Washing machines do not fully load with water and therefore do not rinse the clothes properly. When I let them know the machine is eating my quarters they said it wasn't their problem. The place is filthy and workers do not clean up after themselves. I will not be returning. Rather spend my money in a more clean accommodating place. Save yourself the time. The smallest machine starts at $5.74 but that also includes Free drying time too. I haven't been in a while so I was little confused about ho much drying time you get but it various depend on the size of the washer you use. The staff is usually friendly and the machines are easy to operate and clean. The bathroom didn't have any soap on my last visit. I hope they fix that.

The place is always clean and well kept. Unlike other laundromats this place doesn't have a machine that is "under repair" indefinitely. It mostly has smaller washers and dryers but has a sufficient amount of the bigger ones. Perhaps my favorite thing about this place is that its always relatively empty and quiet with no obnoxious music playing. However, I only tend to come here on weekdays at night so I'm not sure how it is during peak times. The staff is always friendly and helpful if needed. The location is not the best considering its in a small plaza and has limited parking. This has its benefits because the plaza has a dunkin donuts so you can get a mediocre cup of coffee while you wallow in self pity. Overall this is a nice quiet laundromat that makes the sad task that is doing laundry a little less sad.

It was early in the morning and we were literally the ONLY two people there. I couldn't get a machine door to lock, and she looked annoyed when I asked for help. She just kept slamming the door. Then she went back to the counter area. When I turned back around, my laundry bag was gone! I asked her if she had seen it. She said I saw you put it in a machine. SMH. Okay, I waited until the cycle was done. Opened the machine and no bag. I asked her again if she had seen it. She said "are you accusing me of stealing it!! Well, I looked around and said, we are the only two people here. Do you have any idea if it could have gotten mixed up somehow with the load she was doing now (they take drop off too). She just spouted off what I took for some Spanish expletives. I said I would not be back. She shrugged. Guess she was hoping I had some cash in the outside pocket. Shame - my money was in my pocket.! As I was leaving, one of the machines was pouring sudsy water out the front all over the floor. Poetic justice, I guess. Also, it is the first laundromat I have been in out of several (traveling) without video surveillance.
