Having been busy at work, they save me a lot of my time and hassle from having to spend too much time reviewing this project. They are well organized and Michael definitely has been doing this for a long time. The pricing for his company is more than fair for the high quality of work. Both James and Max were great when I reached out with questions, they were very responsive. A big thank you to his awesome team who helped build the deck and showed up everyday with a smile. One of the reason why I went with MG Construction was because Michael's eagle eye was able to notice certain detail of the job that that the other contractors who provided bids overlooked. They transformed the outside of our home, and it now looks and feels like a magazine spread! Just today, I received compliments from two separate strangers on the front yard. We constantly get compliments on the appearance of our home. Samantha was the landscape architect who created the design, and it was amazing to see her lay out the vision. She saved us space in ways I definitely couldn't have conceived of on my own. She said the remodel would be like doubling our living space, and she was right! Scott oversaw the construction from start to finish. He was very attentive and obviously cared about and was fully invested in the success of the project. He had an expertise with plants and gave great guidance to give me the colors I wanted in plants that would work for our space and the SoCal heat. I am constantly smiling at the plants Scott suggested. They are thriving, and I wouldn't change a thing. The crew was respectful, clean and did a beautiful job. It was a long project, but Pacific Outdoor kept their initial timeline. Our main reason for going with Pacific Outdoor was that they were a one-stop shop. They could do everything. They truly delivered, and it is better than we ever imagined! It was so easy to look at their choices and select what we wanted. They had a wide variety of design choices. We replaced most of the grass in the back with their pavers and used the same pavers for our driveway. They look fantastic. We have a neighbor that had Pacific Outdoor build them a firepit that they love. We received great guidance and attention from the full team all along the way. They didn't quit until the project was finished to our satisfaction. As I float in our beautiful pool and eat tangerines off of my new tree, I feel like a queen and couldn't be happier after choosing Pacific Outdoor! Our family highly recommends them!

I have been very pleased with the results, which have really elevated my enjoyment of my home's outdoor areas. I would also caution anyone considering going with System Pavers to steer clear of those crooks. I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle. I paid them the $7k. I had some personal issues happen and hadn't communicated with them, for a month but then in April I asked for an update weekly. I have had 1 text message per week only I have chanced Chris, no timelines, no details, no renders. Nothing. This has been the worst relationship that I have had with and contractor in LA. I"m now asking for my money back, as I have had nothing and they are saying I'm not going to get that. I'm likely going to have to get lawyers involved. Please, please do not use them!

We are so happy with our gorgeous shower. He explained what was possible, what was impossible and what was maybe possible! Even when we chose hinges that happened to be the most expensive hinges in the hardware catalogue he explained that each component has a budget and those hinges were way over the shower door budget, but he wanted us to have them if we really loved them, so he would split the cost with us. They WERE pretty spiffy hinges (if you can believe that hinges can be that fancy) but when he told us we had picked out $750 hinges we said, oh no forget it! That's crazy. But he said, well before you say no way, i want you have what you like, so he offered to split it. We would not have added on $750, but for $375, we decided to go for the crazy hinges! We had a pipe in our condo building that needed repair which really took time to get approved for them to continue our project. Shai spoke with the building manager, several times, made them 2 proposals to fix the pipes, and very quickly (once the Board finally approved) fixed it in half a day. At every stage of demo and construction, Shai made sure we were happy and on track! And the price he quoted us on day one, was the price we paid. We needed more grout, more tile, and a few extra visits to change the recessed box and he never said yes but it will cost extra, he delivered what he promised on day 1, which was us, as happy satisfied clients.

After having some very bad experiences with contractors during our home remodel, I became extremely cautious about hiring anyone, practically ptsd. Finding someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable is not easy. From the very first meeting with Sep, I knew I was dealing with someone who actually does this for a living and takes pride in his work. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely. He even suggested to get more quotes but I did not feel a need to. He absolutely impressed me. He is very PERSONAL and has extremely well disposition. He brought samples the fist estimate meeting! Helped me narrow it down, asked questions I even did not think about. I had tree guys giving me estimates but my daughter after meeting Sep said "no no no comparison Mom, he is the guy, the unicorn tells me he is the guy" During the process the crew encountered the problem that stump from the dead tree was not removed even though I paid the other company to remove it! It was not done! Sep immediately reacted found a company, called them and they came within 2 hours to remove the huge dead stump. Sep's crew did amazing work, hauled everything away, cleaned up the entire area, and then transformed our backyard with beautiful artificial turf. The amount of work they completed was incredible. During the project I was honestly nervous because the yard looked like a construction zone, but they knew exactly what they were doing. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Our backyard looks larger, cleaner, and so much more inviting. It completely transformed the space. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about the quality of the final result. I told Sep that I would like to do it asap, he understood and scheduled me immediately. I had contractors coming for quote and then disappearing, or even worse, starting the job and disappearing! So I cannot stress it enough that dealing with Sep was absolutely exceptional! Being absolutely new to remodeling process I noticed how contractors take advantage and I clearly see it when they do it, this is not the case with Sep. And I am very grateful for that! After everything we've been through with other contractors, I can honestly say I would never go to anyone else for landscaping or grass work. It is such a relief to finally find someone I can trust.
