So for my session, I got a luxe all over bleach (I had black hair to start) with haircut/styling and a vivid refresh (color). Cam spent a lot of time listening and understanding what I was after and also asked many good questions so that we could have the right understanding about what I wanted to achieve. She explained every step of the way and even made sure I was comfortable at all times, even when lowering the footrest of the hair wash station (every time!) I felt very comfortable with the process because she was able to anticipate what my concerns were - she reassured me and help me understand what to look out for, particularly the aftercare.
