I love this food hall! Before, I rarely ate at South Coast Plaza since most of the restaurants are uber fancy expensive. The Collage, on the other hand, offers diverse dining and dessert spots from affordable casual to upscale fine dining. My particular favorites are PhoHolic and Le Shrimp Noodle Bar. I hope top level has more spots in the future. Overall, this is a great place to hang out while you're at the mall. read more

Collage is a must try when you are here. It has a large selection of food and drink with great ambiance. My favorite is defiantly Phoholic, which is listed on the Michelin food guide list, and is one of the best pho I have ever had. Collage is a great place to go for a lot of different food options, from different cuisines to quick service/sit-down service! If you want Asian food, Phoholic and Paradise Dynasty are pretty good options. There's also Cha Redefine if you want boba and Mochinut if you want mochi donuts as well. Collage also has the cutest little churro place for dessert! I heavily recommend this place for anyone trying to find food at South Coast Plaza! :) read more

Than walk downstairs to the lower bottom floor Is Le Shrimp Noodle, Mochinut, Churrino Gourmet, Mahjongs & another restaurant i didn't get the name of. I've been wanting to come here for about a year now. Saw a post on Le Shrimp Noodle Bar on IG. I love ramen and seeing this is a different type of ramen in shrimp broth made it much more intriguing to try. Located on the lower level of Bloomingdale's in the Collage Culinary Experience. A new concept of Bloomingdale's mini food hall. Came with a girlfriend for lunch on a Wednesday at noon. There wasn't a wait at all. What we ordered: ~A1 Signature Trio NoodLe $ 18.95 It's on the saltier side and we couldn't make it spicy. They provided chili oil for us to make it spicy. Which actually made the soup broth much better after we added that. Requested the body of the shrimp to be peeled with the head on still. The 2 Elbiko prawn paste balls were yummy along w the shrimp/chicken wontons. ~B2 Prawn chicken wonton tossed vinaigrette $ 13.25 Was ok, it was a bit bland and wasn't even spicy. We asked for the chili vinaigrette. It had like a soap or an aroma floral taste. My friend also agreed after she asked what i thought of this dish. Regular noodles were good & chewy. It was mine and her 1st time here. I met Peilia, sweet lady. She was very informative. She told the customers next to us regarding ordering information. She was so welcoming. I believe she was part of PR & told us how this restaurant is part of the Paradise Group along w the Paradise Dynasty above. Our waiter was ok. When we asked if we can move our seats from a 2 seater table to a booth that can accommodate 4. For a little bit space on the table along w the seating. That way we don't feel a bit cramped. She mentioned that because we ordered already. It's hard to identify what orders belong to what tables. Which me and my girlfriend didn't understand especially it was herself that brought us our dishes. There wasn't a packed house in the restaurant. So we believe the dishes could've been easily identified to whom it belonged to. As far as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. That was a great touch during our dining experience. Celebrating Lunar New Year. We received coupons in the red envelope given as a thank you. It was for Le Shrimp & Paradise Dynasty. It expires end of April 1.25.23 Ambiance of the restaurant was really cute w shrimp decor & waves on the wall. The tables along w the ceiling lighting was modern. So I've told you what it isn't, it's not one restaurant called Collage Culinary- and if you go to the website you may be equally confused. So let me help, (I hope) and tell you what it is! On multiple levels there are large and small scale restaurants from casual to fine dining, with a delicious desert Mochinuts, Brexit, bars, soup, and Asian cuisine. The food court next to Bloomindales has many options for shoppers at South Coast Plaza. Home to Paradise Dynasty, Le Shrimp Noodle, Mah Jong, Churrino, Cha Redefined, Phoholic, and more. It's a boon for Asian food lovers. I love that there are more options for diners in the area. Bruxie just opened recently so hopefully more palettes will be satisfied. Parking is easily found adjacent in the South Coast Plaza parking lot. Come hungry or thirsty and leave satisfied. read more

Today I decided to try the new food court they recently opened at South coast plaza. Overall it had amazing food especially Paradise Dynasty outstanding very reasonable pricing. The food came out very fast service was great! Anyways we walked around the food court and all the other restaurants and boba places were fine. The only issue about the court is they should've put a variety of restaurants besides All Asian restaurants. They need to add like Mexican, italian greek, persian, and etc.. It should have a diversity of choices for all those who come from different countries and cultures that want eat at this new food court. read more
