    My husband and I came in yesterday looking for a bronco badlands. Rocky met with us to show us the inventory and although mine wasn't on the lot at the time. Rocky and the rest of the team really went above and beyond to get the exact color and specifications we were looking for. I thought I was going to have to settle again like I did with my Tacoma but I didn't and I finally got my dream car and I couldn't be happier leaving with the exact bronco I'll keep forever. They take their time walking you through every single thing if they don't have it they definitely get it for you and treated us so incredibly well. Highly recommend these guys!

    I've been going to Colley Ford for car services a few years now and have nothing but good to say about the staff. They are honest, kind, easy to talk to and make you feel like family. I just bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Rocky and he was so patient, helpful, open, honest, and knew exactly what I wanted. If you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend asking for Rocky. He's not overly "salesy" and takes time to listen to what you're looking for. I got a great deal and am excited about my new car! Thanks again Rocky!

    2021 Ford Ranger Tremor XLT 4X4: Recently had my transmission replaced on a warranty. As for the quality of the work, I will update my review after 30 days mainly due to the fact that I just picked up my truck Tuesday 10/28/25 so I am currently monitoring the transmission as I go about my daily routines. In terms of the level of customer service? Top notch, I have been going to this dealership for my trucks service intervals for 2+ years now and Ernie and the rest of the staff have this way of making you feel like family, super attentive to your needs and very thorough and very communicative in terms of my follow ups with my warranty and the status of my rig. As for the shuttle rides and vehicle pick up program? phenomenal and super convenient, we can all agree that being without your vehicle "Sux" for the lack of better terms, but the Colley Ford staff makes the process seamless in terms of picking up your vehicle and getting you a ride to and from the dealership, and they do it with a smile and personality :) Gary, the service tech Supervisor was amazing in thoroughly explaining the issues on the transmission replacement and the coverage that came with the replacement, he was also able to consult me on a possible Ford extended protect plan as my truck gets higher in mileage (85K) in order to keep me on the road. My final thoughts: in todays business climate with a "conveyer belt" type of atmosphere, where amazing customer service is a forgotten practice and workers simply do not care, Colley Ford clearly outshines their competition and I am super blessed and thankful to have found this dealership!!! I highly recommend this dealership for purchases and service intervals on your vehicle...30 day update on the transmission replacement soon to follow target date 11/28/25.

    Firstly, Roberto in sales, thank you for your kindness, patience and all the help you provided when we realized Colley Ford didn't have the truck I was looking for. You were great sir and I thank you. I wish I could leave 5-stars for you alone.. Unfortunately your boss Mike cost you a sale last week. As a grown man I've never had another man be upset over the fact that I refused to give out my phone number over a potential business transaction. Very pushy, very disgruntled and a very salty old man. I don't think I'd want that guy leading my sales floor or in any other customer service related billet. I'd hate to see what he is like with women that go in to Colley Ford alone. With a short temper like that I certainly wouldnt feel comfortable with my mom, younger sister, wife and/or daughter walking in and trying to buy a car on their own. God forbid they don't have what they want there, poor Mike might blow a gasket right there on the sales floor. Do better Mike. The way you talk to people goes a long way. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

    Our family's Ford Explorer required a water pump replacement…read more I visited several local auto shops to obtain quotes and was shocked, disappointed, and discouraged at the prices I was being quoted for the work my vehicle required ($5,000-$7,500) Shame on me for not reading Yelp reviews before wasting my time visiting other auto shops. I read the many positive reviews for Hye-Tech Auto Repair and decided to visit them. Upon entering, I was greeted by John (owner) with a friendly, "Welcome, how may I help you?" I explained that my Ford Explorer needed a new water pump and a few other items that other auto shops had advised me would require repair or replacement. While John looked up a few items on the computer to provide me with a quote, he introduced me to his son, Harry, who happened to be in the office. Thirty seconds later, John provided a quote that was $3,500-$4,000 less than the other shops. I could not believe it. John explained that he makes his living and succeeds in his business through repeat customers, and he does not believe in gouging customers for every last penny. He also shared that when he retires, his son Harry will take over the business, and he wants to leave Harry with a solid foundation of loyal repeat customers. It was then that I knew I could trust John and his son Harry. John went on to explain that replacing the water pump on a Ford Explorer was a 10-12 hour job, as it was an internal pump requiring numerous engine parts to be removed to reach it. This was the same thing all the other shops advised me. John suggested that I leave my vehicle, and he would perform a full inspection of the engine and contact me before doing anything to it. I agreed and left my vehicle. The following day, I was contacted by John, who advised me that the water pump did indeed need to be replaced, as it was the source of the constant leaks of the water coolant. I left my vehicle in John's shop for three days. During this time, John or his son, Harry, contacted me numerous times to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and also to point out that mechanics had discovered two or three very inexpensive items (under $50.00) which they recommended replacing, which I agreed to have done. All in all, I was and am extremely impressed and satisfied with everything about this shop. I spent much less money to have five different issues repaired on my vehicle at Hye-Tech than what I was quoted to replace my water pump alone by every single shop I visited prior to coming to Hye-Tech. John and Harry are very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced, and they offer GREAT customer service and communication. It's nice to see you can get quotes at the touch of a button on your phone. This morning, I had time off, so I headed in to get my service done. I did not have an appointment and that did not seem to matter. I arrived first thing in the morning at 8 AM and ask if the service could be done. Harry was an exceptional young man, he took me in with no problems, no questions. He said they could do it this morning. I told him I would have to wait. He had no problem with that either. Prior to bring in the car in this morning, as I said, I used a yelp project and had several people reach out and give me quotes. After looking at all the yelp reviews I decided to give this place a try. I am super happy that I did. This place is a hidden gem, excellence, service, quality, and value for what you receive. There are not very many shops where you could feel comfortable and put your trust in them. As I spent time in the lobby, I was able to see customer service on the phone and customer service entering the facility. Every customer that walked in, seem satisfied and was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this place if you have any automotive questions whatsoever.

When I called the next morning, they had already gotten started. The oil change was done, they told me the brakes were in perfect condition, and that the car overall was in excellent shape. The only thing they recommended was new windshield wipers. I truly felt they were extremely honest, which is hard to find these days. They could have easily suggested unnecessary repairs, but they didn't--and that says everything about their integrity. Everyone there is so friendly, and I've taken other cars to them in the past with nothing but great experiences every time. I wouldn't trust another mechanic more than Brian Woods Automotive. He did give me an idea of what the cost would be but stated that the dealerships recommendation to have the bushing replaced was not yet needed. He also told me what to look for or hear that would be signs of when it would need to be repaired. This saved my $1500 for the time being. Although I may need to have this done in the future I feel confident this is the place I will come. Honest service is great.

There was an oil leak coming from the oil filter area. The mechanic at USA Auto Service told me that the previous shop I used likely changed only the oil without replacing the filter. If a filter is reused without being replaced, it may not function properly and can cause leaks. The filter was very dirty. Please check the photo. Normally, you trust a shop and leave your car with them. But I was completely scammed. I'm planning to take my wife's car there for an inspection soon as well. Previously, my wife had an oil change at a dealer shop in West Covina, and after just one month, the oil started leaking. They kept contacting us to sell the car. Honestly, it's hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. It feels like many shops only see customers as money. Personally, I highly recommend USA Auto Service. At USA Auto Service, I was able to stand next to the car and check everything myself, and they explained everything in detail. Their prices are lower compared to other places, and they still use good-quality parts. It's been a long time since I found such an honest repair shop, and I was able to receive service without any worries.
