I just wanted to give everyone here at Colley Ford a big thumbs up for the entire process of reserving/ordering my Bronco. As with many others like me, the journey has been a long one but well worth it. My original reservation was at another dealership which I will not name, but in preparation for the reservations to convert into orders later in the year, I was told by the original dealer that they wanted a hefty ADM on the car. So that is when I started calling around to different dealerships to see who I could transfer my RSVP to. That is when I first met Nick. After a few conversations I felt like I could trust Nick and CJ. This was back in March 2021 when I had Ford switch my RSVP to Colley. Fast forward 10 and a half months later, I am a proud owner of the Bronco I waited so long for. For the course of nearly a year, Nick and CJ were great in communicating with me and answering all of my questions. The day I went to pick up the car when it finally arrived on their lot, Nick and CJ were out of town on business but Eric and Benny took great care of me. The process went super smooth and it wasn't a busy day so it was great just chatting with them and going over the Bronco. I need to give the entire team a special thank you for their service. Nick, CJ, Eric, Benny, Tyson, Ed.... Thank you all. Now let me mention specifically that the thing I liked most with dealing with this team is their transparency and honesty. So look, if you are a customer that is looking for a hot commodity car that is near impossible to find at this time like the Bronco, please don't balk at them and write a nasty review because there is a markup. Please understand this is a business and all dealerships (not just Ford dealers) are struggling to get cars from manufacturing to sell. These dealers have an overhead cost to cover and with minimal inventory, they have to make a profit to cover their costs. If you don't like the current market for cars, just wait a year or so and hope the market goes back to normal. read more

This business engages in harassment and hate speech. We leased our truck from volley ford about three years ago, and the lease is up in december. Since may, the sales men have been calling both my husband and I several times a day, to the point where I had to block their numbers. I asked kindly if they could stop calling until maybe October because we would not be making a decision until then. They did not comply and kept calling more so I had to block them. Then they started calling my husband, the same harassing pattern. The last time they called when my husband answered, they simply called him "a little que*r boy" and hung up on him. My husband is a bit of a hard head but Rocky worked with us every step of the way and was very nice about it. I brought my car in on Jan 16th because of Ford recall due to an engine issue where the coolant kept leaking into the engine. I was promised that they will replace the engine at no cost to me. I asked my service rep, Kyle, if they were going to cover the cost of the rental car, he told me they should, and it would take 4-6 weeks to get reimbursed and he assured me it would be taken care of and that Ford will cover the entire cost of the rental. During the course of getting the car repaired, I got no calls from Kyle to keep me updated on my repair. When I first took it in, I was told that the repair was going to take about a week, so I told Avis, I will be needing the car for 7-10 days. I kept calling for about another week to try to get an idea of when the car was ready, and each time I called there was no call back from Kyle. The repair dragged on from Jan 16th to Feb 11th, the entire time, I got no call backs and had to keep extending the rental without knowing a completion date, which was extremely frustrating. It was our family car and our only car, we had to downgrade from the SUV we owned to a smaller and less roomy Toyota Camry, which was not easy because we are a family of 5 with a dog. Did Ford appreciate this? They didn't care. I finally got the SUV back on Feb 11th, a Friday, and returned the rental the same day. When we got home on Friday afternoon, after not having the car for weeks and Ford taking their sweet time to repair it, the radiator burst in the driveway and all the coolant leaked out. I was forced to rent a car on a Saturday, om the spot with no reservation, because that was our only car, but the only available car was a minivan that was a lot more expensive than the Camry, that was about $173 a day, and they ended up fixing the issue on Monday, but I still had to pay for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Once the issue was fixed, about a month later, I got the SUV back, returned the rental and gave Kyle the 3 rental agreements, which totalled to over $1500, about mid-February. I asked him again if Ford was going to cover the cost, and he again assured me that the entire cost would be covered. Weeks go by, then months go by, I still don't hear from Kyle, and I called in to the dealership again to follow up, Kyle doesn't call back, a week later I call again and demand to speak to him, I finally get him on the phone, and he said that he submitted the invoices to Ford, and was waiting to hear back. Another month passes by with no follow up. When I called in again and spoke to Kyle, he said he had spoken to Ford and they had questions about the 3rd invoice because it was so much higher than the first two invoices, and I had to remind him that it was much higher due to the fact that i had to get an on the spot rental on a Saturday due to the radiator bursting on Friday afternoon when I got the SUV back. He tells me that he now has the on the 3rd invoice details and will follow up with Ford. Weeks pass and again I'm wondering what the heck is going on with my reimbursement check, so I call in, of course, because Kyle is not calling back, of course. By this time I'm so frustrated, that I ask to talk to the service manager, Lee. Lee tells me that they only have the 3rd invoice, and that they will only be reimbursing me $35 a day, which is barely enough to cover the cost of a small car, not even a sedan. When I told him that Kyle said that the entire bill was covered, and that Kyle never said that, and he basically insinuated that I was a liar. I told him that I gave Kyle all 3 invoices, and his response without even speaking to Kyle, was that they didn't have the first two invoices. Even after I told him that I gave the 1st two invoices to Kyle in person when I picked up the car. He kept taking Kyle's side the whole time and doubted everything I said about Kyle promising to cover the entire rental bill. I was forced to go back to the rental place 6 months later to get the other 2 invoices, the Avis Upland location was only able to retrieve the 2nd invoice, so I looked on my bank statement and all three charges were there, I told Lee the situation about not being able to get the 1st invoice, but I had the bank statement to prove it, he refused to accept it, and insisted that Ford needed the actual 1st invoice, giving me a hard time as if it was my fault that Kyle lost the 1st two invoices I gave him. Lee went on to tell me that I was being very demanding when I started to get upset about them not accepting the bank statements and insisting that Kyle promised me the rental reimbursement. I finally get in touch with Avis customer service, and found the invoice. They are planning to only reimburse me $875 of the $1569.22 bill which is totally unacceptable and I will be seeking legal recourse. The worst customer service combined with no accountability, then the manager takes the reps side and call me a liar but assures me that he is on my side. I will not be buying Ford in the future. read more

