It is usually wayyyy too packed, especially if you go on a weekend. However, I went on a Thursday afternoon and there weren't too many people there. Both my mom and I were able to get dip manicures done in under an hour. I'm really happy with the outcome. Kevin did an amazing job with my nails and he was super kind!

I waited at the counter until a Tech acknowledged me and said it be around an hr wait. I signed in and was the next one in line, according to me lol. There was no one else in the waiting area. I ended up waiting about 2 hrs. Four people walked in after me and they were all assisted before me, I'm assuming they were regulars/appointments. They had about 4 employees, each assisting someone and the environment was ok (quiet no music). I was out of there by 1:15pm. Overall, I would say the other reviews on pricing, waiting experiences, and ambience are spot on. I'f you have an appointment and you're there to be in & out, I'd recommend. If you're a walk in or looking for a relaxing experience, then I wouldn't.

I took my friend to get her nails done to celebrate her new promotion and the experience we had is nothing short of repulsing. The business and staff have no respect for their customers, nor talent in their "craft". When she went in for a basic nail set design, nothing intricate, extremely simple, they failed on every element of execution then proceeded to tell me it was "the service we paid for". In no way do i find this acceptable, and after seeing the other reviews of this place, I have no choice but to not recommend coming to this establishment. You will not get the service you ask for, nor a pleasant experience from the technicians.
