Amazing! All the staff was amazing and the doctor took amazing care of my kiddo, would 100% recommend!

So, me and my wife took my 6 week old daughter there due to some breastfeeding issues and few other problems. we spoke to our pediatrician beforehand and got told to go to this clinic for a possible tongue & lip tie. We got told by the doctor, there was nothing to cut in her mouth... we then proc to feel adamant about the ties, following we took her to a pedi dentist and they saw severe ties.. do your research. My son has a failed hearing test from birth. Additionally, there are concerns as a swallow test which showed silent aspiration. He was first scheduled for a sedated ABR-- and there was no follow through from this facility, therefore, he was unable to get that procedure completed. Then, he was scheduled for a procedure at Cook's children for a sedated ABR and Laryngoscopy. The hospital states that this facility did not send information in a timely manner. I'm hurt that ENT for Children has not considered my child's health issues. I'm frustrated that I really trusted this facility. My 9 month old daughter had to get tubes. Dr. Bauer did a fantastic job, he was so caring and attentive. We had our surgery at their Euless hospital and the anesthesiologist was also amazing. I was concerned because there are some bad reviews here (mostly about office staff), but the doctors were all amazing and I am so glad we came here! read more

We came in for a hearing test for our child (almost 2 years old). Everyone here seemed nice, some more than others. We waited a while after filling out the new patient forms, and then had the hearing test. The test was short, less than 10 minutes, and was inconclusive. Then we were ushered into an examination room where we waited again, and then met Dr. Bauer. He was kind and knowledgeable but seeing him, especially after an inconclusive hearing test, seemed unnecessary ($$$). We scheduled a second hearing test a week later (same facility but different method) and the two audiologists that performed it were wonderful and much more up for the task. In the end we did get the test results we needed, but in hindsight we could have saved time and money if we knew what to expect. As for billing, we paid fully in person both times, and then received a bill a week later for an amount greater than the total we had already paid. I called to clarify and they said they sent the bill accidentally, and we should ignore it. (UPDATE: received ANOTHER erroneous bill the next week). After looking at other reviewers, this seems to be common practice and in my opinion it is completely unacceptable and should be illegal. If you decide to go here, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. We will look elsewhere if we need to have more tests done. read more

I brought my son here after being referred to an ENT by both our dentist and pediatrician. We saw Dr. Bauer at our pediatrician's suggestion. It was awful. He was rude, condescending, and arrogant. At first I thought I was being too sensitive, but I compared notes with two of my friends who were also patients of his, and their experiences were very similar to mine. Here's the thing...Even if you are an excellent surgeon and doctor, if you're going to cut open my child, I need to know that you respect how precious my child is to me. It may be another random, small-time surgery to you, but as a mom, my biggest fear is something happening to my kid on your table. I need to know that you give a damn about my kid, and that you're going treat him as if he was your own; not like he's just another source of revenue for you. I shouldn't be afraid to ask you questions for fear that you'll chide me, and I shouldn't be leaving your office red faced and holding back tears. I decided not to proceed with ENT for Children. I went to a different ENT who was wonderful. They were kind, patient, understanding, and friendly. On the day of my son's surgery, I felt reassured, not foolish. I hear the other doctors at the practice are nicer. If you are going to use this ENT, you should probably consider seeing one of the other physicians here. read more

Don't try to call if you have Medicaid. As soon they ask for insurance and you say Medicaid, they are going to tell you that they are not accepting new patients. SURE!!!! Only if you have a private insurance. MONEY IF THE ONLY THE CARE. read more

If I can give 0 stars... I absolutely would!! The worse ENT ever!! They don't care about ur child or children, it's all about money! Especially trying to double dip, knowing that you already paid ur bill in full, but still send you the same bill! Also, my daughter lost her hearing aid, I called to see what I can do to get her a new one!! The audiologist (Jenay) refuses to call me back after 3 weeks of leaving voice messages!! Really?? 3 weeks?? She still doesn't have the decency to call!! Had another person finally called only after 3 weeks and a furious phone call to their office!! I said, good riddance!! So, we are taking our daughter to a new audiologist who really do cares about you and ur family!! read more

