I have been dropping off all sorts of clothes here for a very very long time now. This is why everyone should do business with them. Do #1 They have restored my old giants jackets that literally the white baseball patch had years of build up, that only God knows what it was on it. The jacket looks new! #2 My husbands niner jersey had began to bleed red onto the the white numbers when it was raining. Yes, it's an authentic Mitchell and Ness. You can imagine the emotions he felt observing that. I took it to them hoping and praying they could perform a miracle. They not only were able to stop the bleeding but also remove ALL of the prior stains from the numbers. They now shine bright like a diamond. I've been meaning to write this place a glowing review for some time now, but every time I try it comes out sounding like a laundry commercial. I'm going to try and power through it because this place deserves every glowing review and accolade it gets. I dropped off five shirts, each stained with something different. My 100% linen shirt had a close encounter with some red wine, a shirt from Nordstroms patterned with gray chevrons got jabbed with a dry erase marker by a very enthusiastic presenter, a checker box shirt got tic-tac-toe'd by some curry, and so on. I brought these shirts to them after unsuccessfully trying to get these stains out myself. I was at wit's end, really unwilling to toss stuff out that would cost me hundreds to replace if I bought everything new so I figured "why not let them try it?" Best decision I've made in weeks. For $11, they got out every single stain as well as the minor issues that affect shirts over time: the hair and skin oils that subtly darken shirt collars, the tiny wrinkles that no amount of ironing seems to completely erase, EVERYTHING. These shirts look new, and you'd never know all of them were destined for the rag pile. If you have any garment or blanket or sleeping bag that you fear is beyond help, take it here. read more

Being vertically challenged at 5'2" (HEY! The BEST things come in small packages!) ... anyway, I can never find jeans that fit. I bring them here to be hemmed, because I can't. I cannot even thread a needle, much less know what to do with it once I do. In a few days, they are done! I don't know my inseam, or maybe don't want to know out of shame, but there is a booth to change in. I have also brought slacks here to be cleaned, and they do a great job. One time, they had to send them back to the cleaners because they missed a spot that the clerk found. I had to look good for my sister's wedding, especially since I was giving her away. I recently took my queen size down comforter in for a cleaning and it was at a good price of $25. They did a great job, and it's fluffier than ever. It has that fresh new clean scent also, without any harsh chemical smell. Both of the gentlemen who work here, and the young lady, are all very nice. They often easily find my things when I forget my claim ticket. read more

Kind, clean, and reasonably priced. I've taken suits, dresses, and just dropped off a silk kimono from Japan. They are a great addition to this part of the City and offer terrific customer service. A highlight was a vintage find from the Bernal Height neighborhood sale that I took in a few weeks ago. They cleaned it, stitched it and fixed the zipper all for less than $22! there are things you do in life that kinda point to the fact that your becoming an adult. -pay taxes -buy your own tampons instead of stealing them from your mom's house -ability to keep a house plant/pet/child alive -slowly using less and less slang in your day to day speech -looking forward to sundays so you can catch up on the last months new yorkers...and not just the cartoons -bringing things in to be dry cleaned. whenever i had something that needed to be dry cleaned, i either washed it regular or didn't wash it at all. for real, i once wore a navy blue gap dress for an entire summer phish tour. i only took it off a few times to go skinny dipping. and after 3.5 months, it still looked and smelled allllright. but alas, the old man has a man job which requires suits and other business attires. which, i was told by my mother-in-law, had to be dry cleaned or laundered by a professional. so i truck down to cole's about 2x's a week and complete my wifely duties for the day. 3 stars cause this stuff is expensive. and they couldn't find the old mans suit for about 20 minutes, but then found it at their other store. not sure how it got there, but they went and got it back so they are a-ok in my book. read more

The first thing you notice here is that prices are a bit higher than many of the "drop-off" dry-cleaners around town. But the second thing you notice are a few folks, including the owner, in the back busting their ass cleaning, steaming and pressing clothes. The on-premise nature here lots the owner ensure the quality of their product. I've been doing weekly drop-offs here of both laundered shirts and dry-cleaning, and the only thing that's gone wrong was a couple of cracked buttons on one shirt, which they fixed without charge nor complaint. That kind of peace-of-mind is worth the higher price I think. The staff and owner are also super friendly. The owner is never too busy to explain some of the secrets of the dry-cleaning business (such as ALL dry-cleaners in SF are "green" since it's mandated by law), and the staff always remembers me and is up for a quick chat. read more

I must say that the service I was provided was both professional and courteous. I went in to get my suit altered. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I've taken suits to other cleaners and they did a lousy job. When I got them back three days later, it looked as though it was brand spankin new. The press was excellent and I was glad to pay the $25 it cost to get the suit altered, dry cleaned, and pressed. If you are looking for a cleaners you can trust, you have got to go to Cole Cleaners Too, conveniently located on Mission St., near Persia St. I would strongly reccommend this place to everyone. read more
