I am updating since the middle of this week. The addition of stars to this review is a reflection of the effort made by Colley to rectify a bad car deal. I think they have responded well and I look forward to seeing the outcome of this deal I'm now referring my review and experience to the service department, in particular, Michael Isip. I went in for my first service appointment to mention that my ac seemed to go out and come on intermittently. He said that if there was no problem he could not diagnose it, not even touching the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was pretty much push to purchase tires because the service department claimed that my tires too bald to rotate. I took my car to a separate place who told me that my tires needed replacing but were not that bad off. They also told me my brakes were fine. Move on to today and the reason I write a yelp review. My ac finally goes out and I call the service department. This is when Isip tells me towards the end of the call to take it up with a yelp review and hangs up after I make him recall my conversation with him about my ac. I'm good with this place now. Especially it's service department. I do not understand how anyone can continue to have problems at one dealership. read more

Once again a dealer that does not keep their word. I had hoped they were different since I was told "we are family owned and provide better customer service". Well that lasted two seconds. We purchased a used Dodge last year and negotiated new tires. They put the tires that by the way are cheap but whatever. Ever since the new tires the steering wheel shook when going over certain MPH but was not consistent. I had been dealing with Adam for a while, which by the way was great. We had been talking for a few months and since it was intermittent and we hardly drove due to COVID, he said to keep on driving and if it continued he would take care of it. The engine light came on and had to take it to Dodge since Ford was not specialized to check a Dodge. Adam told me since I was taking it there to let them diagnose the shaking of the wheel and if it was a tire issue, he would take care of payment. Dodge was communicating with Adam and next thing you know, he no longer worked there. Yes, the issue was the tires were not balanced. I spoke with Gary from service and sent me to the sales guy because his service department did not install the tires. Going back and forth with him, he had the service manager, Craig, call me. Craig pretty much implied that I was lying on what Adam promised and refused to cover the balance. He claimed that they were balanced. How can he know when Ford were not the ones that put on the tires? And if they were balanced, how can they become unbalanced in a few months? Bottom line is that this dealership takes cars to another shop to perform car service and the service department has no idea who their staff is. Beware if you take you car for service to this dealership, You never know if they will be sending it to another shop to get it repaired and if they do, they might not take responsibility if it was not done correctly. Update: I get a message from Sales R from the dealer and asked me to contact them at the main line but no name. Receptionist has no idea where to transfer me. Get a voicemail for someone named Kim and as of this day, no call back. If they really want to fix the issue they would leave a name. read more

So I brought my SUV in two weeks ago for two things, one the sensor to the air bags needed to be calibrated. Done no issues, the 2nd item was radiator fan is load and needed attention. In two days that it was there they did not have time to see it. Made an appointment last Friday for today at 7a.m. told the tech that I needed the car back the same day. No word or call from the tech. I called at 1:30, the tech said they had not seen the car yet. Not happy I left a message for the serviceI manager. He was prompt to call and listened to my concern. He said he'll called in a few minutes and he did. He said that the Fan Clutch was bad and the tech would call with price. All that being said, the part needs to be ordered and it will take 4 days for it to get here. It would have been nice to know that 2 weeks and having to call them 6 hours later is not what I call good service. I paid their diagnostic test but they did not provide a copy. I had my car in for service and one of the items that needed to be fixed was probably a software problem. When I went to pick up my car they said the problem was caused by a bad battery. I didn't believe that because the car was not very old and the problem had been there since the beginning. They offered to sell me a new battery and when I asked for the price they said $400. I never heard of a four hundred dollar battery and when I asked why it was so much they said $200 for the battery and $200 for installation. Nobody charges for installation when you buy a new battery and if they did it would not be more than ten bucks for the ten minute job. I took the battery to two places to have it tested