I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. This place is awesome, will be back for sure.

My wife asks for samples and a heavy set Mexican or Indian girl I hadn't seen there before blurts out "I have no idea where that is!" when my wife asks for hers. The other nice girl helps her, then I ask to try some, and she doesn't say anything. Through the whole process she had a bad attitude also. If she said "here you go" or called out an order it was like she was having her teeth pulled, and at the same time she was trying way too hard to be quirky/funny. Hey lady- you aren't funny and we aren't going there for a comedy show, just scoop the ice cream and be polite. I debated saying something a few times but what's the point in arguing with a low iq person. Anyway, the ice cream wasn't as great as it usually is again, it was just alright. Sad to see, we really loved this place but it's not worth driving a few cities over anymore.

I have been here several times, more then half the girls that work here don't know how to make the milkshake I order properly & it would take forever and be impossible to drink or way to sweet. SUPER INCONSISTENT!!! Lines take forever, there is most of the time only 1 person working here extremely slow and they are not very friendly. While the other person is doing dishes in the back or some crap. BTW if you get the kinda chubby girl to make your ice cream she will do it wrong!! Ice cream rocks, I love Founders favorite - one of the best flavors ever..This location makes it even better when compared to other close by locations. They are very generous with the toppings. This is all while the app had said my order had been completed 20 minutes prior! 2-3 other customers who arrived after me also chose instead to go inside to pick up after a long wait, as well. I have worked in customer service, and fast food. I know about being swamped and understaffed. Things happen. What really shocked me, however, was my long wait wasn't even acknowledged by the employee in the store--even though I was clearly frustrated. My box was also completed, just sitting on the counter, ready for me to come into the store and get it. On top of that, the cookies were dripping sauce and the bottom of the box had more crumbs of the toppings than were actually on the cookies themselves. This store should consider not offering curbside pick-up, since it's not an actual option. Or hire more staff so they can handle the demand of the area.
