Gloriously melted on top but not becoming soup, so even more creamy than the natural creaminess. Really pleasant flavor in the base as well as the sweet ginger that had a kick too. Delightful for both flavor and texture. -- Coffee Oreo: Solid version, but neither as creamy as my earlier experience, nor as strong of flavor. Above average but not I-gotta-get-back-here-and-STAT like the first one. -- Peppermint: Better than my second visit, but not as good as my first. Entirely pink color with a few ripples of darker red, with flavor again above average. Easy parking and organized entry and exit paths that might seem a little overkill, but it avoids mayhem and accidents, so thumbs up for that. What a great place to stop for ice cream! Cute farm where you can walk up to a few cows. The service is super friendly and fast. They have a laminated list of any allergy items, just ask. We ordered the large and got 3 scoops: pistachio, coffee heath bar, and caramel chocolate truffle. All delicious, nice and creamy, and appropriate amount of candy bits. A very family friendly place to get great ice cream at a great value. I found Uhlmans in my last month of living in MA, I ended up getting hyper fixated on the soft serve and went back 8 times! The girlies who work the counter are all very nice and patient if you become overwhelmed with choice. All the flavors are made with real cream and the quality of the ice cream is amazing! Roads around here aren't very straightforward, but somehow I made it to Ulhman's and spotted their pink flag. Ulhman's the kind of ice cream stop where the workers are serving out of these sliding windows and the customers are all outdoors, exposed to the elements. But with parking available as well as picnic tables all along the perimeter, you don't have to sit in your car to enjoy your purchase unless you want to. An ATM is available for this cash only spot. My eye was caught by an ad for a 2024 seasonal treat - apple cider donut sundae $9. Tougas Farm cider donut with two scoops of ice cream and an apple topping. Mom just wanted a scoop of black raspberry, so I didn't try to talk her into sharing the sundae. Wow so many options! Almost a bit overwhelming figuring out what you want lol I got the purple cow ice cream which I found out later was one of the sugar free options on the menu. The white chocolate chips were my favorite part of the ice cream! I did feel a little rushed by the people working there, I understand that it can be a bit overwhelming having to answer everyone's questions but I didn't know what every ice cream consisted of. I thought that Uhlman's was a really cute local ice cream place that had good quality ice cream. I'm not much of an ice cream fan BUT this truck visited my school and ever since, I'm actively looking for their next location. I had the black raspberry and chocolate while my friends got the caramel and coffee Oreo. I had a little taste of each and they were nothing short of delicious. The texture was so silky and the flavors so well balanced. In each bite, you could actually taste the natural sweetness of the blackberry, the richness of the chocolate and the decadence of caramel. Even the coffee Oreo flavors blended so well while still being very distinct separately. I forgot to take a photo of the blackberry which was my favorite but it had a beautiful purple color that made the experience even more memorable. The servers were very fast, kind to help us choose from the menu and their suggestions were spot on. My mom loves ice cream, so I took her to Uhlman's. They were very busy whenever we showed up (we went 4x/wk because my mom loved their ice cream so much) but the service was good. They have lots of parking in the back but not many tables to sit down, so keep this in mind. The portions are very, very large. I took the Kiddie cup but my mom wanted 3 flavors, so she had to take the large cup. The sizes are not comparable with ice cream in Europe at all . As 30 yr Westborough residents, we've visited this ice cream stand for decades. However, based on our recent experience, we will surely never return. My husband and I visited around 3.30 PM yesterday. I purchased my usual frozen yogurt, which disappointedly had a lot of ice crystals (probably from sitting around for too long) and some green and orange debris which did not belong, necessitating an exchange. It was pouring rain, and there was not a single other customer in the lot. To avoid me getting drenched, my husband pulled our car close to the window while he remained in the driver's seat, so that I could do a quick exchange. Instead of assisting, the employee at the window became immediately and irrationally livid. Despite our explanation that we would move the car immediately after the quick exchange, the employee continued to not only be obnoxious and aggressive but threatened to call the police over this minor, weather-justified action. When I called back a few minutes later to speak to the owner, the employee hung up on me. This level of unprovoked hostility, aggression, and disproportionate overreaction is completely unacceptable for any business. I have formally emailed management and sincerely hope that they address this behavior, as it has unequivocally ruined our decades long relationship with this local business. Update: I initially posted a review detailing the employee's unprovoked hostility and threat to call the police over a minor, weather-justified car placement in a completely empty lot. The owner's public response is a complete fabrication designed to protect the business. The owner falsely claims the employee offered assistance and that I was "acting erratically"--neither of which is true. Also the icecream has obvious and visible ice crystals and green and orange specks which were not sprinkles but things that didn't belong there. This management team has resorted to lies and fabrication rather than apologizing for their employee's egregious behavior. Because the owner has chosen this path of denial and intimidation, I will not engage in further debate and seek resolution through appropriate formal channels. read more

We used to frequent this business a lot during the summer season, so when we saw it on Too good to go app, we were excited to reserve a surprise bag. It had 5+ (surprise bags) left when we placed our order. When the time came, we drove 20 minutes to get there, stand in line for 33 minutes, only to be told there was nothing left. First of all, it's ridiculous to have a Too good to go order the same line for pickup as regular orders, since people tend to have complicated and sometimes large orders. Secondly, if they already ran out, they should've notified the customers (through Too good to go app) that it's no longer available so customers won't make unnecessary trips. We spent almost an hour for nothing! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! We will NEVER give this place our business again! read more
