So, we decided to go to Kent Collision since they were the closest (at 30mins away) & they were certified to work on Tesla cars. Went in for an estimate in early October. Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!!!!!!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody involved with the repair process. We were kept informed every step of the way, no surprises. They fit and finish of the repair was invisible. I know how hard it is to do a quality job as I have repaired and painted many vehicles over the years and I can tell you that making a paint repair disappear is very high quality work. This is another "one off" review…read more Someone cut me off and wrecked the front end of my car. It took weeks to get into the shop because of slow supply chains and the world being short staffed generically. Because of this I was under pressure to have the repair completed before our move two states away. I was given an estimated time to complete that was two days before I had scheduled to ship it. Then I was told it would not be ready on time. Reference reasons above. We agreed that they would "button up" the car for transport and the one headlight that was on back order would be addressed when I had moved. It was raining the night I drove my car home but my husband walked out to tell me something "was off". Hours later it was out on a transport and a week later my filthy car was taken off the transport. When I washed it I saw the damage the transport people had caused and also figured out what was "off" about my car. It has the wrong front end now. I have a very base model camaro now with an RS sport package on the front end. The back is still the car I purchased but the front end doesn't fit, the reflectors are popping out, the hood doesn't match flush where it meets the front of the car. I'm now in Vegas with a frankencar. I've contacted my insurance company but they're on vacation another two weeks. Now I'll begin the process of repairing my car for a second time in a new location.

My car looks fantastic. I am very impressed what they were able to get done in a detail shop! Every time I walk up and see my car, I smile. The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I also recognize I shouldn't drop my car off if I'm on a time crunch and everything is an estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.
