She always makes sure that any special scheduling requests are accommodated. Hearing loss is never easy. I went home and looked at my insurance policy and I did have insurance. I called Dr. Monroe who said that my insurance does not cover them. It finally dawned on me that they were not in my network but Dr. Monroe would not tell me that as she wanted me to purchase their hearing aids. Beware when you go to them as they will not tell you that you are not in their network and try to sell you a high priced set of hearing aids. I went to Connect Hearing and Dr. Littlepage took excellent care of me and did a more thorough testing than Denton Hearing, and their hearing aids were only $1,990 for a pair and that is inclusive of 3 years maintenance!

In the best way possible, she comes off as a true caregiver rather than a more clinical physician. She and her office assistant, Jenkyns, were very helpful with the collection of my paperwork and exam results for my VA process. They both were quick and responsive with communication both before and after my appointment. I would readily go back to her for any ear-related issues.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

No matter how many adjustments or how much time I spent with their staff, I just couldn't get the help I needed. I was referred to Dr. Casey, an experienced and patient Audiologist who has the right diagnostic equipment and represents many different manufacturers. We settled on Oticon hearing aids to address both hearing loss and my tinnitus. After three months, the difference is amazing and so much better! Dr. Casey has helped fine tune the many adjustments that Oticon offers and for the first time in years, I can now hear clearly in all environments without the constant, distracting tinnitus. I can watch TV, go to busy restaurants with friends and still have peace and quiet at home just reading. I actually look forward to putting my hearing aids on in the morning and wearing all day!! Thanks to Dr Casey, the premium hearing aids I bought have significantly improved my life - and my wife's!! Proving yet again, you get what you pay for.
