This is my go to salon for many reasons! Sarah does a fabulous job on my hair! I have to color my hair every 3-4 weeks because my grays are quick to grow out. She's got my color down! She cuts my hair also, perfect every time! When I'm in between my cuts n color I'll make an appointment for her to wash n style my hair! I always love the way my hair looks after leaving her salon. I came here in Feb/march for highlights to be done by Sandee she did and amazing job my hair came out better than expected. She is so sweet nice and is a perfectionist. I just came here and got my hair done by Sandee and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I showed her a picture of an ash brown hair color that I wanted and she did it even better than the picture. I highly recommend going to her, especially if you're a little unsure of what exactly you want because she knows exactly what will look best and will blow your expectations through the roof. The best salon I have EVER BEEN TO!!! This is my third time getting my hair done and this has by far been the best. Sandee is so amazing, she'll literally not leave the store until you're fully satisfied. She did an amazing job with my hair and it's exactly what I wanted. She's so friendly and so easy to talk to, I literally felt so comfortable telling her different stories, as she did too. I was referred to Adriana Morton by my sons fiancé who has been using her for many years. I wanted color that updated my look and hid my gray hairs. I met with Adriana on a weekday morning and before noon I walked out looking fresh and loving the color. The staff at the salon is very friendly. This is a family business which I love. Adriana was very skilled and worked fast. I hate going to a place and waiting hours only to feel like your not being cared for. This was not my case. I felt cared for and the energy was really great. She is very good and experienced with different hair styles, especially with short hairstyles from pixies to edgy cuts which is what I like--not too many hairstylists are able to deliver. My momma was over her Covid hair, lol, so I decided to book an appointment with Sandee for her birthday. She was the BEST EVER!!! Best customer service, sounds and friendly person. This Jacket was far too big on me. I usually take a medium to large. Large being a little too big, medium being a bit snug. This was a medium and it was still too big on me. Second off the advertising is false. It said it's genuine PU leather. Why would you put genuine in front of synthetic leather? It's like saying it's genuinely fake. Then further down in the sentence it says it's high quality real leather. So I said I wanted to return it as it has a 60 day money back guarantee. However, when I asked them for the return address they gave me an address in China! Though it was shipped to me from California. Which means it would cost me $40 to return it as it would need tracking. Half the cost of the jacket! When purchasing, it doesn't reveal that it's shipping from China or where it's shipping from at all. Obviously this would factor into a decision to purchase it in the first place and the fact that it is omitted is highly deceptive. So I told customer service that I wasn't going to pay for shipping to China. I asked them to give me a destination that was within the US. She refused to do this and refused to give me a refund unless I paid this insanely high return rate to ship it back to China. Even if I asked for a new jacket to replace the one that didn't fit, I would still have to pay to ship it back to China first. This is bad business practice, deception about the jacket and I've exhausted my attempts to get a refund. read more

Worst haircut of my life & I'm 60 years old! Hairdresser washed my hair all the while she was talking to & giving instructions to someone on a computer. She only washed one side of my head & didn't use any conditioner. I told her exactly what I wanted & she listened but then did exactly what she wanted. And while she was drying my hair she kept stopping to spray hair spray in my hair, at least a half a dozen times even though I told her I didn't want any "products" in my hair. I have long hair & she only spent 15 minutes on my hair even though on the web site it says they average 1 hour. My hair ended up longer on one side than the other & so choppy it looked like my grand kid took the scissors to my hair. Never again! Don't know how they have such good reviews. My hair looks like a bad joke. Can't afford to go somewhere else to get it fixed until next month. Here I am hiding in my house in the mean time! read more
