Keep in mind I was only able to call at noon because they only opened at noon . I also tried to email and text them last night, but there was no ability to do so. When I spoke to the representative about my needs to cancel, I was told that sure we can cancel. She then said, would you like to pay your cancellation penalty with a card on file? When I asked what is the cancellation charge she stated you owe half your haircut. I tried again to explain that I work remotely and was added last night to a business call during my haircut appt - I just have a conflict that is not preventable. She replied well you can schedule another time perhaps in the evening - but you owe $33 for cancellation. Hard pass on the lack of appropriate customer service. It's a shame. I got a great haircut there and will not be returning. I also referred my husband there and he will not be returning as well. We are not criminals lol just had a conflict that we thought the business would professionally accommodate.

I went in for a consult; at the time I had damaged, dirty blonde hair with extremely brassy roots. I only needed to show her one photo as to what I wanted. Which was just platinum blonde with no highlights or anything..the consult was extremely quick as to Malissa having full confidence in knowing where to go from there..she booked me about a month after the consult. My first appointment was a good three hours, Malissa was very talkative and outgoing. When she was done I was somewhat satisfied. I didn't speak much about it because I assumed I just needed to see my hair color in the natural light. Although I had mentioned that my hair was extremely purple and grey and she stated that is how it's supposed to look and it would wash out. My hair was grey. Literally grey. I am a CNA and I went to work that next day with my elderly clients telling me my hair looked like there's, if not worst. I felt so embarrassed and conscientious about myself, that I didn't even wanna go out in public. I washed my hair about 4 days later and my hair turned completely yellow. Right back to the same color I had when I walked into that salon. I messaged my stylist on instagram and sent her the photos. She was in denial that it was her fault. She stated that I had oils in my hair as to why it was yellow and that color does not revert after a service. She had mentioned that even if my hair is platinum there will still be yellow? She also mentioned she did not feel comfortable touching my hair if I were to wash it again. Like what. Just say you don't know how to color blonde hair? Malissa requested to look at my hair that next day. She was still then in denial...When I went for my consult I was told I would pay between $120-160. Not including a blowout or anything. When some other lady was ringing me out my total was somewhere around $275.70? For what? Oh, well the blow out alone is $60. I still should not of been paying over $200 for what was done to my hair! When I was told somewhere around $120-$160 and I am being asked to pay almost $300 for grey and yellow hair? Like WTF people. I refused to pay the whole bill. Nobody in their right minds would pay for that crazy shit. For a regular hair cut they want you to pay $50?? Any other hair salon would charge $25-$30. I guess when they ask you if you would like some water they add that to the bill as well"Water fee $35" ....This place is outrageous with their prices, especially to not have the right etiquette or ability to know what you're doing to someone else's hair?? The stylists are so snotty and will judge you based off your looks. The owner is a total bitch. Would never recommend someone to this awful place and will never return. What a shit hole.

I also did not think to ask, which I regret--especially given that this is an expensive, high-end salon. From the start, I had concerns. During the shampoo, water was sprayed into my ear. The stylist did not have a tool cart and instead removed clips and unholstered scissors directly from a drawer, which felt unprofessional. When I showed her a reference photo, she appeared confused. At that point, I should have left. As the cut began, it became clear she was very inexperienced. To avoid further issues, I asked her to simply trim the hair straight across and remove about an inch. Even this basic trim took an unusually long time. When she finished, she called another stylist over to check her work, which confirmed my concerns. At checkout, I was charged $55. When I questioned the price for a student-level stylist, I was told she was a "junior stylist." I paid the bill, left a tip, and left feeling extremely disappointed with both the experience and the lack of transparency.
