Such a cute spot for foodies! It has a great vibe and ambiance. All food locations are 10/10

Honestly way better than expected for a mall location. We came to the South Coast Plaza location expecting "solid food court pho" and ended up genuinely impressed. The broth was rich, clean, and deeply beefy without feeling heavy or overly salty. Meat portions were generous, noodles had great texture, and everything tasted fresh. The egg rolls were a hit with the kids, service moved fast, and it was surprisingly easy for a family lunch in the middle of shopping chaos. Is it the absolute best pho in Little Saigon? Maybe not -- but for convenience, quality, and consistency, this really delivered. If you're at South Coast Plaza and debating random mall food vs PhoHolic, this is the move.

Employees are kind even when it gets so crowded at times. I do wish they would host more events or celebrations around here.

Located at South Coast Plaza near Bloomingdales, Collage Culinary Experience is a A-list food court befitting of this upscale mall. They have Asian-leaning offerings and waffles by Bruxie. If you want tea, they have Cha Redefine and Chagee (coming soon). If you want soup, you can get really top quality pho at PhoHolic or shrimp ramen at Le Shrimp Ramen. If you want the famous garlic crab from Crustacean of Beverly Hills and SF, then you can get it at AnQi. For dumps and xiao long bao, there's Paradise Dynasty. They even have churros and mochi doughnuts if you want something sweet to balance your savories. Overall, this is a really great food court, and it will be a top option for me when I meet up with people in this area! Park near Bloomingdales if you are looking for this food court! read more

Collage Culinary Experience is a two story collection of eateries located on the Bloomingdale's side of south coast plaza. There are quite a few eateries, all Asian, that offer a range of things from noodles, to pho to mochi donuts and boba drinks. This place is a little hidden behind Bloomingdale's. If you're coming from inside the mall, just walk towards Bloomingdale's and keep going past all the Bloomingdale's bedding, crystal and kitchenware to the neon lights of this little food hall. They have different restaurants that are all separate from one another. This isn't a food court per se because there isn't really a common area to get take out from different places. We dined at phoholic, but the noodle place and Korean place also looked good. We didn't even make it upstairs. But there are more places to eat upstairs too. I had planned on getting a milk tea from the cha place, but I was too full of pho. Haha next time! There were quite a few people dining at the different places or waiting in line for mochi donuts or drinks. So it gets crowded!! read more

This is one of those hidden local late night eat places you come to when you're hungry late at…read morenight but no where else to really go to. It's located inside the ever business Dupont Plaza directly next door to the pizza place. It gets packed in the tiny plaza but there is plenty of underground parking available too. If you're unfamilar with YGF its a DIY kind of place where you pick all your ingredients in your bowl and they prepare it for you based on your choice of broth/sauce and charge by weight. There is a minimum of 1lb but no maximum! The go-to items are usually the spicy beef, pork belly, potato noodles, sliced pig ear, and intestine. For soup broth go with the bone broth, otherwise for dry go with the mellow spicy mixing. The least favorite is the tomato since it doesn't absorb flavor easily so very bland. This place is usually always packed with UCI students nearby especially late night since its open till 2am daily. So you may have to line up for a table but it usually goes very quickly. This place is totally a self service place so don't expect any service here! You literally get your own sauces, utensils, water and clean your own table after you're done eating!

Long wait times because of slow staff, and one of the most common thai dishes botched. I should have just driven back to thai town in LA and gotten actual food.

I have never encountered this issue in the past as I have always dressed nicely when visiting this mall and we have always in the past planned visits around getting a meal or buying some things during our mall walking, but this time we didn't want to spend much money and didn't bother to dress up which ostensibly is a huge problem to South Coast Plaza security and seemed to put a target on us. Good forbid two people who don't look rich want to enjoy a beautiful air conditioned mall on a hot day. Let this be a warning to all that you should look rich and/or visibly be actively spending money here if you want to avoid being followed.

The Garlic Noodles with filet were a solid choice. The noodles were flavorful, and the filet was cooked well, tender and juicy. The Fried Rice with Pork Jowl was probably my favorite dish. The pork jowl was rich, tender, and packed with flavor, and the fried rice complemented it really well, offsetting the fattiness. For being at South Coast Plaza, I thought the prices were fairly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It's not somewhere I can afford every week, but it's a great option when you're looking for a nicer lunch while shopping. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

While South Coast Plaza itself closes at 8 pm, many of the restaurants in Collage Culinary Experience stay open later, which is great if you're looking for a late dinner or snack. Dining Options: The top floor hosts restaurants like Paradise Dynasty, Bruxie, and Blossoms & Brass, while the bottom floor is home to popular spots like PhoHolic, Le Shrimp, Mah Jong, Egg LXIII, Currino, Mochinut, and Charedefine.