This facility is clean and kid friendly. The staff is very friendly and works with your insurance. They have a small play area while you wait as well as a tv that shows Disney movies. In each room then also have tvs for the kids to watch during the visit. Dr. Bauer works well with kids he make them smile and relax. He also helps parents clearly understand what is going on with their child. I highly recommend ENT for Children. read more

These people are the worst assholes ever with no sympathy. I drove over an hour with a sick infant to bring sister to her appointment. Walked in at 2:19 proud of myself for making it on time because appointment was for 2:30 only to be told that I would need to reschedule. I begged and explained my situation and was willing to wait in order for my daughter to be seen but they were so not nice. Well last time coming to this dump. read more

My son had multiple ear infections and needed tubes. Our pediatrician had a list of ENT doctors and ENT for Children in Coppell was on the list. We booked an appointment with Dr. Patel and it was the best decision ever. Dr. Patel is awesome. He is very kind with our son and he tells it like it is to us as parents. We've had follow up appointments and every time has been great. The staff from the front desk to the audiologist to the nurses to the appointment coordinator are so great. When it was decided that my son needed tubes, we were able to schedule the procedure the next week. Nothing but good things to say about ENT for Children in Coppell. read more

Dr. Murray is AMAZING!! I wanted to get a hearing test on my son to rule out hearing loss and the audiologists there were the sweetest ever with my son. I was so impressed. Southlake office: The receptionist/office staff is like a 2 out of 10. They are semi-friendly, and just eh. If I were the doctors, I would hire new office staff. Since the doctors and audiologists are amazing, I will overlook their semi rude office staff. read more

Dr. Murray is awesome! My son has a rare ciliary disease, and I feel comfortable with Dr. Murray's suggestions. He is friendly, interested in my son, and does research or contacts peers if he has questions of treatment options (there isn't a lot of research on his disease) We travel 7 hours to see him and will continue to do so! read more

This is the only doctors office that does not value your time. Unfortunately my.child needed tubes in both ears and we used Dr. Baur. Every single time we had an appointment he made us wait for over 45 minutes then rushed us out the door. Pathetic. Not only that but be sure you keep receipts after you pay. We were billed 3x in 3 different occasions even after we had already paid. The billing department asked me to send copies of the receipts. My child cried the very first visit, only doctor they ever cried at. He is harsh, rude, and fake. I thought I would stick it out but a year after her first set of tubes he never released her and insisted she needed a 2nd set. The last two visits the audiologist didn't even bother doing a hearing test. The audiologist is just as bad. It is as if they all hate their job and hate being there. The only person that appears genuinely kind is Sandy. I finally took my child to another ENT who said my child's hearing is within the normal range and does not see a need for surgery. read more

Dr Bauer and Dr Murray are amazing. I work as a pedi nurse at a hospital and work with numerous ENTs and when my son needed surgery for a complex ear problem I didn't hesitate to use this practice. They were amazing and did such a great job. My son loves Dr Bauer. He is very personable. read more

My daughter has Autism, she's 3 and she needed Ear Tubes for multiple ear infections. Dr. Bauer did them and did awesome, we love him and trust him 100%. There can be a wait time sometimes but nothing too bad. My daughter loves the sticker and lollipop at the end! read more

