WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I wish I read some of the other reviews before I took my 04 R32 to these guys. I found imperfections in their paint work so I brought my car back and all I got was attitude. Lonnie who is the owner was very rude telling me that the insurance wouldn't pay for everything that's why they painted over the rock chips without filling them in. I called Allstate to see what they did pay for and come to find out Collision Care Center charged Allstate for parts they didn't even put on my car. That's INSURANCE FRAUD. Allstate is now investigating them and since I worked for Volkswagen for years and this shop is so called "Volkswagen Certified collision center" I filled a complaint with VW of America and the representative was very upset about what happened and gave me a case number and they're investigating Collision Care Center as well. Now I have to take my car to different shop to verify what work was actually performed. What a headache. read more

Not that I'm recommending you get rear-ended at a stop sign by a barreling Ford F-10 truck in your brand new car, but IF that were to happen, drive it (or have it towed, as in my case) straight to Collision Care Center. The damage to my little four-month old Audi A3 etron was so severe and the model was new to the market that replacement parts were scarce and had to crawl their way to Seattle from Germany. It took five months before I got my car back but here is the miraculous part: I didn't care. And why? Because the staff at Collision Care kept me updated about everything. Pictures, descriptions, progress reports. I felt as if I was there, minus the toxic fumes. Each Monday morning update was funnier than the last, thanks to Bihn, who has missed his calling as a stand-up comedian. Some updates were in rap. Some delivered in poetry, others in prose. All peppered with jokes, corny and otherwise. Those emails were always clever, always funny, always informative. He turned what could have been an aggravating experience into one where I actually wasn't looking forward to that bittersweet day when I'd pick up my car and the Monday morning updates would cease showing up in my inbox. And when that day finally arrived, Collision Cares' work blew me away. Even though my little car was the second worst accident they'd worked on and it had suffered frame damage, it looked and drove like it was brand-new, just like the day I'd driven it off the lot. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome, but darnit, I sure do miss those Monday morning updates. read more

I dented my Mazda 3 last year in September of 2010. I found Collision Care Center online and went to them to get a quote. It was for 1100.00 dollars. I then proceeded to get quotes from several other placed. No one beat their quote! Also, one place down by Interbay Golf Course wanted almost 3,000.00 dollars! Finally, just a couple of weeks ago, I brought it in the Collision Care to get it fixed. I didn't have a plan for a rental car but they got me a discounted rate down at Enterprise rental and even had a driver come and pick me up!! They finished the car in three days PLUS they totally detailed it/ washed it for me. These guys are great. Next time I won't wait 6 months to get a dent fixed. My car was hit about 3 months ago, the back light was broken, and my trunk had a sizable dent that needed to be fix. Two months went by and i still wasn't able to find a reliable place with a good price to get the work done. After a couple estimates in various body shops around seattle, I decided to have it done at CCC. In addition to the damages caused by the incident stated above, I also had dents and scratches in numerous places that needed repainting. I asked Lonnie if he could try to fix those other areas while staying in my tight budget. He said he would do his best. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening and by Friday morning, Lonnie called to let me know that the car was done. So i came to pick it up. I was stunned! Not only was the light fixed and the dent removed, Lonnie went out of his way to repaint the scratches i had. My car looks new. I asked Lonnie if i owe him anything other than the price we previously agreed-upon. He said no. I am so so pleased with my experience. One of the few Audi certified collision repair centers in the area. My car was rear ended on the freeway and the repair was quite intricate and intensive. But Lonnie and his team are top notch and made my car as good as new again. They were totally transparent and were great at communicating with me and working with all of the various parties involved to get the job done right. Not only did they do great work but they provided guidance above and beyond whenever they felt something was needed to do the repairs properly or if someone was trying to cut corers unnecessarily. They also helped make sure the responsible party properly paid for the repairs and compensated me for my loss. As with any intricate repair job there were a couple of minor issues after I picked up the car but they offer a lifetime warranty on their work and were quick to take care of the issues for me to make sure I was a happy customer and got back on the road as soon as possible. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I would not hesitate to go to them again. read more
