Strawberry banana rendezvous with huge chunks of strawberries (not what I expected)

I am a huge fan of this ice cream chain and their awesome creations. I can never get enough of their chocolate devotion. We regularly visited the store in Burlington, MA which was consistently great with their service . But after we moved over to westborough ,we started visiting the southborough branch and were rather disappointed with the service. Most of the time we encounter trainees taking up our order and messing with it since they are new. This happened thrice in the 4 times we visited. I believe there should be someone to supervise/guide them, especially when taking up the orders of real customers.

SO CREAMY!!! I had a sudden craving of cold stone after watching some tiktoks and it must have been god's plan to have sent me here I haven't had ice cream this rich & creamy in awhile! I had the cookie butter ice cream while my friend had the cake batter remix. I thought mine was extra creamy because I got a butter based ice cream but my friend also went on to talk about how creamy his ice cream was. They mixed my toppings nicely with the cream and even gave me a little extra on top. My only complaint is the size proportion. I got a regular (love it) size but this is considered a small size at many local ice cream places around the Massachusetts area. I will definitely be back here to devour more cream. There is a nice seating arrangement outside of the place socially distanced from each other so no need to worry about covid! There are so many options on the menu I can't wait to go back and try.

Cold Stone Creamery of Southborough -- 154 Turnpike Road / Route 9, Southborough Storefront

I've always enjoyed visiting Cold Stone, however, they have moved so far away that I barely ever actually get the chance to stop in! This specific Cold Stone is in such an odd location, on Route 9 in Southborough in a small shopping plaza in the middle of nowhere. This seems like one of the locations that should have went out of business (or moved to Framingham or Natick, where all of the action is), but no, it's still here and alive and kicking. While it's pretty far from my house, it's not far enough to never visit. The ice cream at Cold Stone is something that is unable to be copied by other parlor's for some unclear reason, plus, the other Cold Stone that isn't so far from my home, in Mansfield, is horrible. This one is much better. Anyway, this Cold Stone is rather small, but still has enough space to provide all the normal ice cream options, toppings, and a few tables here and there. Ice cream cakes are available as well. Staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. I stopped in on a Saturday and there were only two other customers inside. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Even though Cold Stone is more expensive than most other ice cream places, they fill the cups to the brim (it's actually difficult to open them as they put a lid on), and with such flavorful options, it's a no brainer to stop in at least sometimes (especially if you live close by). The inside of this place seemed clean and well maintained as well. Just reminds me so much of how I miss the former Cold Stone in my small town from years and years ago. Last suggestion: if you are unsure where this place is, make sure to use a GPS or something else.... it's visible from the road if you look really carefully, but I wouldn't be surprised if tons and tons of people missed it every day... 5 stars for the Southborough Cold Stone.

Love it here on a hot day. They talk fast but are very nice and courteous. Definitely would recommend this place for a family outing.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Milly Ramsey. She responds quickly to emails, respects customers and those being honored with her cake, and asks all the right questions. A first-rate professional. My mom is a retired university professor, and also a dealer of rare books. Milly created a cake with two extremely realistic books as its base. If you looked at the edges, you could even see the appearance of individual pages! Gold decorated the bindings, which had the appearance of rich leather. We told Milly that mom had hand-made several quilts. Milly requested some photos, and then created a faithful miniature replica of a quilt mom had made for my brother, draping this decorative element artfully over the books. As a final touch, the writing on the cake was presented on a replica of an old-fashioned library book withdrawal sheet! AND everything was not only edible, but mouthwateringly delicious. This was not just an "all show" cake! It looked AND tasted superb, and everyone raved. Some guests even asked me for Milly's contact info... that's how impressive this cake was.

Driving into the parking lot, the first thing I noticed was the little bakery with its pink bike decorated with pink flowers. Since it was my birthday also, I figured we would drop by after our meal to check out their cake. To my pleasant surprise, the inside was such a delight! Do you have a little girl who loves everything pink? If yes, you need to bring your little girl here ASAP! Just the pictures opportunities is enough for me to make the one hour drive if I were to venture into the area again. There is big bright pink feathers wings and a swing covered in rose vines that the owner allowed my daughter to sit on and take pictures. There is also a rose wall for backdrop. The cakes come in beautiful packaging and are super moist. There is also chocolate covered strawberries and many other Portuguese desserts. There is also flan and surprisingly empanadas and other savory bites. Sadly, they don't serve iced coffee. But they do have hot coffee, cappuccino, lattes. The bakery is also located at the edges of Hager Pond. You can enjoy your baked goods with a hot drink by a wooden gazebo just a few stores down from the bakery or looking out at the pond if you swing around behind the shop and park in the back parking area.
