I Went there the a few days ago for an oil change on my 2016 Honda Pilot and they did their usual overall inspection. They advised me that the right front CV boot was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, "Obviously" that's why it's leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn't let them complete the repair, because I didn't agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. That was the fluid that was on the boot. The mechanic completed the proper repair and advised me of a couple recommended repairs to complete in the future that Goodyear never mentioned. Goodyear completely misdiagnosed my car which could've cost me over $700.00 to repair the wrong issue. Unfortunately I can't trust them and will probably never go back to them again. read more

All I needed was a tire alignment and they found a nail in my tire, luckily it had not punctured. They removed it and they were honest and didn't charge me anything extra. My tire light was on and I suspected a leak. I'm handicapped and getting around is difficult. The shop came out to greet' me and investigate. They could have totally taken advantage of me and sold me a new tire. They didn't. The tire was low because of the temperature. They filled and corrected the problem. Checked all other tires and reset the warning light. No charge. They were quick and honest ! They earned my future business. FYI I cannot speak to the prices as I was acting in service of my employer and it was not my credit card that was charged. I can speak to the quality of the repair and customer service. I had taken my boss's truck to OK tire for brake repairs and after being informed I would need to pickup hardware for them, I called Goodyear to pick up the truck and finish the job at their shop. A really nice Goodyear mechanic came with me to drive the truck over from OK. Everyone I dealt with a Goodyear was so incredibly helpful, especially Liza, and the repair was completed that day. I have since driven the truck, pulling a heavy trailer to central Florida and have lived to tell the tale. Again, the repair charges seem high even though I didn't personally pay for it, but I am the one driving to Michigan in it and I feel safe because of their work. read more

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Went to have a test done on an engine light coming on for my 2018 Ram 1500 pick up . Being that I was with our RV in Naples from Canada I think they were trying to take advantage of us. Very unfriendly staff and was told I'd have an update within the hour. 2 1/2 hours later was given a code over the phone that was different then the one on the report and that I'd have to replace all coils or possible a Cam Shaft repair. Quoted 2 hrs $300 for the coil job and potentially a $4000-$5000 cam shaft repair. I was provided a diagnostic report that indicated that only 1 cylinder was misfiring. I proceeded across the street to the Auto Depot and purchased 1 coil for $40 and was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes on my own. called them to complain and ask them to clear the engine light and they wanted to charge me for that and then hung up the phone. We took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The rear brake pads were pretty worn and we were overdue for a tune-up. Wish I had read the reviews first. After getting home (an hour+ away) the back wheels were making a horrible metal grinding sound. A neighbor of ours found the brake dust cover was the culprit making that grinding sound having not been repositioned/adjusted properly. He pulled it away enough to not sound like a freight train and we had to take the car back to this place to have them correct that issue. After that noise had been addressed and having driven back home, I then noticed an odd sound coming from what seemed to be under the hood whenever I turned. Figured that one out - there were the old (I assume) spark plugs left laying loose under the hood rolling around whenever we turned a corner. I was in there last week and I walked the parking lot where the mechanic shop is at and I was getting my car serviced and behind the big building there is a small building and i saw what it looked like two mechanics walking out of the building and behind them was a big smell of pot. Had to go back 3 times to get them to balance the tires correctly. Got the headlight restore deal and was told it was a lifetime thing, got it redone twice & third time I was told i need a receipt because they had no record of this & that their computer's only go back two years. And they would not do it again acted like it was my fault and they told me the guy that does it would not be getting paid. NEXT, Got new tires on my car (roughly 2 years or so ) at the time they sold me nitro instead of air for the tires, recently i stopped by to have the air pressure checked & they said you have to replace it (nitro) every year & charged $54.00 . I went in because Enterprise car rental sent me here for a new battery on my rental car. I was told to give them my contract number and Goodyear would take care of the rest. I pay nothing, they bill Enterprise. Oh was Enterprise wrong. First im TOLD. I have to pay a $39 battery test. I said I was told everything was direct bill to Enterprise. They said "oh." Now heres the best...."we can do your car if you wanna wait but it takes 4 hours to do the paperwork for Enterprise." I questioned this and was told "there was alot of paperwork so....." They obviously didnt want to do the job or to Bill Enterprise with whom they have a national contract. I asked to speak to the manager - the service manager was rude to me and said they were a franchise and walked away. Mind you, there were only 2 customers there. Rude and bad attitude and tried to get me to pay when they have a national contract! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! So you can see that this business has responded. Funny, I took to Tire Kingdom whom Enterprise had as an option and they did NOT ask me for money ($39.99fee to check battery)- they immediately tested battery- called Enterprise on 10th St North Naples where car was rented from, got a PO number, and replaced the battery -- free to me and done in 53 mins! So what Goodyear says isnt true. They want an extra $39 Not $19-and don't want the hassle. Enterprise is aware. Just a ripoff. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are complete crooks! Went in for a standard oil change. Advised me that I needed my engine filters cleaned and my engine pressure washed. I just had a new engine filter put in a few months ago, so I knew this was nonsense and asked them to show me what was wrong. The "filters" were actually the windshield drains which can be cleaned with a shop vac if necessary and the engine was not full of gunk--(real technical term they used there). I declined their $326.00 service. I had them just do the oil change. I got the car back and headed for Ohio--1100 miles later the oil light came on--took it to the Ford dealer--surprise!!! they didn't change the oil--they didn't do anything for the 48.00. Being an attorney I am filing a complaint with the AG's office--but given what crooks they are maybe a class action is on order. I had the worse service experience in my life. They told me I needed a water pump, thermostat and coolant flush for $904 plus they charged me $155 for the diagnosis. My problem was a faulty sensor I replaced for $18. !!!! I understand sometimes mechanics can make mistakes but they said if I got the diagnosis they would find the problem. They didn't, so I asked for a refund. Absolutely terrible. I wish I could rate zero stars. I took my Audi in to have my exhaust looked at they charged me almost $800 for "labor". 2 days later the gasket they had supposedly fixed blew out again. I took my car to another spot to find out that not only were the bolts not torqued down but they didn't even put all the bolts back on! They also forgot to screw my o2 sensor back in. On top of that they used the wrong bolts, nylon lock nuts (which aren't supposed to go onto exhausts because the nylon will just melt away). I'm sure I could take it back and have it all fixed for free given the shitty experience I had but I'd rather them not touch my car again. Don't spend your money here! read more

