Spoke to Sam( Ironic we have the same name) over the phone to get one your fabulous Parker pizza witch he recommended to add jalapeños and cream cheese to it. Best decision. Usually don't trust recommendations but for some reason I trusted this guy. He told me delivery would be 45 minutes or less. It's arrived in 30 minutes. I asked the driver if she had extra condiments( crushed red pepper and parmigiana cheese). Half the time drives forget those things but she ran back to her car and grab some for me. Called the store back to ask for the drives name for my Review, her name was fritz, she did awesome job to have back up's in her car and taking the initiative of thinking about her customers. I found them on Uber Eats and decided to order delivery. I ordered 8 buffalo wings and the cheesy garlic bread. The wings really good and perfectly saucy, so I would definitely order those again! The cheesy bread was less impressive. It was very oily and the layer of cheese was really hard and just peeled off the thin layer of bread underneath. Maybe it would taste better fresh, but I definitely wouldn't order the cheesy bread for takeout again. HOLY COW!!!! where do I begin!!! In town for work and pizza sounded great and this place came up and boy am I glad it did. I called before coming in to verify that they had gluten free options. I was told they had a gluten free crust and their wings were gluten free! The smell hits you right when you walk in - assuring you that you've made the right decision by coming here. It is counter service/call ahead/pick up and inside is super cute. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Took my pizza home, half the Parker and half the supremo on gluten free crust. I also got ranch and the garlic Parmesan sauce they put on the wings on the side as a dipping sauce. There were HEAPS of toppings on the supremo side and delicious chunks of chicken and bacon on the other half. The garlic Parmesan dip was incredible. Sad to say I will deeply miss this place, even tho I was only able to have it once. I can only hope I can come back soon either for work or vacation to have this pizza again. ALLERGY: I have a gluten allergy and ordered their gluten free crust. It has been the best gluten free crust I have had my whole life. Grabbed a couple of pizzas on our way out of town. Since we were doing carry out I asked for napkins. The staff was super kind and even offered me some paper plates. The pizza has a medium thickness to its crust which is needed to hold all of the cheese and toppings. The pizza is a greasy mess, but in a good way. The flavor was fantastic with each bite. Let's just jump right in, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! We didn't realize that this was a takeout only shop so when we got there we started to go somewhere else. We decided to order a pizza and take it back to Motorhome and enjoy the evening. We ordered their signature pizza, the 5280, which was loaded with all the meats and plenty of cheese. Crust was a hand tossed, not thick not thin, variety and delicious. The ratio of sauce, to cheese, to meat, to crust was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to find such good pie in Colorado. We had a large party and ordered several pizzas and wings for a pickup. The lady at counter was super sweet and gave us some coupons for our next visit and split our bill between 3 people. Everyone tore that pizza up when we got home!!! The flavors were good and the crust was perfect. I love thin crust pizza and the sauce wasn't overwhelming. The wings could have stayed in the oven a few minutes longer (I like mine a little crispy-personal preference) but they still had good flavor. The side salad was melting and didn't have dressing, not sure what was wrong with it. The cinnamon bread was disappointing and soggy too. I was hoping for fluffy and gooey. We were looking for a new local business to try to support when ordering takeout recently and stumbled across Coloradough. After seeing some of the pictures and reading the reviews, we decided we were definitely in the mood for pizza and gave Coloradough a shot. I am so glad we did, as we may have found our new go-to pizza joint. We ordered a large pizza with green olives and got an order of the cheesy garlic bread. I got there right at the time they'd quoted and both were just being completed (hooray for accurate estimates). Both smelled so good that I could hardly wait to get home and start digging in. Once home, I was super excited by what I saw: both the cheesy garlic bread and the pizza looked perfectly cooked and the cheese looked spectacular. After trying a bite, I realized that it tasted even better than it looked. As others have noted on here, there's something amazing about the cheese at this place. There's a lot of it, but it's also just really good cheese -- it may have made the pizza for us. The crust was also delicious -- not too thick or too thin.
