First time and last time here. The washers cost 12 quarters for the smallest front load and there is NO HOT WATER. I pay $1.75 for same washer in Plano. With hot water to wash whites and smelly work clothes. Pretty pissed I'm paying 3X more. The place is fairly clean, But annoyingly people cannot park in one space out front in the only 6 spaces in front!!I will find yet another place to wash on this side of town. Because I'm not going to waste my hard earned money for cold water at $4 a load. Lucky for me the dryers are .25 for unknown minutes. read more

Just moved into my new place and awaiting for my new washing machine and dryer to be delivered , so I decided to come to the nearest place near Frisco until they arrive AND WITH THE REVIEWS THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY... NOT. First the place is clean. There was no hassle with Parking. The price for washing insane. I have washed at laundromats for years but .75 cents to start drying in absurd. They are about .75 cents to a dollar for machines. 4 machines $10.00 and I have yet to dry. I will stay at the place in Carollton on Kelly with a live Attentded, free wi, tvs, Super clean, most important reasonbly price before I come back to this place. 4 reviews I know why. read more

Go somewhere else! This place is over priced. You have a choice of a very small washer for $2.50! Yes 2.50 and when I say small I'm talking 3-4 large beach towels probably 3. Or yes you can use the "LG" washers for $1.75 those probably hold what the smallest washer mentioned above hold plus about 4 face Towels!! They then have a few massive washers that they say hold 6 loads but I should mention their ideas of loads are probably a child's 5 Days worth of clothes. Very few people consider that one load!!! Those washers are $7!! I used one of the bigger washers and paid $7 for what I consider to be 2 loads - and I'm assuming some may consider my 2 loads closer to 3 loads. Either way there's no way there largest washing machines hold 6 freakin' loads. I just couldn't believe these prices!Folks there are laundry mats all around north Dallas that charge 1.50 a load for an average load size and then a flat rate of 1.50 for 20-30 minutes of drying instead of charging by the quarter!- Go to them!! read more

I came to this laundromat to clean a comforter. After putting quarters in 3 machines I couldn't get them to work. The coin dispensers jammed and I couldn't retrieve my $. I lost over $10 in quarters and still didn't get the machines to work! I finally left and tried to contact the management company. I left several messages the day it happened and there was an answering machine to leave a message. Now when I call I can't even leave a message. I never got a return phone call and now it seems like they are evading my calls . I used to use this place all the time but I will never be back now!! Beware when using this place! Clean Laundromat! VERY Well maintained and prices are very reasonable. I come to the laundromat just to wash my comforters and its good to know they have a good supply of heavy load machines that are reasonable $4 cleans a King Sized Comforter. I will definitely be back! read more

Ample parking, bright, roomy with plenty of 1 inch wood folding tables. Lots of washing machines from 2 loads($2.50) up to a several 6 loads($6.00) machines. Plenty of 30lbs dryers and two 50lbs ones *use the top one it seems to get hotter. Coin machines always seem to work and they gave a drink vending machine and a snack one. Surprisingly you can get a bag of chips for 60 cents and nothing is over 75 cents. Drinks range from $1.00 to $2.00. One his/hers bathroom that is fairly clean and well lit. 2 40" televisions. I've come here a few times over several months and I have noticed a downward spiral of cleanliness. Mostly dryer and vendor wrappers. I'm ok that there's no live attendant here but it would behoove management to atleast hire someone to sweep and pick up a few times a day. Forgot to mention they do have fans in here and the temperature is pretty comfortable for a laundromat. I wouldn't suggest getting your detergent and other supplies. I've been to other laundromats that were much worse and costlier in one way or another. IMO management can make this a 5 star just by cleaning the place more often and adding more televisions. Adding free WiFi would be a HUGE bonus and would make them alot more competitive. read more

So this happened again after not using this facility for a few weeks. They continue to have ongoing issues with their coin changer. It's almost impssible to get $10 or $20 dollars worth of quarters anywhere or at least I've yet to find a place and this facility has two of them that do not work on a regular basis. Seems when one is down the other is too. This is becoming a real inconvenience even though I live close by. I have to end up going to the WashZone in Frisco where you add money to their card that you keep and if you have issues they always have an attendant there all day to help! read more

I' m not interested in running anybody down. Unfortunately, I don't know another remedy. It is so minor (as would be almost any problem at a laundry center) to lose a few dollars in two machines; NOT MINOR to receive no reply to phone calls reporting this matter, if only as a courtesy (not to mention offering to get those few dollars back to me). If you have children who aren't drones don't go here before 4pm. There is an employee who is extremely rude and unkind to children. My two year old became his main focus and absolute fixation. He spent his time hawking my child to see if he made one false move. When my son touched a rolling cart, the man was on me within seconds referring me to their many signs. My son wasn't racing them or riding in them, he was just pushing it to help his mom. Most people in laundromat s are in a bad way, either because one of their own machines broke ( like in my case) or because they don't have one for whatever reason. How about a little kindness and a smile? The last place I want to be is in a laundromat that smells like wet dog, with a two year old. My husband was finally out of his meeting and I drove my son to him while my clothes dried. I noticed that after 4 pm there were a bunch of kids, running around, racing the carts and touching the machines. The word must be out....Come after the exceedingly grumpy man leaves! My new set will be delivered tomorrow, thank God! read more

The reviews here are just ridiculous! The prices are posted, if you cannot afford them, go elsewhere, don't be a child and write a bad review condemning the prices if you chose to stay and use the machines. I found this place 8 months ago when I first moved here and waiting for my furniture in transit behind me. Since then I have been here 8 times, to wash my large comforters and again today while waiting for a new washer and dryer to be delivered. I happily drive 20 minutes from N Frisco to wash here. The place is always clean, the equipment is in working order, there are no 'out of order' sings, my clothes are never stolen (that review was absurd, there are multiple surveillance cameras which cover all areas), my clothes don't burn (that review even more absurd as each dryer has three heat settings), Heck even the outside of the building is inviting, well kept, well lit up, parking is great. I couldn't find anything wrong here if I tried. I have written bad reviews for business's before, deserved bad reviews, however in 9 separate visits I have found this place to far exceed my expectations. Keep up the good work and just remember, if the unhappy cannot find something to be unhappy about, they will simply make something up. Cheers! read more

reasonable and standard rates. came in super handy when our washing machine broke mid-cycle. open 24 hours which was a huge plus. as far as we could tell they didn't have wi-fi which was a downer. nothing was ruined or burnt by any of the machines. until we replace the washing machine this place is just fine. read more