The service department is full of crap. Can trust anyone there. They tell me they need my new bronco for a week or so, so they offer a rental. But my wife's wallet was stolen and is waiting for a replacement. They said it's ok that the picture of the drivers license is fine. Nope! Wasted time trying to get a rental. They said would you like to speak to the boss Greg, so I showed up to speak to the boss, which he never showed up, he was on the phone talking the the service rep Juan who first said it was ok about the license think and just told me that they are waiting on a part that is coming in next week. Now the supervisor Greg is saying the bronco will be ready later today. What the hell kind of crap is this! They just told me they are waiting on a part that arrives next week! I won't be taking my car back to them. I took my 2014 Ford Fusion SE in for service and a check engine light. I was informed that the check engine light indicates that I needed a new short block at a cost of $9,000. They must really thing that I am stupid. The check engine light only indicates an electronic fault like a sensor and never the need for a new engine. They have tried to do this to me in the past, but I keep coming back because they a close and convenient. They never fail to disappoint. It is my opinion that they just were too busy to spend the needed time to properly diagnose my car. read more

I have a 2016 mustang gt and heard clunking from the rear end so I dropped it off at this dealership to have it repaired under warranty, they called me after a while stating that the subframe bolts were installed incorrectly and would not be covered under warranty, so I asked for an estimate and they said I needed a new subframe with 15 hours of labor(book time for remove and replace is only 7.3 hours) for a grand total of $4218.97 so I pulled the vehicle to my shop, looked it over and the subframe was completely fine besides the 2 broken differential mounting bolts. I did have to drop the subframe and extract the bolts, remove the aftermarket bushings and install the stock mounting bolts for a whopping $5.47 for both the stock bolts and 5 hours of labor. Long story short is I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here as they will likely try to rob you blind read more

I had some problems with my car and I had to go to the service center, and luckily I ended up with Eric. Eric was amazing, professional, and kept me updated at all the time with the situation of my car. He even helped me contacting with Ford regarding some problems in my car, that Ford agreed to take responsibility for it under manufacture defect. I was so happy that I have and extended warranty from Ford, but I was happier with the service that Eric provided to me. Purchased a 2016 Explorer at a Chino Hills Ford in October and was told that there was no longer a warranty . Had a mechanical issue just 4 months after purchase!! Due to the distance to take it back to the original dealer, we decided to bring it in to Colley Ford. We are so glad we did!! Mike is our service tech and looked up our warranty, something we had no hopes for. Right away, he told us we WERE under warranty and we can now proceed with the repairs . Turns out the repairs were going to be MAJOR. Mike went above and beyond from looking up our warranty, to getting our repairs done while only paying the copayment. I'm quite disappointed in the service I've have receive recently. I called servicing to see if I can get my key/clicker replace for my 2013 Expedition. Spoke to one of the services guy there ( shall remain nameless). He had quote me a price for replacing the clicker and retrieving my Code number for my car door. He said to come early so it would be done in an hour. Got there as soon as they open. Spoke to the same guy now, he gave me a different cost again. He said it would only be an hour. So, they took my truck to the back to be work on. An hour pass nothing.. I went outside to speak to him, and found out only replacement key they have on site did not work. He said, they had to order from another place, and they are waiting to get it. Which will take another hour. OK, why didn't you communicate with me and let me know when this was happening. Sorry, he just said, if you can't wait you can come back after an hour or two? I live in Orange County..! Now, I have to come back because I have to be somewhere within that hour. He said, if you return before 4 pm we can finish it you. Do I have a choice? No! Let me just say I been very patient considering the whole situation. I one and ONLY reason why I came to this place is because of my late mother in law Harriet Shima and Dr. Boston Shima whom had done business with the owner of place for over 10 years plus. They bought all the vehicles from here and paid in all off in FULL. My mother in law had nothing but good things to say about this place. She even purchase her last vehicle in 2018 a year before her passing. Also, I've been there several time with here whereas we had nothing but the best services here. Now she is no longer with us, it's not the same anymore. I've been misquoted three different prices in cost in the same day. And, to make matters ever worse, the service guy give me 15% discount, but when I took over to the billing I was charged a different price again. So, I ask her why is it different? She turns arounds on me accusing me of calling her a liar!! OK, really?? I said that's not what I am saying. I just needed clarification because I've been quoted so many different costs. Still I should not be treated this way as a customer! So with that being said. I'm tired of her aggravation with me and giving me attitude. Plus, the false costs for serving my truck. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am appreciated. Sorry, Mom I won't be back in this place where your memories at..most of the time.
