I had my 2014 Toyota Camry SE repaired here at Collision Care Express after being rear ended very badly. The trunk was completely ruined and the bumper of my car had to be replaced totally. The front bumper of the car that rear ended me had stuck under my car during the accident. All I can say is my car was damaged very badly. I initially took it to various dealers, who advised me that my out-of-pocket cost would be around $4000 to $5000, not including deductible because I have a bad car insurance. I went online and saw that Collision Care Xpress had all amazing ratings. I took it to the shop, was greeted by Robert and his father. Robert took his time to explain the damage for me and my options. He was very transparent about the fact that my insurance company is sort of difficult to deal with, as well as my car could be a total loss. I was worried about the whole situation because this is the first time I got hit and was clueless about what to do. Fortunately, Robert was very genuine and reassured me that no matter the case, he and his team would take care of it on my behalf, including negotiating with the insurance company about my car value if it is a total loss. Within 2 days, he got back to me that the car is still repairable and he would contact my insurance company's adjustable and handle everything for me. I had a trip abroad 3 days after I took my car to Robert and he was very considerate in communicating with me via email, keeping me in the loop about the step-by-step process, etc. The customer service is exceptional. I have no complaint about the work done on my car. It was restored back to the pre-accident condition. I could not be happier when I got back my car. There is no additional cost to me accept for the deductible. In total I had to pay $1142 or something, but Robert was nice enough to just charge my $1000 when I asked about the payment plan since I did not have $1000 lying around at that time. I made the best choice when I took my baby to Collision Care Xpress. On this scale of 5 stars, I give this place 10 stars. From the moment my BMW was dropped off, to the moment it was picked up, I was impressed with the level of customer service that was provided. While entering the gate to my apartment complex, I hit the infamous yellow pole we all seem to dread. The front end of my bumper was damaged. This was my first time with Collision Care Xpress.The staff was amazing. Did not know what to expect. Not only did I need to have my car repaired, but I also needed to pick up a rental while my car was in the shop. Having Enterprise right on site was such a convenience, especially, when I had to pick up my mother and son from the airport that same day. As I pulled up, Robert Molina was right there to greet me immediately. He is very nice and friendly. Robert and my insurance adjuster took great care of me. As I went inside to complete my paperwork, a lovely woman by the name of Maggie Lebrun greeted me with a big smile. She is so sweet. It was completely surprising how fast the process was. Christian Guzman from Enterprise was extremely helpful with the rental process. All in all, it was a great experience. Collision Care Xpress gave me an estimated time of three days. My car was dropped off at 10:00am that morning, around 4pm the same day, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. Amazing!!! When I picked up my car the next evening, I was impressed. It looked like a brand new car inside and out. The work that was done on my car was amazing. You cannot tell where I damaged my car. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Did not expect that. I am a mother of a 2 year old boy. You can only imagine what the inside of my car looked like when the car seat was removed. They value their customers. When I dropped off my rental, I accidently left my son's car seat in the back seat of the rental. Maggie reached out to me immediately. They had my son's car seat ready for me to pick up. I had the best experience, took my 4runner in and had a talk with Nick, I explained to him what I wanted and he made it happen. Nick did not take me through any unnecessary channels, the lady at the desk had me complete a form and Nick was already waiting for me to complete my form and we went to his office and was really less than 15 minutes before he had all of the estimates together, and this was my continuous questions that he happily addressed. My insurance was USAA, and they assigned me to a repair place closer to where I live. After reading some reviews about cars that had to be returned for additional repairs, I decided to shop around for the best reviews. Collision Care Xpress had the best reviews, so I decided to drive the extra 10 miles to check them out. The owner, Robert, gave me a tour of the facility and treated me like family. Since the other driver was deemed liable, I decided to process the claim through Geico insurance. Collision Care Xpress arranged for the rental car to be waiting at their facility when I dropped off my Altima for the repairs. To my surprise, they upgraded the rental to a jaguar ! You would think I knew these people, but I had never met them. They are just switching their shop over to focus on auto insurance claims, and understand the importance of customer service. After getting the keys to a Jaguar rental( at no cost), I told them to take their time with the repairs -- looked forward to bringing the car home for the wife to drive. The repairs took 9 days, and when I dropped the rental off at Collision Care Express, and picked up my Altima, it had been fully detailed. Dents that were not caused by the accident had been removed. The car had been placed on a high tech computer system (that many facilities don't have), and they discovered that the forward alignment had been improperly repaired from a prior accident, and fixed it free of charge. The detailing job that they did made the car feel brand new. Robert and family did an outstanding job of service ! I would give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. I have two cars that I have had repairs done by them not only is this a amazing professional company...they are absolutely on your side from the beginning to the end. My 2016 dodge charger r/t was hit and repaired in 2017 by them and when I picked up the vehicle it looked better then they day I drove it off the lot !!! So when my 2018 dodge charger SRT was side swiped I knew I wanted the same amazing job to be done for this car. From everything to perfect color match on sight rental car service and consistent phone calls emails made the experience easy and took all the worrying of leaving these vehicles in there hands. I am a Tesla owner and as such it required a body shop that works and understands Aluminum. When my Tesla was delivered new it had a blemish on the front bumper as a result of removing the transport wrap. Tesla sent it to their approved body shop and the results were less than satisfactory. I am so grateful to the other Tesla reviewer. I gave them a call and as it turns out they had been certified through the Tesla program but