If only I could leave a ZERO. I know what clothing I dropped off and I watched the employee mark the pink slip - he wrote next to 4 items not 3. I came back to pick up my items and they lost a brand new blazer my son needed for graduation. They claimed that no, it was only 3 items when clearly there were 4 marks on the ticket. They try to make you think it's your fault and your mistake. They don't even offer a solution. I wish I could produce proof but who knew you should take a photo of all your clothing beforehand. This was a brand new blazer and I can only speculate what could have happened to it but from reading the other reviews I can only wonder if there is a black hole where these new & expensive items end up. I came back the next day to see if they may have found it and they still claim they don't have it. Didn't even offer to look around or answer any of my questions when things like this happen. They claim that this doesn't happen. Not according to the other reviews here. No business is that perfect that they don't make mistakes. Totally pissed. Horrible service. read more

ZERO STARS!!! Brought two suit coats here to have cleaned that we purchased from a thrift shop.... When we got them home and took them out of the plastic , they still smelled like thrift shop...................... YUCK!!!!! How difficult can it be to clean two suit coats..... what a freaking waste of money.. Also, they weren't particularly friendly.. I guess they have enough biz with the police officers bringing in their uniforms.. but for us civilians.............. maybe we don't get good service.. save your money............... go elsewhere!!! I've been using them for over 10 years for my dress shirts, slacks, & suits and I am finally writing a review for this place. I do not want to go anywhere else as this is the 1st dry cleaning place I've used in the last 20+ years that iron my French cuffed shirts without me asking. I've had previous dry cleaners ruin a shirt or two, but this place has never ruined any of my shirts in all these years, which to me is like finding and using the same hair stylist over and over again, because they are consistent. I do see negative reviews here, but I can vouch that for dress shirts, slacks, & suits, they are the best I've ever used. read more

I'm going 2 stars vs. 1 since a) they are fairly nice and b) 50c cheaper than glen park cleaners (1.75/shirt vs. 2.25) Problem is that they are damaging the buttons on my dress shirts. I've read this isn't as big an issue on plastic buttons so maybe you're ok. Wish I figured this out before 1/2 my shirts got damaged... :( read more

They screwed up my first shirt... Hey things happen right? Maybe the shirt wasn't constructed well. Then they screwed up another shirt. They didn't even offer to refund the cost of the cleaning. On the plus side, they do charge less than the place down the block. Too bad they screw up your stuff! read more

I used this place for 6 month for dry clean and pressing shirts. Not sure why for that long, since I noticed their low quality right away. Perhaps b/c they speak Chinese to me? The workers are friendly, but the quality of their work is HORRIBLE. My pressed shirts often have areas where the fabric were pressed while bunched together, usually around cuffs or collars. Looks horrible. EVEN WORSE -- the top buttons of my shirts begin to break soon after I started using them. One by one, the top button would break in half. Not sure why, never happened before. Perhaps they iron the first button, instead of around it? If you care about your cloth, don't use this place. read more

They RUINED my favorite pair of jeans!!! they tried to blame it on me at first saying that I must have stepped on something or sat on something. First of all DENIM JEANS cannot tear easily! My jeans TORE apart like wet paper. When I FINALLY meet the manager, she said she has never seen me and that they did not clean my pants. Haha I had my receipt and the tags from both pairs of jeans! She then said I must have sat in something. Unlikely because I took them out the bag and noticed the hanger was discolored and falling apart. I then put them back in the bag. I asked if the chemicals they used, if used generously could eat through denim. She replied "oh we don't use chemicals"... Really??? After a worker there said that I am a loyal customer, she still refused to shell out compensation, she gladly would have given me a refund! Why give a refund if you did your job correctly? $4.50 does not amount to $85 dollar jeans and a loyal customer! What really tick ne iff us the fact that she did not even think twice about the customer. I am taking my business elsewhere! read more

I went here last month and a button needed to be sewed on a jacket for a suit I own that fell off. I asked what they would charge for it (I was having it cleaned here) and they said it was free. I know the other cleaners around would not do that! Again, I have now been going here for about 5 years and have never had any problems. Their prices are better than the other nearby cleaners. Great place, been going for years without any a mishap. Owner has been there since the 1980s at least if my memory serves me right. Their prices are very reasonable and the service has always been great. When I absolutely have to use another dry cleaner I always take a look at the racks to see if there are uniforms and other work wear hanging. This place always has uniforms and suits hanging. I take that as a good sign. So give this place a try, you won't regret it. read more

Used this cleaners for past 25 years. Had the same jacket cleaned a number of times by them, but the last time the colors bled. Not only would they not refund the cleaning fee, but they ruined the jacket for good. Don't understand what happened since it never bled before. Been coming here for many years. I've had no problems with my shirts and dry cleaning. My shirts are always clean and ready in a timely matter. If I'm in a rush, I can drop them off in the morning and they'll be ready in the evening. The location is very convenient.. right next to BART and off of highway 280. Overall, a good place to get dry cleaning and shirts laundered in the Glen Park area. read more

I have tried this cleaners out several times in the last 6 months, but am going to now go elsewhere. They have misplaced a few of my items several times and can't seem to understand which of my pants I like pressed with a crease down the middle and which I don't, despite telling them specifically. If you have simple cleaning requests without worrying about the details, I am sure these people would do fine, but if you don't want your clothes misplaced or if you would like things done a certain way, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

Yes, I experienced better. They marked my shirt with an ink on the collar, saying this helps them to indentify it. Well, never happened to me with any other dry cleaners before. Even with them (I used them for a couple of occasions). Surely they didn't offer any apology. On the bright side - they are located very conveniently before BART so that it is easy to drop things off. And yeah - they are pretty cheap. The quality matches the price though. Do not clean any leather items in this place very, very poor quality! They promised that for $ 55 but when I came to pick it up the price increased to $ 60. The receipt that they are giving to their clients conveniently do not amount they will charge you, but only day of pick up. I think that they routinely increase the amount they charge by few dollars. I remembered how much they told me only because I cleaned only one item and it was already expencive. I was able to see receipt for internal use, but lower part of it was ripped up and new priced was placed above ripped part. If you clean anything it this place asked them to put price on the receipt that they give you. read more

I took a navy blazer there two weeks ago along with three white shirts. When I brought them home I noticed the blazer had a stain on the sleeve and the shirts were wrinkled at the collar cuffs and body. there was starch in only one shirt and the tip of the collar was turned up and bent over. I took them all back and my wife and I went to pick them up but the problems were the same. My wife went to pick them up the third time and they said they can't get the stain out of the sleeve. The jacket had some shiny spots on it also. The shirts were wrinkled.so my wife just gave up and brought them home. Iwill need to starch and iron these shirts or pay again to have them done, The jacket is ruined. I had taken things there some years ago and they were not this bad. My mistake-never again! read more
