Hermary's is expensive and service has ranged from so so to horrible. This last service visit this past week was the final straw and we will be replacing our blinds so that we will never have to deal with Hermary's again. The technician they did not manage to fix our issue and said he was not a blinds person (yeah...). Then he managed to destroy one of the blinds by letting it roll up unevenly--it is not unusable and the tech could not fix it. Do NOT use Hermary's.

On top of his expertise he has a very positive attitude, and always makes sure to take care of your needs. What really surprise me was his honesty, and integrity. He spend at least an hour on my coin machine and bill acceptor, he cleaned and calibrated my machine, and he did not find anything wrong with them, except he find a small piece of screw inside the machine that most likely caused all the problem I had. When I went to his shop to pick up my machine ,he did not charge me at all. I asked him couple of times to bill me, but he told me next time. To be honest, it is really hard to find people like David now a days, but I am glad I was introduced to him for my coin machine problems. I highly recommend him and his store. I have forever had problems with the system, Control4, which needs constant stroking and servicing. Right before the pandemic the company who sold me the product and serviced it went out of business. I was in dire need of finding a company who could get me back on track, think messed up TV during the pandemic! Fortunately, I found Gator Tech. and over a period of a year they came out on several occasions to fix the errors (which were many) and streamline the system. After making an appointment and being given an appointment window (2 hour block) for the next day... AND BOOM!!! Sofa came right on time as promised. Herb and one of his colleagues, installed the sofa and also disposed of all the cardboard boxes. Great friendly attitude, on-time, and overall a good experience! Highly recommended.

I just received delivery and was very happy with their professionalism. The scheduled delivery time was quoted as some time between 10am and noon. Rich called me at 9:30 to let me know that I was likely to receive delivery closer to noon than 10am, and then called again at 11:15 to let me know that they were on their way and would be here at 11:40. Such a small thing, to call and let me know when they have more accurate information, but it really made a big impression on me. How many times have I waited at home for hours, wondering if and when a delivery was actually going to show up? This was a pleasure. Thanks guys!
