I'm so glad that Jack at Jerome's answered the phone and agreed to take a look at a sample of the old cushions. He sounded friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. When we arrived at the location on Hovander, he wore a mask and a sign posted required us to wear masks as well. We appreciated that. He took the time to explain what they would need to do (materials and labor), the pros and cons of our options, and then helped us pick the fabric for the cushions. He worked up the estimate while we waited. And he ordered the fabric that day. While he originally estimated it would take a week to complete the job, we were amazed to get a call two days later that the chair cushions were ready for pick up! And they are beautiful. We were so impressed with the quality of his work, the friendly service, the fair price, and the fast turnaround. A five-star experience!

They also found an old leak in the rear axle seals (both sides) that Service Pro had not caught even though they were told to do a complete check on my truck because of the long distance I would be driving by myself. I called while I was at Les Schwab and spoke to Cass, who told me she would talk to Brandon and have him call me Tuesday evening or Wednesday (this was on Monday). It's Thursday, I called and left another message at 0900 and still have heard nothing. We WERE very loyal customers, but I will be taking my business and all my cars somewhere else.