Came in for an oil change and also purchased a engine detailing. The guy put the wrong oil filter on my car. I found out a week later after driving down the road to see a plume of white smoke coming out the engine. Oil got ALL OVER my motor. I went to Discount Auto Parts to get the correct oil filter. Brought my car back to ask them to re-clean my motor. Larry said "yeah we'll clean it for you." The guy took a hose to it and sprayed it off for a couple of minutes. I still smell the oil burning off periodically. Should have checked yelp before I went!! UPDATE: To their credit, Tony called me today to address my issues. He apologized for oil filter and seemed genuinely concerned. He asked what he could do to make things right. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. I took my Astro van in for 2 new front tires. They put the tires on and all was fine. They test drove the van and never said anything about front end aligning needed. I noticed front passenger side tire wearing badly on the outer couple inches. With only 1000 miles on the tire the steel cords were showing through all the way around the tire. I took it back and they said it needed alignment. They also said they wouldnt replace the tire because I didnt purchase road hazard insurance. An obviously defective tire and no customer service, ZERO customer service. I took my car to this location, primarily because I have Goodyear tires, to have a nail removed from a tire. Big mistake...I should have read some reviews first. After waiting a few minutes, an employee informed me that the valve core was "corroded" and the tire pressure sensor would have to be replaced ($120.00 for the part). You would think that a tire business would have the technology to remove a stuck valve core. The tools are available at Auto Zone for $20.00. Anyway, 90 minutes and $177.61 later, my car was ready. I got in to drive away and found my lug nut key stuffed between the seat and the console. I opened the trunk to replace it and found the trunk liner a mess and my golf clubs missing. Fortunately, the clubs were sitting in the repair area. I expressed my concern to the desk employee and left. When I stopped at a store on my way home, I notice how greasy my wheel was and that my Lexus valve stem cap was replaced with a plastic one. I returned to the store but they couldn't find the original cap and said they would order a new one. Later I noticed the inside door panel was greasy. Obviously, the service tech didn't use a rag when getting in and out of the car. I called Goodyear customer service to complain and was told that store was a franchise, not corporate owned, and there was little they could do. Overall...a very bad experience. read more

Went to the garage for proximity of where I live (leaky radiator), I had a minor leak from a broken rad plug, after waiting the manager said I needed a new radiator, I called my garage and told them the issue he suggested that I leave Collier Car Centre and go to my usual garage, I did, they replaced the $ 10 plug and it's been running perfectly since November 20, 2017... Also I put a review on the Collier Car Care Center site, never uploaded...I wonder why!?!
