Bad service took my Cadillac into service dept. to find and repair leak from sunroof . Water was on both front floor floors boards they said they would look at it an advise me what it was . Few hrs later they call and said it was the drain lines one on each side . There was water puddled on the floor board I left so they could see where it was leaking . John Farris called me and he gave me a price of $1600.00 dollars to fix . I asked why so much he said to take carpet out and replace . I said no just fix the leaks . I'll take care of the carpet and clean it . He said not doing the carpet would be around $600-$700. I told him to go ago . Later in the day he called and said he has to order the parts will be 3-4 days but it only needed one hose instead of two they blew the passenger side and it was fine so I said ok but I need a courtesy car if they were keeping mine . When it was time to pick it up 4 days later still had puddles of water in it carpet drenched still . I asked why was it not wet vacuumed to at least get the water out . Said I told the not to do the carpet I told him not to rip the carpet up how could they tell the leak was fixed if water was still puddled . I took it home cleaned and dried carpet 3 days later it rained check the next day carpets wet again . Took back refuse to pay more they tell me it's the other hose that broke on passenger side gave me a price of$564.85 I advised it should have been fixed the 1st time they refuse to put a new hose on the passenger side they would try to repair it by stretching the hose 1/4". They called said car was done . Next rain leaked again same place as the beginning , so I don't know if they replaced anything ? They said if they had to put another hose I would have to pay $564.85 per service manage . I would not do business with them again . I was given the run around and different excuses by John Farris (service advisor). Be very aware ask for the old parts back on any repair . I trusted them I was wrong to do that ! read more

I called here to inquire about purchasing a Cadillac suv. I spoke with a sales woman who didn't seem too keen to get my information for me, but she took it nonetheless and said she was heading into a meeting and would call me with some options. I didn't hear from her for a week, so I called back. They transferred me to her, and she said "oh, he didn't get back to you? I gave your info to him. Let me talk to him and I'll have him call you". Never heard back. Needless to say, I wasn't going to force myself on someone who didn't even want to consider my sale, so I'm enjoying my new Cadillac XT4 from another dealership. read more

Their auto service center doesn't keep customers updated.they had my car for 4days then finally we called them to find out what was going on .dont return calls in a timely manner. Didn't even bother to wash the car after had the car a total of2weeks. read more

There have been several times when I have dropped by the service department to have them look at something and they've fixed it for me at no charge. I purchased my vehicle from Cole Valley only about a year and a half ago. The car recently stopped running and I had it towed back there. They called me after looking at it and said that the engine was bad and needed replaced. Cole Valley advertises their "warranty for life" program and failed to mention when we bought the car that in order to honor this we had to either maintain it at their location or call in to notify the warranty company each time we had maintenance done somewhere else. Long story short, the warranty will not cover replacing the engine now. I asked the service advisor if there was anything they could do to help me. He in turn asked the used car manager who just basically told him to have me refer back to my warranty contract. I then asked to speak to the service manager to see if he could do anything to help me. He ended up telling me just about the same thing concerning the warranty contract and proceeded to tell me that they did not "owe" me anything to help me. Frustrated with the results, I asked to speak to the owner. For a third time, I was told that I did not follow the rules of the warranty contract and that they would do nothing to help me. Not a one of them showed any caring or compassion for my situation nor offer any sort of help whatsoever. Now after owning vehicle for only a year and a half I am stuck with the full bill of putting a new engine in it. What a terrible way to treat a customer and make them feel not appreciated at all. My wife and I both love driving our Cadillacs but I can guarantee we will NEVER go back to Cole Valley to purchase a vehicle or get them serviced. read more

My wife and I drove over an hour to look at a 2018 Cadillac XT5. I notified Allison the day before I was coming with my family to look at and test drive the car. My wife was looking for an XT5 with the options and color combinations that Cole Valley had. We showed up 10am in the morning on Aug 31st. I asked for Allison and had to deal with a different sales person. The vehicle was not ready. They had to take it out and fill it with fuel before the test drive, it was dirty"bird crap all over the car". Then when I was looking at the vehicle I noticed the front end fender and hood didn't line up with the rest of the seams. I asked if it was wrecked, the sales man said I don't think so but I'll check. Then I told him I wanted a CarFax. He came out 20 minutes later with a car fax showing the car was in a wreck with 6k in damages. This was supposed to be a certified Cadillac! How can you Certify an XT5 that was in a wreck. I talked to my local Cadillac dealership and they told me it couldn't be certified. I walked around the vehicle for 10 minutes before seeing there was a problem with it. Poor workmanship and pretty sad. They knew the vehicle was previously wrecked and let me drive over an hour to look at a vehicle that had been in a accident. And Allison couldn't tell me before driving my family over an hour each way! Buyer beware! And the vehicle had 700 more miles on it than what was advertised. Would never come back to this dealership. read more

Like most people, I don't like shopping for a vehicle because of the pushy, arrogant, know it all salesmen and women. This however was not my experience at Cole Valley. Because I live in Salem, Darryl White and I began by emailing about a car I found on their website. By the time I got to the dealership, he had already talked with his manager and had things ready to go. This made the buying process very easy. Not only will I drive the 35 miles to work with Darryl again, I will recommend my friends and family do as well. read more
