    Ham and cheese croissants

After Starbucks ran out of their ham and cheese croissants, we've decided to try Colombian bakery and we will never go back to Starbucks ever again. Best bakery and best coffee, best customer service. It's good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have a great meat platter with rice and beans and chorizo. Also, the prices are great.

    Chicken Empanadas & Ají

Very yummy empanadas. Wished the ají was a tad bit spicier but it had good flavor. The cashier was very pleasant and apologetic for not having other flavors of empanadas but chicken available, which we didn't mind. It was very clean inside with quite a few booths filled with people having dinner. Would definitely go back for the empanadas!

Bread with Queso was sooooo delicious! Cookies weren't so good, they were hard and tasted like straight up flour! I thought they were more like a soft and chewy almond paste cookie at first before I bit into it but I definitely was wrong hahahahaha! Fruit bars are beyond delicious and taste like real fruit with yogurt! I absolutely love them! I picked the blackberry one but there definitely was a large variety that all looked so good! My iced coffee which I don't have a picture of was alright, just needed to be a little sweeter! All in all great bakery, every place has its pros and cons, we can all use a little constructive criticism here and there because that's how we improve! Check them out!

I swung by here on my way home from work. I picked up 2 empanadas. Chicken and beef. A little on the greasy side. My son enjoyed his beef empanada. An order of chicharrones. It came with potatoes. Those were really good. I ordered a cake as well. It had a lot of cream and caramel on top. Caramel was good. I don't know what the cake was called. There was some serious language barrier there. I asked if they had any tres leches left. There was no more but the last recommended this other cake and I decided to give it a go. Other than language barrier it was ok. Will definitely pop by again for chicharrones again.

Yummy!!! I've never had Columbian food before coming here. Great stuff and you definitely can tell that it's an authentic place. Everything we had was spectacular. My favorite was the Guabana y queso pasteles. Wonderful introduction to Colombian cuisine.

This place took me by surprise! I came here months ago and they didn't have the menu they have today. I tried it today and it was so DELICIOUS! I'm Hispanic and crave homemade food a lot of tje times. In hunters creek we're a bit limited but this place is perfect for that. Everything was fresh and again homemade. The coffee was really good too! The service was fast. Definitely give it a try! Perfect for a Sunday morning.

The empanadas are my faveeee chicken or beef they are both delicious (specially beef). Their caldo the costilla is amazing and i get it every time i get a hangover and it literally brings me back to life. Today we went to get some bread, empanadas and calentado. The calentado was even better then i expected.

The candied pecans gave it a contrasting sugared crunch making it really addicting to eat, and the candied oranges rounded out the flavors. I hope they'll keep bringing this cookie back!

I didn't realize that before ordering, so that definitely explains part of why this wasn't for me. Red velvet is usually my birthday cake, so I've tried it from quite a few places over the years. I personally prefer a softer, fluffy cake with a noticeable cocoa flavor and a tangy cream cheese frosting. Gideon's version was very different from that. The color was much more intensely red than I personally like, and I felt like I could taste the coloring. The texture of my slice also felt more wet/dense than moist and fluffy. There was plenty of frosting, but the cream cheese flavor was much more subtle than I prefer. I know this cake has a lot of fans, so I think this really comes down to style and personal preference. If you prefer a more traditional cocoa-forward red velvet with tangy cream cheese frosting, just know that this one is quite different. My friend ordered the taro ube milk tea, which was equally enjoyable. I liked it so much that I brought my little sister back the very next day. This time, we ordered another white chocolate matcha cheesecake along with the mango golden cake, and both were excellent. I also noticed that the atmosphere varied slightly depending on the time of day. Around lunchtime, it was quieter, while the evening was a bit busier, but never overwhelmingly crowded. The overall vibe was calm, relaxing, and inviting. One feature I really appreciated was the charging ports built into the high-top seating area, making it a great spot for studying, working, or simply enjoying a dessert and drink. Overall, KORI is a cozy spot with delicious desserts, great drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I've seen them all over social media and definitely wanted to give them a try. If I wasn't so full from blaze, I would've got some of their cream puffs they looked absolutely amazing. My drink was good, the coffee was smooth and the cold foam on top with the cookies really was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back to try one of their cream puffs and or other cute pastries.

Bright, clean, and dialed in with pastries that actually look as good as they photograph. You walk in thinking you'll make a quick, responsible choice. Two minutes later you're staring at the case like you're drafting a fantasy team. We went with the cream puff and that was the right move. Light, airy, not overly sweet, and gone in about three bites flat. No notes. Tried the crème brûlée pastry too. Points for creativity all day. It's a cool concept and well executed, just didn't hit the same level as the cream puff. Still good, just not the headliner. And the iced tea deserves a mention. Strong. Like, actually strong. Not the watered-down afterthought you get at most spots. This one shows up with purpose. Overall, easy four stars. Fun stop, great vibe, and a menu that keeps things interesting without trying too hard. Just don't kid yourself into thinking you're only ordering one thing. That plan falls apart immediately.
