was a fluffy texture and not too firm. Clean interior. No seats to eat inside. We took our ice cream and ate outside.

Parking for this place is hard to find and the parking garage near it is a mission to find a place that is for retail. However the place is a bit tricky to find. It is a small shop with one worker! The shop owner is nice and was fast with making the shake. The shake was good and I would give it 9/10. I would definitely go back and get another shake to go since there is no place to sit.

Drove past this place and decided to stop and check it out. Discovered that it had only been open for about a week and the place still looked empty/sterile inside. They offered a lot of flavors influenced by spices and fruits popular with Indian culture. Definitely some "exotic" flavors that I don't see at most places. The person working the counter was very nice and let us try any samples we wanted. I am a sucker for anything with saffron in it, so I sampled and then decided to get the Kesar Pistachio flavor in a sugar cone. It had a nice rich flavor to it, similar to custard. They also had prepacked pints in the freezer for takeout if that's your thing. Side note: there's a parking garage for retail behind the shop

New ice cream spot right under The Platforms apartments across from the Berryessa Flea Market! They have a great range of Indian flavors; mango, pistachio, kulfi falooda, ferrero rocher, and many more intriguing flavors. I got their Rose Petal that tastes creamy, vanilla-y, and like a soft rose. It was delicious. A small was priced at $6.25 so that gives you an idea of how much it costs. They also had pints you could take home which was nice to know. Give it a try if you're feeling for a different taste of ice cream flavors!

Not the best Falooda here, won't recommend at all, and the price is a little high. I think the quality is definitely missing from the standard of a Falooda. Never had this experience on a Falooda. Not sure how the ice-cream flavors taste, but will not recommend Falooda. Not sure which part of region the Falooda is representing but definitely not the one from its original style.

Finally an Indian ice cream store at this neighborhood. There is parking on the street and also in the garage at the back. Tons of ice cream flavors offered. There are 2 benches outside of the store for customers who want to hang out outside. Service was great. We ordered a shake and it was done super quick. There's sugar cone and waffle cones. Cups in different sizes. Quarter size and pint size for people to bring home. Glad to try. Definitely recommend.

I'm glad I took a different way home today, otherwise I wouldn't have known this place had opened up in this large apartment complex. The employee on duty was friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered, offering plenty of samples for their wide variety of ice cream flavors. While they had ordinary flavors such as vanilla and chocolate, there were also many more interesting flavors you wouldn't find in an ordinary ice cream parlor such as various Indian fruits with spices like cardamom. The inside of the shop was clean and well-lit, but a little bare without any indoor tables or seating. I ended up getting a scoop of rose petal ice cream which was perfectly creamy and fluffy with the right amount of rose flavor. I look forward to trying their other interesting flavors next time.

Shakes. Not as much compared. It's basically a small cup.

It was definitely noticeable in the soft serve and made everyone else around us notice it too. The soft serve was smooth and creamy, not icy like cafeteria quality soft serve. The durian flavor was custardy as if it was still in fruit form. It didn't taste like there was only durian essence mixed in, it tasted like there was actually durian blended into a smooth cream that is then frozen and swirled into this nice frozen delight. The ambiance of the shop was cool too. It had a giant mural like painting of a big soft serve in a cone for photo ops and the colors were painted light with blues and pastels for a calming vibe inside the shop. I must come back and try their waffles next time!

Overall great ice cream that i'd highly recommend! Owner was really nice when we went! She's super open to feedback and reminds me of a nice aunty who loves to give you treats lol. Definitely check it out if you want dessert in the area! Plus the place itself is so cute!

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and I really liked the decorations inside. It is a comfortable place to sit, chat, and hang out with friends. Our group ordered the avocado smoothie, soursop green tea, and durian soy pudding. The durian soy pudding had that distinct durian smell, but the soy pudding made the overall flavor a little bland. The ratio might have been slightly off. Two of my friends ordered the avocado smoothie and thought it was okay, but they wished it had a stronger avocado flavor. The appetizers were the highlight for me. The popcorn chicken was definitely the best item we tried, and the curly fries were also good. We also ordered a combo with fried fish balls, lobster balls, and fried tofu. It was decent, but nothing really stood out. They have a large menu with several items that caught my attention, so I plan to try something different during my next visit. Overall, Sweet Corner is a nice place to relax and catch up with friends, with good snacks and plenty of drink and dessert options.

The decor feels…read morevery European--there's a large mural with Paris-style buildings and even the Eiffel Tower--but then you look at the menu and it's a mix of both European desserts and Asian chè-style options. It's an interesting blend that kind of works, even if it takes a second to figure out what the "theme" is supposed to be. They offer a wide range of desserts and drinks. On one side, you've got items like tartufo (chocolate, cappuccino, limoncello, pistachio), sorbets, and cheesecake slices in the display case. On the other side, they have traditional Vietnamese-style desserts like sweet soups (chè), grass jelly, black-eyed bean pudding, and combo desserts with things like cassava, jelly, and coconut. There's also a solid drink menu with milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and specialty coffees. I ordered the latte with matcha foam, and while I don't usually go for sweet drinks, this one was definitely on the sweeter side--but still really good. The matcha foam added a nice earthy balance to the coffee underneath. My friend got the three-color iced drink (the one with layered beans and jelly), and if you're into that texture and flavor profile, you'd probably enjoy it. The service stood out. The man helping us (possibly the owner) was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain menu items, which I appreciated since some of the desserts aren't as familiar if you haven't had them before. The display case also looked well-stocked and clean, with everything neatly packaged and labeled, which made it easy to browse. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're in the area and want something a little different from the usual dessert shops. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because the concept feels slightly all over the place, but the quality, variety, and service definitely make it worth checking out.
