Recently Colossal Carpet Care picked up our wool rug for cleaning. The guys were professional and polite, and their service was wonderful. We had the carpet already rolled up but they would have rolled the carpet as part of their service which is a plus! The carpet being wool, required special cleaning so as not to destroy the fibers and integrity of the wool, which the final outcome was better than I had expected due to various areas blackened by metal shavings from a swivel chair. When they delivered the carpet, they placed the carpet making sure it was to my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness of the crew. We called Kyle with Colossal Carpet Care for what could be considered an emergency situation. Our rental house in Evergreen needed the carpets cleaned, which supposedly had been cleaned by another company according to the tenant who moved out. Upon inspection of the carpet after the tenant moved out, it obviously needed professional care. We have used the great services of Colossal Carpet Care in the past so give Kyle a call. Colossal Carpet Care recently completed a carpet stretch and cleaning at my townhome. Dwayne did a wonderful job. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The pricing was reasonable and the results terrific! The carpet stretching was for carpet that was laid a little over two years ago and began stretching immediately. The thing I liked best about Colossal Carpet Care is the business philosophy - I repeatedly heard "We don't charge extra for that". Other companies I contacted for estimates were just the opposite. These guys did an outstanding job at stretching and cleaning our carpets. We had several bad wrinkles and they made them disappear. Kyle was very prompt with my service request and was able to fit the job in with very short notice. Not only do they take pride in what they do, but they also used special protective apparatus so that their equipment, hoses and such, didn't rub the corners of the wall. I have four pets, and they come and go in and out. Always bringing Dirt in. Needless to say my carpets were in bad shape. Finally decided to get the carpets cleaned. They came to our house, picked up our carpets, gave us progress reports during the cleaning process, and delivered the carpets ahead of the initial schedule. I had some carpet damage, and it was not at all clear it could be repaired. Kyle spent time on the phone with me talking about this, including evaluating pictures that I sent. He ultimately came over to assess the situation, tried a couple different things to repair it, but it became clear none of them would work without incurring further damage. Service was prompted and professional. My carpet looked brand new. It's was amazing!!! I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in over 10 years. There were a few spots that I knew wouldn't come out and each spot was explained to me and it looked like they came out darker after everything dried but the problem was that the carpet was so nice and clean around the spot that it made it look worse and stand out. They were not the least expensive of the estimates that I received, but we decided to go with them anyway. They were professional, courteous, friendly and they did an outstanding job for us! I have used Colossal Carpet Care on 2 occasions and their service is excellent. The first time was to clean 14 steps of light carpeting that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 17 years and they came out looking brand new!! We had a recent moth infestation and our exterminator recommended Colossal to us. Kyle was able to come quickly and steam clean our carpets. They were extremely capable and did a fantastic job which eventually led to the elimination of the moths.
