Danny is a great owner/operator. He is honest and easy to communicate with. He is a subject matter expert that solves car problems effectively and quickly. He identified that my AC blower motor was the source of the AC not working properly. He diagnosed and replaced it all within the same day.

In a really bad location on 4th street. No transportation from this place if you are alone.

They were able to replace my battery right away. It was a pricey battery $400, but they location was fantastic and it was quick service.

Used Yelp's business finder to get a few quotes for my two non-working low beam headlights, and…read morethis shop stood out right away. They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. I'll definitely be back for future repairs. Side note- they have the cutest shop kitten. ‍

I had been here once before and had a great experience, so when my car's AT light went on…read moreunexpectedly one night I called them first thing the next morning to see if they could get it in. They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.

They called to give me a full report of what they found when doing the inspection and gave me the estimated costs and possible extra charges if they ran into potential issues associated with the kind of fix they were doing. Luckily they did not have to do the extras! The prices were absolutely fair (I did research on the issue and what they charged me was in line with the average cost of the service). Service was quick and my car is running perfectly now. And the biggest thing for me - a long time ago I had to get a very quick fix for a broken side view mirror. The mechanic (not Elite, a mechanic in Philly) installed the mechanics of the power control the wrong way and so the controls did the opposite of what I wanted (moving the knob up turned the mirror left, moving the knob left turned the mirror down, etc.). When I got in my car to drive home I adjusted my mirrors and the team FIXED THIS ISSUE FOR ME! They didn't mention it and they didn't charge me. I'm sure it was a super quick and simple fix on their end, but the fact that they noticed this, took the initiative to fix it, and didn't even take the credit for it - so cool.

I would avoid these guys like the plague. Came for repairs twice and left with new issues both…read moretimes. The second time, they would not even look at my car unless I agreed to pay them $150 diagnostic fee just to look at the new issues. While I'm arguing with them about their refusal to stand behind their work, another guy brings in his car with 3 new issues he had immediately after his service with them. I just want a mechanic that fixes what I ask them to fix without creating new problems. First time, came for AC repair, oil change, and to fix the rear brake lights. After paying $1,200, I pick up the car and the AC still doesn't work and I've got scratches on the trunk lid, probably from the car wash they took it to. The woman that runs the office insisted that I never asked them to fix the AC instead of realizing that the owner forgot to write down that I wanted the AC fixed. I still have no idea what they fixed for $1,200. I brought it back for the AC work and they buffed out the scratches. Good. But after I picked it up, I started hearing rattling when I accelerated. And later, I realized that the passenger door would only work manually. So, I brought it back to them and they refused to look at these new issues unless I agreed to pay them $150 inspection fee if the event that they decide that they didn't cause the problem. And they could decide that arbitrarily. If a mechanic won't look at your new, after service issues without payment, find another garage.

I have always taken my vehicles to dealership but they've always treated me poorly and the last time absolutely disrespected me. It's been a pattern. These men and woman treated me extremely well. I had a very complicated electrical problem, and Orozco didn't hesitate to take the time to solve the issue. I met with the mechanic working on the van; he was familiar with older Toyotas and was able to point out the issue with just a pre-work inspection. I must also say that although it took them longer than we had initially agreed to, they were more than willing to stick to the prior deal, and I was not charged. I am going to be bringing my 2002 Subaru Forester Sport Utility to them to get some kinks out that I'm experiencing. I now have a favorite mechanic, who's fast, honest, and friendly! No matter how far away you are, Orozcos is worth your time, and I can guarantee that after speaking with a few of the mechanics and being in constant communication with the managers, your car will be in the best of hands. Thank you, Orozcos! Cheers, Odinn
