The consult was good and we were provided an offer for a couple of services, thoroughly clear an existing flowerbed, remove a tree and soil injections for 2 other trees. Initial offer seemed rather high but then the consultant called the general manager to get us a discount given we would be coming back to replace plants in the flower bed. I had to call and remind the consultant 2 times to schedule the soil injection service as they never reached out to me. The tree removal was okay but they didn't remove the entire stump even though we told them we were going to put grass over the area. Then we made an appointment to meet our consultant to design our new flowerbed bed. First appointment he wasn't there so we spent time with the GM and we discussed what we liked and didn't like which she would relay to our consultant. So a week later we went again to meet the consultant and he had NOT been informed of anything we discussed with the GM, so we had to go through the whole process again. Ultimately picked out the plants and got a design layout. Agreed a date and time for them to come and plant it all. Long story short, some of the plants were damaged (a very expensive whale tail agave) and some of what we chose in the nursery turned out to be shorter when they were delivered. Oh and again we were told we got a manager special pricing....hhmm should have been a warning sign. After the work they ask for feedback where I made all issues known and I was told someone would be reaching out. That was 2 months ago!! I even texted the same number again. No response. Basically, whilst the products and free stuff they give you is all great. There is a lot to be said about the aftercare and customer service. I will definitely be thinking twice before spending my hard earned money at Moon Nurseries.

Even on a Sunday before lunch, the place is extremely spacious, clean, well organized/stocked, and the staff are friendly but not pushy. I am no green thumb but an amateur indoor plant enthusiast à la covid shelter in place so I'll definitely be back for succulents and or air plants when I'm ready to get back into the game. There's a huge selection of trees, plants, shrubs, herbs, flowers and everything in between. I didn't realize that they offer fresh cut Christmas trees during the winter season. But I would definitely like to come back to see and smell them. They also sell fertilizer, sprinkler system spare parts, grills, and patio furniture and accessories. It's a haven for anyone working on their yard or outdoor space. There's even dog treats and toys, wind chimes, bird houses and feeders! As wonderful as this place is, you wouldn't expect such fair prices. But here they are, competitively reasonable. As an indoor plant person, I appreciate the various sizes of neem oil and fair pricing! Lastly, and most importantly, we weren't sure if we could bring our pup in but there were tons of large dogs on leash! So glad this place is so close to home! We'll be back soon.

One of the gentleman (John) that works there always helps me find exactly what I am looking for and he also offers suggestions on how to successfully grow whatever I am trying to grow. There is a large selection of plants, herbs, and flowers to choose from. There is also a gift shop that has plenty of unique and interesting items to purchase for that special someone. One of the most delightful features of this nursery are the cats that live on the premises. My sons and I love petting the cats; there is one in particular we enjoy seeing the most as he is the sweetest kitty on the property and his name is Vail. I was mainly interested in looking at houseplants. Just a huge, lovely healthy variety of ferns, succulents, cacti, aroids, Hoya,...... everything from tiny 2 inch pots of " string of pearls" CUTE!! to gorgeous baskets of philodendron "Brazil".. all the plants appeared very healthy and lush. My brother in law was looking for landscape bushes, and found a nice selection as well. My mother in law was searching for a colorful hanging basket... BINGO!!! I could have spent hours there!!!! Leave yourself plenty of time to browse around. I thought prices were pretty reasonable. Saw lots of nice Pink Princess philodendrons in 4" pots for 19.00.... Not bad at all!! The selection of ceramic and terra cotta pots was outstanding as well. The young gentleman who checked us out was very courteous.

The girls were lovely and probably overwhelmed, so I understand it was stressful, but I have to wonder why they continued to accept drink orders knowing they were this backed up. It felt very irresponsible and disrespectful to everyone's time. I ordered the lucky charms latte, and it tasted exactly like lavender. I hate lavender in a drink and would never have ordered it if I had known. I actually ended up buying a new latte from Bresnan because it was so bad. Cute shop and again, they are very friendly, but the way this weekend was handed is completely unacceptable. Nothing was offered to all of us who had to wait almost an hour for our drinks, either. So disappointed. I purchased 2 trees here about 3 years ago. Wonderful experience and service. A…read moremonth ago (March 13th) I purchased some maintenance: soil injections for 7 trees and tree trimming for 2 trees. It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.
