I want to share my experience from the last four times I visited the salon. I won't mention the stylist's name, but she's young. At first, her work was excellent--truly impressive. However, over time I noticed that once she becomes comfortable with a long-term client, she grows complacent. Her root touch-ups became rushed and sloppy, and she didn't seem to care if she blended over or erased the highlights. She also didn't straighten the hair well afterward, and I found myself having to point out every small detail. The owner of the salon, on the other hand, is a true professional. You could clearly see the difference when one day the owner and this stylist finished two clients at the same time--one looked polished and elegant, while the other walked out having wasted her money. It was honestly embarrassing, and I felt bad for the woman who didn't receive quality work. At this point, I genuinely don't want to return to this salon. read more

I've came here a few times my stylist was amazing, the reason for the 2 stars is cause I've been trying to get an appointment with Maria but neither her or the main phone number of the salon are picking up I've left voicemail I even emailed but no luck. Sad cause I actually liked the service. Now I got to find a different salon which for me is hard cause I'm very picky due to having bad experiences in the past. read more

Love Color & Cut! I moved to the area a few years ago and have tried at least four other salons in the area that were either well reviewed on Yelp or within walking distance from home. Please don't settle with those others! Finally found a stylist and salon I am more than satisfied with. Started seeing Lola and was pretty resistant to doing much more than covering some grays and basic cuts. Overtime she's won my trust and really shown her skills. Lola's passion is hair! Great with color and does take the time for consultation to understand what you want and make suggestions. This time I walked in wanting something more adventurous, showed a couple of pictures and got the reality check I needed. Thoroughly understand now that she won't risk major damage to your hair and wants return happy customers! As a busy mom of toddlers, I don't have hours and hours to spend at the salon, I also can't always schedule weeks or months in advance, it's nice to have someone who makes every effort to be flexible and work with my availability and short notice requests. My last request is going to be a two day process, since we had to lighten to be able to get just the right shade of red. She gave me something I can still be happy to be seen in public with, until the next phase can be completed. As an update because this is so overdue, I also posted a picture Patient, skilled, fun to talk to and super reasonable prices! Don't just ask for Lola, I want to be able to keep my last minute requests ;) mostly kidding, but the others stylists are great too! They also team up and do hair and makeup for special events and large groups. Plan accordingly, appointments only for our latest project, transitioning to gray. read more

Loooveeee Patty! Have known her for over 10 years and I cannot think of anyone else to cut and style my hair! Make sure to make an appointment, as she does get busy! But thankfully, she is very flexible and can make arrangements for you even after 5 or during weekends. I have made poor suggestions on my hair styles before, but she always gives solid advice on what better suits my face structure. So now I just give a vague idea and she goes from there. read more

I've have never complained before . The service for the most part has been great. But this time was the worst ever! $85 for roots and style is a great deal and brings in customers. I knew my scalp has gotten sensitive but this was beyond when the dye was put on. My scalp burned so bad. I knew the stylist knew what was going on because her assistant who was rinsing my hair her took the owner outside to talk to her. The own hurried back inside and sprayed my scalp right away with supposedly some mint spray. Which made it feel worse! No I didn't blister as far as I know. But the burning was not normal. When my hair began to dry the color wasn't even the same.It was lighter. I keep running my fingers through my hair and can't believe how much hair I lost. My hair in the front of my face hangs kind of stringy now. It is so thin. When two or three customers come in at the same time for the same stylist there's bound to be mistakes or favorites. I'm mature, but have had healthy hair all my life. It's a shame this happened. I will never go back again. read more

they pretty much destroyed my beautiful long blonde hair and made it dry and orange. they charged me 400 chf to destroy my hair and now I have to buy so many expensive pro so that it doesn't break or look orange. Took my daughter there for the Yuko straightening and Patti was great! She did a great job and even trimmed her hair at no extra charge. I was referred by a friend to Patty for highlights. Made my appointment with her last Tuesday, Patty was extremely nice as a person, however, the highlights that I asked for was just impossible to attain. My first highlights retouch came out platinum blond and she tried to tone it down but it became just one color and all the highlights disappeared. I returned the next day so she can redo the highlights again and remove the purplish highlights she tried to correct, this time, my highlights are chunky orange highlights and reddish lowlights. My friends and my daughter were all dismayed with my color and I returned the 3rd day but Patty left before the 3PM time she texted me she's leaving the shop! Needless to say, I am happy she left because if not, I wouldn't be able to find the best one that I ever found in my entire life and he fixed and corrected my gold highlights and I can never be happier with his masterpiece!!!! Well I have been coming here to Pati for a few years now. I always leave 100% satisfied. I am a bit conservative when it comes to how I like to wear my hair and Pati respects that. However she does offer suggestions and ideas as well! I love that about her because I trust she knows what I want and it allows me to be a little daring. Her products are definitly good. You can be assured that she is not using anything that will damage your hair. So recently I went short with the classic bob! I love it and I get do many compliments! I have been coming to Patti for years. She is wonderful and has years of experience. She is always in a good mood, provides excellent customer service and loves what she does. Off and on I color my hair myself due to lack of funds, but when I go back to Patti for a color correction, she does miracles (which she performed for me this past Saturday when I went to get a color correction). Also, I travel 21 miles to go to her salon, even though there are plenty of salons where I live. I cannot recommend her enough.