and they both found nothing wrong with the battery. Service department: So I scheduled an "appointment" with Kimberly in order to "activate" my svr (stolen vehicle recovery) which was a "requirement" when I purchased my 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. My appointment was for 5-16-18 at 0830. I showed up at 0835 due to traffic. I parked in the appointment only line which there was one car ahead of me. I exited my car and waited 15 minutes while service employees were in the little office adjacent to the service line where my vehicle was parked. I could see employees inside of the office and two employees peeked their heads out, saw me and went back into the office. After 15 minutes, a female service representative greeted me and I told her the reason for my visit. She then walked me to Kimberly's assistant (female). I told the female I was here for the svr and a due bill I had which was given to me when I purchased my vehicle. The assistant told me she had no knowledge of the due bill and was positive Kimberly did not mention it to her. I looked over the svr paperwork and located a due bill which was attached behind the svr paperwork. I asked the assistant if she was sure there was no due bill and she said, "yes." I then showed her the due bill and she suddenly remembered the conversation between her and Kimberly. I then told the female I'm going to leave my car and Kimberly told me I would get a car while I left my vehicle. The assistant abruptly told me they only had "Focus's" and I told here that's not going to work I drive an suv for a reason (I'm 6'3 240 pounds). She said sorry that's all we have. I told her that's funny because when I purchased my car it came from another location and they gave me one off the lot (Explorer) to use while my car arrived. The assistant said we can reschedule and I said no I was forced to pay for a service and it's not active on my vehicle. I asked the assistant to call a manager and she told me the manager and Kimberly were at a meeting together. I said how convenient. I then spoke to the assistant manager (Greg). Greg was nice and heard my complaints, but he also told me he could not assist me with obtaining an suv. I told him that's a lie and told him the previous example. Greg told me he had to "reserve" and suv. I told him how ridiculous the situation was and I would reschedule because I wouldn't waste any more time. I contacted Ford and they told me to take my vehicle back and take the Focus and they would handle the situation and accommodate me. Disappointing because I had an appointment, and I was assured the process would be simple and easy. When I purchased the vehicle one of my concerns was the service department because as we all know service departments have the worst reputation for dishonesty and penny pinching. Colley is no different. 5-17-18 I picked up my car yesterday and after it was "Detailed" I had to take it to the car wash because there were water spots everywhere and it was dripping water. Kimberly I saw you several times when I went to pick up my car and you made no effort to approach me or apologize. You chose to save face and not rectify or acknowledge your mistakes. Your unprofessionalism has been taken up to Ford and they aren't pleased with your customer service or lack thereof. I hope people take the time to read this honest review because I took time out of my professional day to inform future customers of Colley. It's all about the sale and after that they tell you to "Take your business somewhere else" -Lee service manager I was sent here as a referral and I won't be referring anyone here after my nightmare. I had a great experience here with John Reid. I found an F-150 on True Car and sent in an email. He called me back and we negotiated via text. The initial price was pretty good, and I was pleased with the number we ended up at. He's an easy dude to work with and was very responsive which I appreciate. I don't like negotiating in person, I like having my deal all lined up before I show up. That's what we did here. When I arrived the truck was washed and parked in front, the deal was what we ultimately agreed upon and the process was quick and easy. I'd buy from them again and refer them to anyone I am updating my review. Post purchase, I had an issue with the truck that needed to be addressed. This dealership is pretty far from me, and having a service performed there (even for free and under warranty) isn't exactly convenient. Kim Feathers made this follow up process much more palatable. Lining up a quick drop off, courtesy vehicle (literally a brand new explorer) and turning around the truck quickly. Their service manager George was outstanding and super easy to work with. He's quite a character and is making jokes the whole time. If you have an issue you can call and he picks up and advises you how the process is going. Sometimes you can call a dealership and enter into a situation where you just get bounced around or no one answers. Not the case here, folks answer and address the issue. CUSTOM-ER SERVICE! [ If