He listened to me, viewed all of my photos and gave me feedback on my style and photos and we were in agreement on the best path forward. The receptionist also was very welcoming, offered me coffee and gave me a tour. They carry Oribe and Aveda products which I use so that also is great. In addition to cuts/styles they have extensive skin care routines/facials. The services and products are not inexpensive but if you know what you want this is where you can get it. There was a glitch with their online booking system in which it made it appear that no openings were available, thankfully they reached out by phone and I was able to get in. I explained about the issue booking and they said they would address that, so if you don't find a slot online I suggest you call. Also I found easy on street parking so that was definitely a plus.
