Let me start off by saying I did business with the previous owners, Dillinger Brothers. Hands down the best. The car lot that I purchased my Mercedes GLE 350 referred me. I called like I always do to set up an appointment and learned ownership had switched hands to Depo Auto Care. I called and ran it by my car salesman. He let me know although it switched hands the previous owners were still involved. So I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The oil change took about an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable. About four weeks later my check engine light came on. The first thing I do is check the oil. I find there is barely any oil in my car. I'm forced to hit an auto parts store on my way to work to buy oil to add to my car $37.00. After adding oil and driving it by the time I got to work my check engine light went out. I am puzzled because I've never had any issues with my oil leaking. I end up calling my salesman back and ask for another recommendation for a diagnostic to ensure there's no damage done to my vehicle $130.00 & half a day of work missed. Once they confirmed that it was not leaking. That confirmed something wasn't done correctly when the oil was changed, so I pay a visit to Depo Auto Care. One of the previous owners was there and assisted me. I explained, and he asked for the opportunity to check my car. To be honest, I was very hesitant Considering I already had it checked. We confirmed my car was not leaking oil and also confirmed that not enough oil was put in my at the time of my oil change based on the amount of oil I had to add. He further explained how the oil is dispensed and measured. They have a large drum of oil and use a container to dispense the oil and add it to the vehicle. The person who was working on my car missed a trip to the drum to fill the container. I also asked to double check the sticker because the mileage was not correct on when my next oil change was due. Come to find out the person who changed my oil was not the person who was marked in the system as changing my oil. The previous owner informed me that he needed to make a phone call to run it by another associate to know where to go from here. He informed me that they would refund me the cost of the oil change. I accepted. The last thing that he said to me as I was walking out... he was very sorry and hoped that they did not lose me as a customer. The problem I have with this is they agreed they we're at fault and only willing to refund the oil change. Not the diagnostic or the oil that I had to purchase oh and let's not forget the time I had to take off work. I know people can make mistakes. However, if you're in the wrong, make it. If I would have been paid back for the money out-of-pocket along with the oil change. I might would have considered giving them a second chance. Depo has a lot to learn. I gave you the and you showed me. I can't trust you to make it right! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! read more

I came in for my weekly alignment expecting a professional service and I was left with disappointment. the staff was friendly but didn't seem to take their job seriously. I was given a low price that ended up costing me in the long run. I waited for about 2 hours for the service and when they gave me my vehicle back everything seemed fine I went home and parked my car. not even two hours later I went to the store and my steering wheel was worst than when I first took it to get serviced.now I'm left with scuffed tires and had to pay somebody else to fix it. read more

I came to the company at 930 this morning to get my rear brake repair. It is now 1254pm. I went back to asking what was going on with my truck. he informed me to hold on and he will check to see what was going on. He never came to tell me anything. I took it upon myself to go outside and I saw that my truck was still in the same location. I parked it in. Then I went to the office and ask them have they even started on my truck. They informed me no there was two other cars they was working on that's was infront of me. that's impossible because I've been up here since 930 this morning. All the people that was up here before me has gone. which I did not understand why my vehicle is still sitting. This is bad service. I do not recommend anybody to come here to get the car fixed. read more

Not sure what kind of tire business these guys are running, but my wife took her car there to have a bad tire on her car replaced. Instead of telling her they don't have the correct size used tire for her car, they installed a tire two sizes too small on her rim and let her drive off with it. Very unsafe.. I contacted them and spoke to a manager about having it replaced with the correct tire to no avail. He sounded as if it's a regular practice. Stay away from these guys if you don't want to put yourself or family in danger driving around with the incorrect size tire. read more

Quoted 20 minutes for an inspection, still waiting over an hour later. Nice staff but took my car somewhere to get inspected and taking way longer than expected. Will go elsewhere next time. Updated: over charged me as well. Should have paid $13 since car is 2015 under 70k miles but they charged $30. read more

STAY AWAY, Depo sold me two used tires 4 days ago and my front end now has a vibration. I took it back to them and they rotated the tires to rear of vehicle because they said i had a bent rim and still has a vibration and wanted to charge me $20.00 for rotation(what a joke). After this, I took my vehicle to another tire place and they stated that the rim is not bent and the guy at depo lied to me. The other tire place also told me that the used tire that depo sold me is egg shaped and not round and that is the reason for vibration. I've never left a bad review on Yelp but I have to say that these guys need to educate their staff.. First off, this company put a dry rotted tire on my truck after selling me a "almost new" set of tires for $180.. Apart from that, they put the tire on the FRONT of the truck.. That's just ignorant.. Secondly, when I noticed this, I attempted to rotate the tires in my garage and could not get the lug nuts off.. Who ever installed these, torqued them to almost 200 ft lbs.. After breaking my $150 Snap On breaker bar, I had to drive to a local shop to have them removed.. It took them almost 45 minutes to get them removed which cost me $40.. All in all, there are many other suppliers in the area that have knowledgable staff, that speak English, and understand the importance of mounting tires properly. These guys are here to turn a profit while failing to offer any quality and safety... I will NOT be returning and I wish I could post pics of the tire they put on the front of my truck..
