I'm pretty sure they don't like making my order. Every time I go there I order the same thing and every time they seem kinda upset it's not the norm. I always order a peanut butter and banana shake with their banana ice cream it's my favorite, the banana ice cream just makes it amazing. Sorry young ones I'm never gonna stop ordering it! Don't worry I'm only allowed to have one once in a great while. Other than that CSC is amazing and we love it when we have a treat day. Another place I hadn't stopped in to for a bit, but always a solid decision for some ice cream. Saw they had some Reeses flavors on special, but they all looked way too sweet, so settled on my standard sweet cream with raspberry. Baby It's Cold outside but it's warm and inviting at this Cold Stone. We were greeted warmly when we arrived on this single digit temperature night! I enjoy the opportunity to sample before purchasing. They were so helpful and gave good info about the flavors available. We settled on the sweet cream with yummy mix ins. We have not been to Cold Stone in years I mean years!!! I cannot remember why but I think we may have to reconnect. The experience was awesome!!! We will be back. I went to Cold Stone today for the limited Nintendo flavors! One thing to remember is that the special cup only comes in the largest size, unfortunately. However, the employee was so nice and gave me the medium size but in the large specialty cup. The Kirby mix was strawberry with marshmallows and caramel, which was excellent and refreshing. The Mario mix was a cake batter base and was a lot more heavy but still good! There is barely any seating, and the space inside was pretty limited and hot. read more

What first turned into a 30minute drive and a nightmare was fixed by one understanding employee. Thank you to him. I will explain the situation and what happened in detail below. Yesterday was my birthday. I was looking online last night for free things to do on your birthday. Coldstone Creamery popped up on multiple different websites in fancy lettering reading loud and clean "one FREE ice cream creation". I called the location before making the journey. A young woman answered the phone. Here is how our phone call went. Me: "hi! I know this is kind of a weird question but I saw on multiple places online that you guys offer 1 free ice cream creation on your birthday. I was just wondering if that is true or not as today is my birthday. " Her:" let me check. "*Long 1-2 minute pause.* Her: " yes that is true. You might have to buy one to get one but yes that is true." Me:"okay great thanks! Hung up. My fiance and I take our 25-30 minute drive to the woodbury location. When we arrived, the young woman who answered the phone was nowhere in site. My fiance explained what she had said, what the website said (showed proof) and showed proof of my birthday. One of the guys goes "no, whoever told you that didn't know what they were talking about." I said well, it was one of your female employees 25 minutes ago unless she miraculously left. (I knew she didn't) she was just hiding in the back the whole time and couldn't deal with her mistakes. She was a coward, really. The the other male employee says that I have to have a rewards card to get that. I tell him she never mentioned anything like that over the phone. He started getting an attitude. Showing improper customer service skills. I sign up for the reward points and as I'm signing up for the rewards, the man who had the attitude came back to the front and said they would let it slide "this time" & still making it seem like the young woman was gone. As my fiance was paying for his and we were getting our receipt, guess who comes waltzing out from the back, like nothing happened, like we never had the conversation, and she wouldn't even look at us. No apology, nothing. This is why I'm a Yelp elite memeber and a level 8 Google Local Guide. People need to know about things like this. The ice cream creation I got was awesome. Cotton candy ice cream with white marshmallows and extra gummies that are pretty large. It was awesome. My go to from ice cream creation from now on, but I may go to a different location that the woodbury location. Yesterday was a terrible birthday experience. 4 stars though for my last 2 experiences being good. Lost 1 star to this crazy ordeal. read more

Pretty average. Location is somewhat convient. Workers definitely didn't seem thrilled to be at work but the service wasn't necessary bad. Both my husband and myself got vanilla with a couple added chocolate bars, which were not chopped up whatsoever, just mixed in whole, which made it a bit difficult to eat. Last week I got a craving for their ice cream. I am totally addicted to the Sweet Cream flavor. I understand it is the base for all their ice cream flavors. It had been almost a year since I had been in their store. I walked in and immediately inhaled the Wonderful familiar smell of ice cream and the baked bowls and cones. I got the sweet cream with 4 helpings of peanut nutter (my addiction ) large container and medium container of the same with less peanut butter for my girls. (Wired Haired Fox Terrier and a Golden Doodle) as always service Fantastic. I also liked the Donation box for Woodbury's K9 unite. Supporting the community. If you want to experience the WORST service ever, head to the Woodbury Cold Stone Creamery. I walked in to the Woodbury location last night (2/12/20) to pick up a cake I had ordered. Since this was only my second time in the store, I walked in at the opposite end of the store where the line is. Then two others walked in the opposite door, where the line started, right after me. I thought I would just 'stand' in the middle and they would take care of me. WRONG. The two workers totally ignored me, and when I commented that they waited on two people first, who came in after me, there was no apology. And, they didn't even know if I'd paid for the cake -- if I wasn't the honest person I am, I would have said yes I paid for the cake. So, clearly something is wrong with their sytsem there.
