He asked if he could fix the one side of the fence that was installed by someone else last year after a storm - for free! Not liking those quotes, as I was driving to a store I saw a contractor's sign that was close to a new fence and gave them a call. I spoke with Victor the owner and he came over that afternoon for a site visit and we discussed what I would like my fence to look like. The next day he called me with a quote that was very appropriate for my budget. I approved it and I was expecting a response with timeframe of next month but Victor said he would start that week. Victor started work on the time he stated, he and his crew (x2) worked all day, they left the job at 5PM and said they will be back at 8:30AM to finish the job. Fence looks great and is well constructed, he used metal poles/posts to replace my wooden 4x4 posts. All my cedar boards are "dress right dress", levels are level. Victor came back yesterday to ask if I found everything that was not to my liking and I said no but! I showed him one board that has a natural split close to a nail and Victor said no problem, I will replace it this week. Overall this was a most enjoyable home project that I've had the pleasure of watching in a long time. Victor is vey honest, on time and is very considerate in doing a very good job for me. Later, Alex stated he was not actually the owner and had no authority to resolve the matter. Throughout the process, the company was dismissive and unprofessional. They even suggested we were the only customers they "couldn't make happy." However, a simple online search shows multiple unresolved complaints with the BBB.
