They gave us tips to find things in other areas of the store as people tend to hide things they want and they let us know where to look for those gems! This is the first and usually last place I have to go to find what I am looking for as they have what I need. There are so many props and fun things to look at as you wander the huge selection. The clerk just tells you "Oh sorry, we're all sold out." when in fact that shouldn't have mattered because you were subscribed to it. This store won't last long with such unprofessional, not to mention idiotic and greedy, business practices. I've been coming to this store since they opened last year. They've got all the usual selection of new comic books along with a wide selection of back issues. They carry games and gaming supplies along with Funko and variety of other collectible type items. The employees we encountered were all friendly and helpful and the checkout service was quick and efficient. If you shop with any regularity, you probably want to sign up for their reward program. it's been upgraded from the punchcards to a digital system that you can access through the app as well. They have competitive pricing on back issues, which makes things worth shopping for. FINALLY had a Saturday off, and I'm so sad I wasn't able to make it out here before now. I also brought a bag of books to sell. The processing for the books I brought took about 30 minutes (it was an IKEA bag FULL, I just needed to transfer to one of their bins). That gave me time to look around and see what they might have. Not all of my books were accepted, which was fine, because the reason this place is so big and yet does such good business is that the books are well currated to ensure that they are desirable. Older books, or less desirable are kept down to one copy, whereas more popular books may have three or four of the same book, but the book is popular enough that it will be sold. Value wise, the rare, signed, and first editions area is VERY reasonably priced. Value for books brought in is given as either cash (I was given a lesser amount this way) or store credit I walked out with a few of the sequels of book series I have the first and maybe second of, but this way I could complete the series for less. I also found a few books on my TBR that were available. Books are indeed at used book prices, not hugely marked up, so overall I considered the visit a huge win. Overall, I guess my complaint is only that this is the only location, and I wish there was a sister store more toward central or even the west side of Orlando.

I come in the next day and see the same two cards being sold as "Near Mint" at almost double the price of market for "Lightly Played". I know I am getting less value when trading in and the store obviously has to mark up prices; that's all business and that's fine. I don't expect them to disingenuously grade cards down to turn around and sell at a higher condition grade. Borderline fraudulent. I had 25 more cards to value (and binders full at home) and trade today but saw those cards in the case and I wasn't acknowledged while browsing the case, so I walked out never to return.