you want a car your way, and at the right price - Cory and Tony in Internet Sales - hands down!] Read on, for the epic, and a bit long, story :) Few months ago, I discovered the existence of the Ford Fiesta ST. A tiny, hot hatch, with a spark up its arse. I test drove one such hatch at Colley, as well as the Focus ST, because the salesperson insisted :) I liked the approach of the staff, so I kept Colley in mind. I'd played with the idea of buying, but only after a couple months of contemplation, did I pull the trigger. Now when I finally dedicated to the Fiesta, I decided I wouldn't settle for anything less than EXACTLY what I wanted. And that was - White exterior, cloth interior [cuz the Recaros are a little snug for a guy my size], and the smoke painted premium wheel package, with red brake calipers. It turns out that this such build is friggin impossible to find - one in all of Cali, and it was a day's drive north. Ouch. I originally visited Buerge Ford, in Santa Monica, trying for a Recaro bearing, white Fiesta, since cloth was nill. I asked if they'd at least dealer trade for one with the dark rims, and was met with a flatout NO. Gross. I also placed a call to Colley, and was transferred to their internet sales, where Tony tried to track the perfect Fiesta - way up north. Unfortunately, though Tony, and dept manager Cory were able to lock it down, and arrange for its delivery, the up-north dealer had slapped so much crap on the thing, that the sticker had rocketed to $31k. During this time, I was awaiting financing conformation from an outside bank, so while Tony and Cory tried to affirm the delivery, I awaited a check, and explored other, more affordable options. Nothing in its class remotely touched the Fiesta ST. And after visiting a couple other dealerships, with runaround customer service, I was almost ready to call it quits on the new car. The next day, Cory called me back, and urged me to come in, insisting he'd get MY car, the way I wanted it, and at the price I desired. Heard that before...but I was in the area, and went in anyhow. Upon arrival, Tony and Cory beckoned me to the office, where Cory told me about the car up north being ready to go on my command. But, with a huge price hike, and immovable dealer options, we couldn't get it to the price I wanted. In one last effort, I asked if they could just find me cloth seats, with silver rims, and switch them for dark ones - a prospect which every other Ford dealer scoffed at. What happened next, blew my mind. Cory one upped me, and suggested I buy the car, silver rims, and they'd have them powder coated ANY COLOR I WANTED, and roll the cost into the car. WHAT?! SHUT UP! He didn't stop there. The car they dealer traded, had a sunroof, and Sony premium sound system, and even with that package, the Lojack, etching, and powder coating, they got me out the door for 90 dollars less than my ideal price. Shut your face, right the ef now! Yes that happened! That night, they took my trade in, which they'd over valued, to bring the cost of the Fiesta down [thanks guys], and gave me a loaner [another Fiesta, to get used to], until my car was delivered. Two days later, I drove it off the lot, and sh*t am I happy with the thing. Today, I brought it back to the service dept. They had to finalize the financing before sending the rims out for powder coat - understandable. I had originally thought I'd only have the option of black or dark gray on the rims, but upon talking to Jim in service, was able to directly contact the outsourced powder coater, and request a specific color [dark bronze], and even shoot him a picture for color match. I get my beautiful white, bronze shoe-wearing baby back in four days. AND they gave me another loaner, a nicely appointed Ford Fusion, until the car is ready. To sum it up - Off the lot, I'm going to have a one of a kind, dealer custom - tailored directly by me! If you want a car your way, and at the price you want, talk to Tony and Cory in internet sales. They will make sure you drive home happy! ...just don't come asking for a white Fiesta ST with bronze wheels!!! read more

I was really skeptical about going to another Ford dealer after the way my husband and I were treated at the newer Ford dealer in West Covina. We were treated really badly and the only reason I walked into the ford dealer was because I really wanted a Ford Explorer. We were treated so well and got such a great deal. From the mgmt staff, salesperson (Nick) and finance person (Tyson), we were treated like we were their family. They went above and beyond to make a deal. Even allowed us to sleep on it. Review is on repair shop. Our mustang to smoke on the fwy. We were close to Colley Ford so we pulled in and took it into the repair shop because it wasn't safe. Gave me an outrageously high quote, tried charging $1300 for simple work. I declined and had it towed to our city mechanic. Ford still charged us $140 just for quick diagnosis. City mechanic did the job for a quarter of the price. Make sure to get serval quotes before taking your car here. read more