I'm not usually one to wright reviews however I feel like other parents out there need to know about the experience I had at this office a few weeks ago. My son is 4 months only and has been congested since day one. His normal Doc referred is here and the Dr we saw (his name started with a B I believe) was extremely condescending and rude. Made me feel like my son wasn't important enough for his precious time. Anyway he did end up checking out my son and dismissed everything his regular Dr was concerned about. Okay fine they are the specialist. But we went for a well check that same day with his regular Dr and turned out he had an ear infection that the ENT DIDN'T MENTION! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE YOUR TIME WASTER!!! I would not recommend this place to one of my enemies much less a friend. The doctors are good from what I have seen and experienced but the staff is horrible. I have been lied to multiple times by multiple people in this office and there is no accountability for this. The doctor determined that my 2.5 year old needed to get her tonsils and adenoids out and needed tubs put in. We were ushered into the scheduler's office in which we were given dates based on the location we wanted to go to for the surgery. When determining when and where we would go I asked approximately what time her surgery would be. She told me that it is scheduled the day before by the surgical center so they couldn't be sure but based on her age it would be between 9-11. I was good with this so we set a date. The day before we got a call from the surgical center and was told the surgery would be at 1:20 in the afternoon. This wouldn't have been an issue at all if I hadn't scheduled child care for my other children based on the times the scheduler gave me nor if my 2.5 year old could eat. Have you tried to explain to a 2 year old why they can't eat for hours even though they are starving? This did not sit well with me so I called the office. The scheduler said there was nothing she could do and they are supposed to give out hours for the exact reason. I expressed that I appreciate that BUT I was given a time frame and I expect for it to be honored. They explained she was going so late because it was spring break and they had more than a normal amount of surgeries scheduled. I said that sounded like an issue on their end but there was no way I would allow my child to wait until 1:20 for surgery when I was given false info. I asked to speak to the officer manager and was directed to someone who represented themselves as such. She basically told me there was nothing they could do because the schedule is 100% up to the surgical center. She directed me to call them to see if there was anything that could be done. I did call the surgical center and was given completely different info. They told me the Dr. doesn't even start at their facility until 12 PM. I called back and asked to speak with the manager again only to find out the person who represented themselves as the manager wasn't actually the manager. The actual office manager was of more help. She informed me that the Dr does surgery at another facility early in that day and then goes to the facility I choose. I asked why I wasn't informed of this and why I was lied to about not only speaking to the "manager" but why I was told that it was just due to a larger amount of surgeries scheduled. She apologized and asked if we would be willing to go to another surgical center in which I replied of course and I wish I had been provided this information earlier. She was able to get us into the other facility at an earlier time. At this point I was so relieved I wasn't going to put a negative post. I was just glad that at least one person was willing to help and wasn't a liar. Then comes to the follow up appointment for my daughter which was scheduled a month in advance. I showed up for the appointment I scheduled only to be told that it was scheduled for the other location in which I know I didn't do. I asked if we could just see another Dr since we were already there and it was just a follow up to make sure everything looked good. I was told that wouldn't be possible. Why I am not surprised that I was once again lied to and have my time wasted. read more

You need to watch out for the business office at this clinic. They will flat out lie to you to avoid doing any work to resolve a billing issue and just say basically that you need to pay for their oversights or be sent to collections. I guess filing formal appeals is just too much work for them. Dr. Bauer is great, but his billing office is absolutely TERRIBLE. If you require a referral you'd better make SURE you have the CORRECT referral, because they sure won't cross-reference it with your insurance and then you'll be stuck with the higher bill. It's sad that I have to give a one star rating for a physician that I have no complaints about. Their billing office and whomever is responsible for referrals is killiing them! read more

We love Dr. Patel and trust him very much. He actually listens which is rare in a doctor these days. The office staff is very nice and we never had any issue with his surgery or the office. The wait time is a little too long sometimes in the waiting room. Overall I'm really happy we take my son here. read more

Our little girl has bilateral cochlear implants and I can't imagine going to any doctor other than Dr Bauer. He is the best in this field and his staff is top notch. Agree with Holly D. above. We visited Dr Bauer's office in Coppell today. He had a good bed-side manner, but the front person, receptionist and/or paperwork person... not so much! She was horrible. In many businesses, the front person is your first impression and your last when you leave. And she was awful. She had a bad attitude and unprofessional, because I wanted to not have them disclose my daughter's medical information or info. about the visit unless I requested so on an individual request basis. This woman was extreme. Wow. Of course, nowhere on the sheet did it say anything about HIPPA, but it's really not what she said it was.. She said at first that it was "Not really optional" to refuse for them to disclose information to my daughter's primary doctor. Then she argued and was rude, then complied.
