Went to Bruxie at the collage! love how clean and nice it is with many different food options! Afterwards you can even go shopping at South Coast. The service is mostly self serve tho so I can't speak to how the staff are but it seems nice and neat. Love it read more

False advertisement. There are QR codes all around this food court, advertising $10 off a purchase in exchange for a review. When I tried to use this at Cha Redefine, they told me that they cannot honor this because this QR code has been invalid since the holiday season and that no vendor in the food court accepts this anymore. It's now July, so I wonder, if this QR code is no longer valid, then why is it still all over the place? It's quite deceptive and inconvenient. read more

Great food court at Bloomingdale's in South Coast Plaza. There's pho, ramen, chicken and waffles, Korean food, churros, mochi donuts, and a matcha/tea shop with rice smoothies. A visit to the Collage Culinary Experience/Food Court is a must for all foodies! It is conveniently located in South Coast Plaza by Bloomingdales on the first and second floor entrance. They'll have everything from Le Shrimp Noodles, Paradise Dynasty dumplings, Bruxie waffles, Cha Redefine tea/boba, and of course Pho Holic. So many of these shops are family friendly and can accommodate large groups. It's a casual spot for weekly nights or weekends. *tip, Many of these restaurants offer happy hour or weekday deals. Employees are kind even when it gets so crowded at times. I do wish they would host more events or celebrations around here. read more

Collage Culinary Experience is a two story collection of eateries located on the Bloomingdale's side of south coast plaza. There are quite a few eateries, all Asian, that offer a range of things from noodles, to pho to mochi donuts and boba drinks. This place is a little hidden behind Bloomingdale's. If you're coming from inside the mall, just walk towards Bloomingdale's and keep going past all the Bloomingdale's bedding, crystal and kitchenware to the neon lights of this little food hall. They have different restaurants that are all separate from one another. This isn't a food court per se because there isn't really a common area to get take out from different places. We dined at phoholic, but the noodle place and Korean place also looked good. We didn't even make it upstairs. But there are more places to eat upstairs too. I had planned on getting a milk tea from the cha place, but I was too full of pho. Haha next time! There were quite a few people dining at the different places or waiting in line for mochi donuts or drinks. So it gets crowded!! read more

Servers no longer bring plastic utensils for kids/ toddlers. 3 years ago servers were on top of it, refilling water, bringing amenities for kids, and generally more attentive. With the required service charge (server said I couldn't change that) total came out to $50 for 2 bowls of ramen, no add ons. This place just isn't worth it anymore :(

Service was attentive - checking on us and filling water often. It's a great place to try if you're in the area.

I would definitely drive 40 minutes just to come to this place again. Amazing take on Japanese/Chinese fusion.
