I had the BEST experience at Cold Stone thanks to Jackie! I ended up with the most delicious combo of strawberries, and it was heavenly. Jackie didn't just serve ice cream; she served happiness in a cup (with extra sprinkles of kindness)! You can tell she really takes pride in what she does, and it made my visit feel extra special. Cold Stone is lucky to have her, and I'll definitely be back--partly for the ice cream, but mostly for Jackie's incredible service!

Coffee ice cream with brownie and almonds

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream chain. Yes, it's more expensive than most competitors, but I think their ice cream is high quality, and it's fun to mix in your favorite toppings. I like their coffee ice cream, and I usually add brownie. Greatly appreciated out here in the Inland Empire where it is unbearably hot during the summer.

Walked in and our server was dressed up for Halloween and was very helpful. She told us the ice cream was buy 1 get 1 free today and thankfully she said something because I didn't see a sign for it. Here's what we got: Strawberry passion ice cream cake - we haven't tried it yet but it's bound to be delicious because it has red velvet cake, "Strawberry Puree and Strawberry Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Pie Crust wrapped in fluffy Strawberry Frosting." Cheesecake Fantasy - always delicious and my absolute favorite. It has cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker crusts, strawberry and blueberry. Treat or Treat - this was a Halloween special. It has kit Kat, Oreo, MM. They ran out of the black dyed cake batter ice cream for it, which is basically the only reason I had to take off a star. It's a Halloween special and they don't have it available on Halloween. Disappointing. read more

coming to this cold stone that had was a positive and life changing experience. I needed to pick up a birthday cake for my coworker on the fly and saw that there was a cold stone nearby. Turned out they had just opened with a brand new crew. Everyone that worked in this store did such a good job and went a step ahead with helping me with my cake! I literally felt like family here. If I was a shaman or a priest I would bless this cold stone location. read more

Finally Cold Stone is Back and Better! I was so sad when the Fredrick location closed years ago! So when I saw their sign up Months ago excited is an understatement. They are located next to WaBa grill in the Walmart shopping center. It's a new locations and clean. Service is quick and it was empty inside (probably because no one knows it's open yet) Rich, decadent, and quality flavors. Only downside is it melts so fast - but I usually just rush home and put it in the freezer for a bit and it's perfect. read more

Boo to the employee working on 05/24/25 at 6:30 pm. YOU had other priorities that seemed to distract you from doing your job properly. Husband I walked into an empty store... no other patrons. The gal that made our 3 (sad) creations was in the back kitchen area, she greeted us then walked back to kitchen when we told her we weren't ready just yet. We were supposed to call her when we ready. Less than a minute passed and I called out "We're ready!" She walks in and begins to prepare our order... seems very rushed to complete them. She appears to be preoccupied with whatever or whomever is in the back kitchen. Order a Founders favorite... the amount of Caramel and Chocolate syrup wasn't enough to cover a quarter. The brownie?? Who knows where that went I could barely find it in my cup. Ordered a Strawberry Blonde...a couple chunks of strawberry, no graham pie crust, no whipped cream, caramel MIA too. The final order Birthday Cake Remix, I'm unable to say since the person that intends to eat it hasn't arrived home yet. I will update this post once I know more. Paid 9.99 for each cup. Worst servings ever from this store. I am very familiar with Coldstone creations... 15 years I have purchased cakes, shakes, and ice cream creations. I feel so disappointed with our visit today. Not your best service. I plan to take my money to Baskin Robbin's next time. Bu-BYE!! read more

I haven't been to a cold stone in 10 + years just wasn't convenient. my husband and I decided to go based on an advertisement for banana pudding ice cream. we were not greeted upon entrance. 2 young girls working didn't smile were not really interacting. 1st the prices are so high!! over $8 for a like it size ice cream. i am glad I signed up for the cold stone club so we could get BOGO. I got a coookie dough creation and asked for chocolate chips to not be in but for oreo cookies instead. because I had my 1 year old i didn't watch. but upon getting home the girl did not make the ice cream correct. No Oreos and it's like she added chocolate chips that was annoying especially for how expensive the ice cream was! I do not plan visiting a cold stone again especially not this one were the employees are unfriendly and don't make your ice cream the way you asked. read more

Went here Friday 6/9 around 5-6 pm. The girl did not know how to mix the ice cream mix ins, had attitude when we asked her to mix it more and this is the coffee lovers ice cream I payed $22 for. There's literally no mix ins. This cold stone is close to my house but I'd rather drive to the one 20 minutes away bc they at least know how to make the ice cream correctly. Saw this new coldstone opened and decided to give it a try. I used to work at a coldstone a while back and I have to say the employees here are fantastic and are going above and beyond the typical procedures I've seen at any other location! I was worried about the quality considering it just opened, but the ice cream was fantastic and the waffles tasted extremely fresh!! The owners are fantastic and extremely accommodating. Came in with my kid the other day and I just gotta say this place is amazing! You can definitely tell how new this store is because it's the nicest coldstone i've ever seen and i've been to quite a few. They have TVs for menus which is pretty fancy for a coldstone and they're equipped with a super friendly and outgoing staff. Owners are very friendly young men as well. All your favorites and then some. They even have a couple of non-dairy options. My go-to is the strawberry blonde with extra graham and caramel. Never disappointed! If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be able to purchase from the full selection of ice cream until that time. Cleaning up and putting products away 30 minutes before closing limits customers' choices and creates a poor experience. I hope you will review this practice so that customers can enjoy the full menu during your posted business hours. Thank you.

With so many flavors and combos, you're almost guaranteed to find something you'll like no matter what you're into. I got a regular size because I wanted two different flavors. If you get the small, you can't do layers which is good to know. I was going to order a crepe, but they had a 30 minute wait which was a bummer since it was late and I was driving back to San Diego County. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Genesis, who was phenomenal. She immediately offered us samples and asked if we had tried the sorbet yet. When I mentioned peanut butter and strawberry, she said she was going to mix them--even though it sounds a little weird--because it tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. She was absolutely right. It was incredible. (that one we got inside small) We also ordered a medium sorbet cream which was huge and came with a whole second layer of flavors. First layer: lemon, pineapple, sour apple, and mango. Second layer: sorbet cream with horchata, coconut, salted caramel, and coffee. The mix of fruity and creamy flavors was so good and honestly such a fun combo to try. We also grabbed a bananas foster crepe which i highly recommend . I do wish this was part of a select option rather than choose your own adventure but oh well! still good. Between the creative flavors and Genesis's awesome service, the whole experience was great. Definitely coming back!

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. It's basic, but also very tasty. They also carry a variety of pastries and serve Klatch coffee (brewed coffee) if you need a sweet treat afterward.
