Hannah was absolutely amazing! I had bad haircuts one after another the past few years, but she was so quick and gave me honestly the most perfect haircut I've ever had. I recommended my friend also get his hair cut here before and he loved it too! All I did was show her some reference photos and she told me some adjustments that would look good on me and made sure I knew how much she would need to cut off etc. she even took into account to not shampoo my hair since I was going to get it touched up/dyed the next day. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament this past weekend and on a whim went to get my hair cut. My hair was extremely long and thick and Hannah Kim cut my hair. I told her she could cut it however she wanted and I absolutely love the cut! She knew exactly what she wanted to do with my hair and went to work. I had over a foot cut and she did a great job of thinning my hair out as well. Most salons I've gone to take almost 2 hours to cut my hair and try to get it straight; she cut my hair and a friend of my daughter's, washed and styled both in about 50 minutes. Well first, little to no English spoken. Pretty sure she caters to korean clientele only. Showed her a picture and asked not too short , literally chopped 5 inches off.. I was in tears and asked her to just stop. Not sure why she seemed the one upset when I'll be living with this length for the next year or so. I should have refused payment. I'm much too nice, and even tipped but I'm terribly disappointed and I'm not one to complain or have ever cried over a haircut. I look horrible, nothing remotely close to what I asked for. Will never return, she knew I was upset and acted more upset than I, not sure how that works. Not for trendy or stylish haircuts, for women in their 50's or so as she seems to have an idea what she wants for you, not what you want for you. Not to mention she chopped off all my balayage. I'm pissed, I don't even know who to complain to, next time go to a real salon with real customer service. My only wish was that she tried to rectify the problem instead of getting hissy that I was upset so much length had been taken off. Once a year, I get frustrated enough about my hair and push myself to find time for me. It took me a lot longer to do that this time around after my usual hairstylist, Sarah, got sick and was forced to close her salon. My search for another hairstylist was conditioned where henna coloring will be used and as super nice as Sarah. And not just the regular red henna but with color shades to match my hair color. I met Hannah at a Korean restaurant next door to my usual salon building. My friend from work introduced me to her and she highly recommended her. My kids have tried her and liked the haircut. I finally decided to try her too. Hannah is super nice and I am no longer frustrated. I don't speak Korean but I have more patience than others to able to have a good conversation with Hannah. The worst hair salon ever. I have tried many places and this one is the worst. She cut my hair wrong way and too short that I don't know how to fix it anymore. And my mom got the perm and hair cut there. And this is the result after 2 hours waiting for the perm??? If I can rate this hair salon 0 star I would. Horrible experience ever. Also they over charged everything, this kind of perm for 150$? And hair cut for 45$ which I can do better? I would absolutely avoid this place. Please be aware of it! read more

Just got my hair cut and permed and it looks amazing! I think the lady that owns the store was off today or something but I called and she didn't hesitate to come in and I thought it was super accomodating and nice. It was a lot quicker than I thought it would be and she got me in and out in about an hour-hour and a half which is way less time than I thought a perm took. She gave me some recommendations for how I should style mine and all and all I am happy with both my haircut and perm. If you're looking for a new stylist I'd go with the woman at Hair Jun. Also that it cost 80 dollars for both a haircut and perm and I know that other places cost SO much more. I'm so glad I found the hair salon and I'll be definitely returning. read more
