This review is for Glenn Nishihara and his boss. Glenn was the seller's agent for the home I purchased last year. He was totally unprofessional and cocky. He went on a Vegas vacation while we were in escrow and didn't answer my realtor's phone calls or emails. He missed a bunch of deadlines and never communicated with the seller. In fact, we even walked in on the seller watching TV because he failed to inform her of a home inspection. The only reason the sale went through was because my realtor kept pushing and pushing, doing twice as much work as needed. The seller was often confused about what to do, so she would ask my realtor. My realtor would try to help her out, but it was difficult for her to do so while avoiding any risk of conflict of interest. In fact, when Glenn returned from vacation, he began yelling at my realtor and accusing her of unethical behavior. He even threatened her, and told her he would report her. My realtor was perplexed and upset. When she tried contacting Glenn's boss to help resolve the issue, Glenn's boss just blew her off and essentially told her to figure it out herself. The realtor's deal they made regarding roof repairs fell through. He didn't uphold his end of the deal which cost me $5,000. During closing, we made a side deal for the home alarm system that was already pre-paid. There was confusion regarding transfer of the alarm system title and the alarm company chose to terminate the pre-paid contract, reimbursing the seller. I requested to be reimbursed, in turn. However, as expected, Glenn ignored my realtor's phone calls and emails. I hope no one else has to ever deal with this unprofessional realtor. Coldwell Banker is dumb if they keep him on payroll. He is probably costing them more money than he brings in. The douchebag still owes me $96. read more

If you are in search of a great, hard working, loyal, dependable realtor, call and ask for Leilani Ornellas!! You won't be disappointed, I PROMISE YOU!!! My husband and I used her for the first purchase of our apartment and then sought Leilani out when we were ready to purchase again. We told Leilani we wanted to purchase a home, but realistically a town home is what we could afford. She looked and found something great for our family. A beautiful town home in the area we said we wanted with a minimum of 3 bedrooms. She found it! For the purchase of our town home, Leilani suggested we hire a home inspector. The apartment was small and didn't require such detail, not to mention, the investment wasn't as big. She let me and my husband know it would be a wise decision since we are looking to plant ourself into a bigger place and call this "home" for awhile. Boy was her suggestion on point!! When we got news that out offer was accepted, we had Leilani suggest a good company to do the home inspection. Our home inspector took about 4 or so hours to go through every nook and cranny and not even he, the trained professional (or me or my husband) was able to detect a water spot on a white wall in the living room, but Leilani did!!! Come to find out there was a water leak in the piping within the wall that ran from the washing machine (area) to the wall in the living room. Leilani spotted it!!! The home inspector was dumbfounded, that he had to get a handheld moisture meter reader and run it against the wall to see what caused this "water spot". His reader read a high level of moisture, which indicated a leak somewhere! Where!? He wouldn't be able to tell us, he said that's a plumbers job. So with the detail report from the Home inspector, it was given to the sellers agent who notified the sellers of what we (the potential buyers) are requiring out of them in order to go forward with the sale. Of course no seller wants to hear this as it's basically telling them they need to shell out some $$$ in order to sell their place,but hey, if the seller chooses not to fix it, then good luck should the next potential buyer hire a home inspector! But in short (well...kinda!) Leilani has guided us and given our family great support and advice along the way regarding our investments and what our children will inherit in the future! I am writing this review not for the company but for the agent that works at this location. About 3 years ago, on the recommendation of a mutual friend, I met Vina Marcello. She assisted me in the purchase of condo. That purchased went off without a hitch and I was super pleased with her services. Now three years later, I started the process to buy a single family home, and it was a no brainer going back to Vina. As you well know if you are in the market for a house, this market is crazy. We finally went into escrow on a house after a year of looking and making multiple offers. Vina was there to support us with anything we needed. She has filed multiple offers, went with us to look at over 50 properties, and handled us in an extremely professional manner. I intend to purchase more properties in the future, and Vina, in my mind, is the only realtor I will ever use. read more

My review is for an agent Susan Borochov. Very unprofessional and disappointed with how this agent handled her listing. She was on her laptop not greeting or acknowledging any clients. Someone asked a question and she did not look up to answer, she remained on her computer continuing on with her work and said at the end, I've been really busy. Very unprofessional. We were interested in the property but after her encounter, I would never want to sell or purchase a property from her. The Coldwell Banker company should re-evaluate there agents and take client comments seriously. Not sure how she got so far in this business with her attitude and customer service. My review is for a particular realtor at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Eva Robello was referred to me by another realtor in Nevada. Having had previous experience from three other realtors from different companies, there is no question Eva Robello is truly the best...by far! On our first meeting, Eva came to my home and took a tour of the property, inside and out. She gave me great ideas of how I could improve my chances of getting the most interest from buyers. It's always good to have an extra pair of professional eyes to highlight the potential of your home. I felt extremely confident having Eva Robello represent me. She went to work immediately, photographing my home and creating a listing that was eye catching. The interest started flowing in from the first day of posting and we had showings almost daily. She was always courteous and gave me as much notice as possible before showing my home. The following weekend, she scheduled an open house which generated even more interest. I couldn't believe when escrow was opened after only twelve days! I was extremely happy accepting an offer that was higher than I listed and anticipated! At this point Eva then rolled up her sleeves and helped me to clean out the house, mopping, sweeping, taking truckloads of trash to the nearby dump, cleaning out a tool shed. My review is for Susan Borochov. Susan is a professional in every sense of the word. She goes above and beyond what an agent would do. This was my second transaction with Susan. I recently went through a very sad time in my life, my longtime partner unexpectedly passed away so I had to sell his place. I didn't know what to do with all the things in his home. I remember calling Susan, she calmly told me not to worry and offered her home so that I could have an estate sale to raise money for his funeral. This was before I decided to sell the unit. My partner's townhouse was an upper floor with no garage or yard area. He had so many things to sell, it took many of us several days to go through and take all the items to Susan's home. She didn't hesitate to let me use her house, garage, and yard to set up and organize for the estate sale. The estate sale was a success and I was able to pay for his funeral . Susan was so hospitable to everyone and worked the estate sale alongside me and my family with such a positive and fun attitude. Not only being a wonderful agent, everything she did to help me are beyond what I can express in words. I was so touched with how much guidance she gave and hands on assistance she provided. It didn't matter the value of the townhouse, Susan and her assistant made me feel comfortable during the whole transaction. They also staged and organized vendors to paint, clean and change broken appliances. It's such an extremely difficult time losing someone you love, Susan was my saving grace. No wonder she has won so many awards and she's so organized. She does a lot of community service and volunteering, I know this because she invites her clients to participate. After the close, the seller was reluctant move out. He was elderly and confused, Susan helped us to make his transition smooth. She came over with moving supplies and spent hours helping out. She has also helped me integrate into the community through her tireless volunteer work. I have volunteered along side her at charity events, including one coming up next weekend. She is NOT the type of agent that would sit on her laptop and ignore potential buyers or neglect the duties entrusted to her by homeowners. She is a devoted person in all aspects of her life. She spent over a decade taking care of her father, who sadly passed at the end of February this year.
