The stone that was in the ice cream
    Karin R.

These stones were inside my ice cream, which appear to be part of the counter where they mix the ice cream. I kept eating it and then another stone.this was painful.

Very disappointed. I paid almost $10 for this melted disaster. I should've declined it. Very sad, please do better. My reality vs my expectations.

We ordered 4 ice creams and in my wife's one , a piece of the stone that appeared to be the from the counter was inside the ice cream. It hurt when she bit into it.

Have not been to a Cold Stone in probably years since my quest in trying to eat healthier but we had a coupon that was only good at this location. The cpn was for B1/G! Love it size which is a medium. I always get the same thing but usually a small. I get the strawberry shortcake. She put ONE strawberry and this tiny cube of cake in it. When it was all done you can barely see anything in my ice cream. I thought for a medium it would have more than ONE small strawberry in it. So chintzy. I don't remember having so little put into it. Ice cream still tasted good but I basically had vanilla ice cream with a hint of strawberry. The hubs had a little more stuff in his that you can see more of and he enjoyed his. If I come back without a coupon it won't be this location.

I stop most mornings at the coffee shop next to this Cold Stone ice cream shop. Most mornings the patio area is a mess with sticky ice-cream from the previous days customers. I sure wish the closing shift would clean up after their customers.

Ordered ice cream for pick up. Got home and while eating it found a hair in the ice cream. Disgusting and never going back to Cold Stone.

Yummy! Excellent ice cream and lots of toppings to choose from! I just wanted peanuts for topping and even that had three or four choices between pistachios, almonds, macadamia nuts and walnuts! I just wanted peanuts :( The staff are nice and friendly. Located in the Raley's shopping center and next to Starbucks and Wells Fargo Bank. This ice-cream shop is popular among kids especially after school and summer time. There are patio benches and umbrellas outside for customers. They also sell ice-cream cakes here. Review #0075

First and most important star: Pushkin's is predominantly vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free -- and bakeries that truly excel in all three are one in a million. For anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions, this place feels like winning the lottery. You can actually relax and enjoy treats without feeling like you're settling or taking a risk. Second star: the employees are incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate. One guy (nose ring, long blonde hair -- didn't catch his name) was amazing. He knew the pastries inside and out and patiently walked my wife through allergy questions about dairy-free options, putting her totally at ease. And trust me, my wife can ask a thousand questions (till u wanna choke her).. Another employee -- a short, curly-haired, very light-skinned/mixed Black woman -- was just as gracious when we asked about cashews for our daughter. Both of them were beyond kind and knowledgeable. Third star: great coffee. I only had an Americano, but it was really good -- smooth, rich, and exactly what you want with pastries like these. Fourth star: the place is clean, organized, and clearly well-run. It was busy, but the team handled the crowd efficiently without feeling rushed or chaotic. Fifth star (the fun one): the pastries are ridiculously good. We tried a bunch: * chocolate mud cookie -- perfect crunch on the outside, chewy inside * cinnamon-roll-style pound cake -- super moist and flavorful * cinnamon roll scone * almond cake with raspberry ...and several others I didn't catch the names of. Everything was delicious. You'd never guess these are vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free -- they're just straight-up amazing pastries. Bottom line: Pushkin's is a gem. If you have dietary restrictions, it's a must-visit. If you don't, are you sure you don't? Maybe you should? it's still a must-visit. We'll absolutely be back when in town to check out the cafe and real food items !

We ordered several items and so far the flavors just weren't as good as before, which was a little disappointing. Keep in mind I only bought pastries. I won't be back for those. That said, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the service was good. I'm hoping this was just an off day because I remember really enjoying it in the past.

I loved how there was cookie butter drizzled throughout and the biscoff cookies on top and bottom of the cake added a nice crunch. Friendly staff and good location (very close to Galleria Mall). It's a consistent product with soft, moist cake, & the flavors are varied and yummy. However, I do find some flavors too sweet for my personal taste. The store is always clean with lots of fun cake & party accessories. There is cute merchandise available to browse. The flavors are well-stocked & displayed nicely. It's usually a very straightforward transaction to make a purchase. We were recently lured in to try the limited time Dubai Chocolate flavor. The lady who helped us was friendly & chatted a little more than we usually experience with customer service. We got a couple of Dubai (Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake filled with pistachio cream and phyllo mixture, topped with chocolate ganache cream cheese frosting and gold sprinkles) & a Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Both cake flavors are delicious and indulgent. The chocolate ganache frosting on the Dubai was a nice change from the regular cream cheese. The amount of pistachio mixture was fairly small, just a core that filled the center hole area. Overall, this spot remains a nice stop for a sweet treat to take with you. It's definitely a crowd pleaser at parties.