not being referred to date. The pricing on the work was fair and I was impressed in general. I scheduled an appointment when I was going out of town for minimum inconvenience. Robert even offered to drop me at the airport if I needed a ride. During my absence I was pleasantly surprised that I got emails stating what stage of work my car was in. Even though I was going about my business It reassured me that my car was in progress and they were doing their business. Im still looking for a wife, but I have a good accountant, and I finally found a trustworthy car mechanic with Collision Care. I got into a fender bender. Ive had bad experiences with body shops, so I held off a long time getting my car fixed. Finally, a friend of mine told me about Collision Care. He praised it so loftily, it sounded as if he worked there, which he doesn't. He said it was a great place, that takes care of your car at a good price. Considering it was just a few blocks from my house, I figured I'd check it out. The place is nice and comfortable. Right away, I trusted the staff. The guy explained step by step what they were gonna do to my car. He also found some ways to make it less expensive for me. I got the impression that he recognized the need that I understand everything being done to my car. He didn't want me in the dark about anything, which was very cool. I paid them to fix my dent, which they did. I also had a couple of other problems with my car that they fixed. They fixed a lot of things besides the dent, making the cost well worth it. When I got my car back I couldn't believe how awesome it looked and drove! Lastly, I feel that the employees I encountered at Collision are my friends. All of them were really cool and nice guys. I received 5 star above and beyond treatment from the moment I walked in till the day my car work was completed. I received status update emails , calls and text messages notifying me of the entire process. They worked with and handled my claim directly with my insurance. I used their on-site Enterprise car rental service with no issues or hidden fees. I stopped by a few times to personally check progress and was always pleasantly greeted and even offered espresso coffee and refreshments during my visits. The owners, Robert and Christina, go above and beyond to make sure every repair is executed as perfectly as possible, and they will not cut corners to save a few bucks. A run-a-way tire smashed my windshield and roof on I-95 one night. I thought for sure my beloved 4runner was going to be totaled. Robert and his team assured me they could repair it and would use OEM parts to make sure it would be as good as new. Robert is just as meticulous and detailed oriented as I am which was very reassuring. He listened to every concern I had and made sure to address each and every one. I scheduled an appointment via email (very fast response time), and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to have the owner Robert firsthand inspect my car and explain to me what my options were. I'm fairly knowledgable but he definitely knows his stuff on another level, and he made it clear to me that there was a chance that the type of service that I requested may not actually give me the results I'd be looking for. That type of honesty stood out to me greatly, because as anyone knows, typically a business will jump at the opportunity to promise anything and take your money. Not only did he set my expectations correctly, but he took the time to show me an example of what the results would look like. After my insurance company sent me to Service King ( big mistake !!! ruined my car and left it in pieces ) Service King stopped repairs because the estimate kept going up until my car was considered a total loss ! I decide to take my car to a shop that was recommended to me by a long time mechanic friend.... Collision Care Express. I had my 2006 Cadillac SRX towed over there with pieces of the car just laying in the trunk and back seat. Service King even sawed off my mufflers to access the rear bumper !! Robert at CCX gave me a written estimate that was better than Service King and was under the amount my insurance company paid me for the claim... (Hit and Run Rear end, 100% other driver's fault) He and his talented crew fixed my car and did a great job, it looks great. The communication you receive while they have your car is outstanding! The customer service there is top notch! They repaired my car and were not satisfied until I was satisfied !! They provided me with a rental because the repairs took longer than necessary and had to send it to a shop to have the butchered exhaust repaired. Very great job by them all around. Maybe it's true, red cars get hit the most and get the most tickets . I've been hit twice within 1 year of my new car . The insurance company recommended Collision Care Xpress the first time I was rear-ended. It's close to my house so I gave it a shot. They are so professional and customer centered. They called and kept me updated every step of the way. I had a rental with Enterprise which was conveniently on site! They offered water, coffee, and most importantly all manufactured parts. My car was returned quickly and was washed and looked great. Second time I was hit, I knew where I wanted to go. Same excellent service - this time I was even more wowed because they knew I was going out of town and were extra accommodating. They let me come in before dropping off to make sure they would have the parts ready to go. They also stayed on top of the insurance company to get the final payment to close me out before my trip. I turned in rental car early (used Ft. Lauderdale central area Hertz, but will never again because they were inefficient and RUDE). I never thought I would be saying this about a car repair shop, but this place is about as honest as it gets. I was able to get my car fixed without any problems. Throughout the process I was kept well informed about the status of my car through emails and they even gave me a courtesy call when the part they had ordered was not up to par with their level of their service and they were waiting for a new one that very day. Robert and the rest of the staff were very courteous and professional and they made me feel like they really cared about my car. It looked great when I got it back and the cost ended up being less than what was quoted. Yes, I did in fact say less, who would have thought. I had been referred by a friend, and drove 467 miles from Tallahassee, Florida, to their shop because "I WANTED IT DONE RIGHT"! Robert Molina (owner and operations manager) handled my estimate. I was immediately impressed by the transparency and explanation of how and what needed to be repaired on the vehicle. The service was way beyond my expectations! To say the stuff was very friendly would be not enough, they treated me like a family member! Super warm atmosphere! My car was at the towing company after an accident, so the damage was serious. They fixed it perfectly! The body of my car looks better then new, you would never say it was in bad accident!
