Must READ! Must READ! Must READ! Must READ! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! Do not rent from these guys! The managers- I will identify each persons role in this! Frank, Roger, Marko, ALL 3 are clueless I have rented from these guys for the last 4 years. I had 2 units at one time. After I moved out of one of the units, they continued to auto charge me the following month. I had to call them and ask for my money back and no one returned my calls or did anything about it. (Roger) However, getting overcharged is the least of your worries here!!! I was up to date on all my payments and I came to my unit to find that they accidentally moved me out and rented my unit to someone else! They thew away all my stuff! it is all gone! All my Stuff is Gone!!!!! YES! you read that correctly! However, these crooks do not admit guilt. They had the nerve to try to entertain or fabricate a theory that I may have gotten robbed a few days before they accidentally rented my unit out to someone and therefore they did not throw anything away!!! (Frank) They simply just rented out my previously robbed unit to someone on accident WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!! They said they were going to go over the cameras and find out exactly what happened. They went through all the cameras and they found nothing. They said the cameras do not point at my unit. They literally don't even have a camera system to tell me what happened. ZERO SECURITY. You are better off leaving your stuff on the street and hoping it is still there! The cameras do not face the units and they are leasing parking spots to big trucks that block the cameras. They provide nothing!! no security! no managers! no help! NOTHING!!! They leased my up to date and actually overcharged unit to someone else without terminating my lease or informing me of anything. All my stuff is gone and they can provide me with nothing!! All they can tell me is that my contract says I can't carry over 5k worth of things in the storage so i am to blame! (Marko) Everything in my possession that I had stored in my storage is gone!!!!!!! I was never notified or told anything. The managers were clueless about what was going on and actually assisted me in cutting off the "NEW Tenants" lock thinking that maybe I had the wrong key. They had no idea what they did. (Frank) All my stuff in the entire 40 foot container is gone and they cannot tell me what happened to it!!!!!! They cannot give me anything and now I have to hire a lawyer. It should be illegal for these guys to conduct business. They will steal your stuff, sell it, and then tell you that you weren't allowed to carry anything of value in there. If you are thinking about renting a unit, I strongly advise you to look somewhere else or just leaving your belongings on the street because its probably safer there! Frank, Roger, and Marko. I have two units - BOTH OF THEM have been broken in to over a year's time. The staff does nothing about it - there is NO security whatsoever. It's the other renters that are breaking in to the units - if you want to keep the stuff you're storing - I would say find another facility. read more

Pros: Staff is Top Notch- Knowledgeable, Polite, Professional Service Cleanliness is on point Easy Access, Secured, Early Late Access Cons: The hallways look the same so you can get lost might need some decor. We stored our enclosed trailer which was housing our race car at the time at Storage, Etc. for approximately 3 years. On Memorial Day weekend a thief who also stored his belonging at this facility broke into the facility in broad daylight and drove out with our belongings. They cut the fence and we were never notified. We did not find out until one week later when we went to pick our trailer up. Storage, Etc. had knowledge of this occurrence and even had a video tape of the thieves driving off with our property. We received an invoice via email each month but they did not even bother to notify the tenants that the security had been breached. Having your belonging stored at this facility is the same as storing them on a street corner. Storage, Etc. feels they bear no responsibility whatsoever. read more

ill start by saying...if i had another option i'd take it!! there is no one trash bin at the whole place ,the containers leak water and frank the place manager is not helping very much, rude and condescending! I rented a parking spot for my truck the place is a muddy soil and was filed with water in a way that I can't even access my truck. Other people were parking at my place and when I complained FRANK the place manager rudely hung up the phone on me. STAY AWAY PEOPLE U HAVE BEEN WARNED!! read more

Had a really great experience here and everyone was really nice and helpful. The land is HUGE and this place stores everything from cars, trailers, buses, boats, and construction vehicles / equipment. They had the best price in the valley for our 20 ft trailer. Highly recommended. read more

I called to move my bus closer to where I live. There rates that they quoted me were to high so I told them to have someone call me if they were willing to give me a lower rate. I received a call from Frank about 3 days later. I told them what I was paying at the other place and they agreed to match it and give me a month for $1. When I arrived on Saturday, Martin was there and at first they told me they didn't have a space. Next he told me that it would cost more. After I told him I wouldn't stay unless they have me the agreed price, they put me in a larger spot. When I got back to the office, they wouldn't honor the $1 first month. Finally they said I'd have to come back on Sunday and talk to Frank to get that $1 first month. He even had all the terms that Frank and I had talked about but wouldn't agree to them. Next day, Frank was there and he agreed to all the terms and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The moral of the story is only deal with Frank. Frank will give you the best rates. Ask for him by name. Don't deal with anyone but Frank. read more
