I have been going to Christina since I was 8 years and I could not trust or love her more. I will share this story and photos just to show her magical abilities and serious understanding of hair and hair treatments. I moved from Chicago to New York City a few years ago and was going on a last minute vacation for which I wanted to touch up my highlights. For reference I am a brunette and Christina has given me this beautiful balayage/ lighter pieces framing my face and I just needed to touch up these highlights. Let me reiterate... HIGHLIGHTS. Long story short I walked out of my nyc appointment fully blonde. Not one strand of brown hair left on my head. Like Britney spears blonde circa 2000. It was trash. I immediately flew home to Christina. Before even telling my family I was coming into town I made sure Christina was available. She worked her magic ...after laughing and getting over the horror that was my hair. But she completely transformed my hair back, which not only shows that she is good at her job but truly understands the process of the treatments and how to appropriately use which colors /treatments to obtain the best results. Nothing at the moment unfortunately because I don't want to go shorter. However I cannot not mentioned the reason why I love going there so much. ROSE - the best hair stylist who really truly understands how to cut thin hair and makes you looks like you grew more!:) She is so maticulate and skilled - she cuts hair wet and dry to make sure it looks good even when not styled ! I have been a client of hers for over 20 years. I have seen other colorists at other salons through the years and have had to have Colette fix their mistakes lol. She is amazing I can show her a picture of the color I want and she is able to recreate what I show her if not make it look much better. Colette is great to talk to very funny clean and professional.
