We came in for a couples massage this past Saturday and it was even better than I expected! It was our first time for any professional massage, and I have to say, now I'm hooked! The two masseurs were both super professional and catered to everything that we needed worked. The aromatherapy wasn't overwhelming, and I appreciate that they were able to give a solid deep tissue massage. You could tell when they found an area that needed to be worked because extra time was taken, but no problem spot eas neglected. My only issue was that I wish yhr whole thing lasted longer! Every step of my experience at Skin + Touch was exceptional. From calling to book my appointment they had great customer service and went above aND beyond to ensure I got the therapist I requested, including asking the therapist to stay pass her normal time, to being welcomed and checked in promptly, to my therapist and her massage. Great deep tissue. Really was able to find my trouble spots and work them out. Doestrogen wonders for my migraine every time I go. My husband and I had such a great experience the first time we went we immediately canceled our membership at another massage business. Not only do they have great service, but they are a local company which I am a bug fan of. I like being able to support local businesses, especially when they have such exceptional service. Aches, pains, round ligament pain, oh my! This is my first pregnancy, and after being on bed rest for most of my first trimester, second trimester has been kicking my butt just as hard. My midwife and chiropractor prescribed monthly prenatal massages. My parents live in Fredericksburg, so I decided to see about getting a massage while I was home for Christmas. Online booking was a breeze, and there was plenty of availability for a Saturday afternoon prenatal massage. The spa has an easily accessible downtown location, and street parking was plentiful. I immediately felt relaxed upon walking in, and the atmosphere was just what I needed. The staff were friendly, and facilities clean. I had a glass of water while I sat in the waiting room, and then Rachel whisked me off for some relaxation. They didn't have a pregnancy table, but a body pillow for me to wrap around, and then she massaged the other side. I'm not going to lie, I've been getting massages for years, and I am a deep tissue fan girl through and through. Well, you can't get that when you're pregnant. Rachel told me she gives the most pressure for a prenatal massage that she can, while still maintaining safety. So, while it didn't relieve all the kinks and knots, it was a relaxing hour, and I slept well that night. I bought a package to use monthly, which made the price even more reasonable. Now, I'll up my review to five stars once I have baby girl if the deep tissue is on point! read more

I've tried this place a few times now and I am just not impressed. The manicure/ pedicure is extremely over priced and chipped within days. Also, the technician never cut my cuticles or took much time to do anything besides polish. The staff is all very nice but I get the sense they aren't very experienced. I've giving the waxing services 3 tries and I don't think I will be be back. I usually leave disappointed because spots are missed on my brows and lip. I have never been happy with the shape and always end up fixing them when I get home. Even after asking multiple times that my eyebrows are trimmed, they barely trimmed them. 2/3 times the wax wasn't even hot which delayed my appointment waiting for the wax to heat up. I really wanted to like this place but I just don't think I can justify these prices for mediocre services. read more

This was my first massage EVER and it was most enjoyable!! Sally was super sweet and amazing. She listened to my problems and did her massage based on what I had told her. She was making sure that she was pushing hard enough or not too hard the whole time, which is nice. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was very relaxing. She even gave me tips at the end to help with my tension headaches. I will definitely be back soon!! Also the gentleman at the counter, I believe his name was Chris, he was so sweet and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable like we had known each other for a long time. He even let me borrow some pens. I treated my wife to a massage for her birthday (Oct 9th). MeShell "Shell" Magnus was her massage therapist. My wife has experienced a lot of sciatic nerve pain and trouble sleeping for the past 6 months. My Wife slept like a newborn baby last night and is still feeling no pain today. But thanks to my biweekly massages with Kathleen, she works through all my issues and I can keep up with my busy and active lifestyle.
